At this day in 2001, 8:46 am, terrorists hijacked planes, crashing them into the World Trade Center’s twin toweds, collapsing both. This stunned the country, and the entire world. Over 3,000 men, women, and children were killed in these devestating bombings, affecting millions. The United States quickly responded, with hope and pride stronger than ever. Police and firemen evacuated injured and dead victims from the wreackage, risking their lives for the sake of their country, and those poor souls. Let us never forget this tragic event, so we may never forget those unlucky people who died in an attack on this country.

In light of this, I don’t want any of you ACP soldiers to fight on Club Penguin today, not even in the attack today at 4:00pm PST. I want everyone who can to dress as a fireman or woman and honor those who died, and those who risked and gave their lives.

Club Penguin Nation: In other, less sad news, I want all of you who participated in the arguing and flaming in my last post to calm down. We are not making anyone do anything, it is strictly voluntary. Those army leaders who were to go to  a different area to help spread peace on CP, either you do it or you don’t, but if you don’t I WILL find someone else willing to do it, and after I do your chance will have been wasted.  Fighting Over the Nations: Why are you fighting over something like these Nations? If you are arguing that you don’t want to leave, DON’T LEAVE! I have told you a million times, it is completely voluntary. Those of you who are quitting and joining the Nachos because “Oagal has too much power”, go ahead, you aren’t the kind of soldiers I would want anyway. I want peace, and those of you who say that I’m to power-hungry and fight me, are just delaying the peace by causeing war. Think these things through, would you?

CP Nations: The RPF is moving to Tuxedo, so Commando717 and I were talkiing. We were thinking about starting an ACP and RPF Country, but we came up witha better idea. Club Penguin Nations. Many of our allies are moving to different servers, so I thought we should expand our server horizon. So here’s the deal: There are six Regions in Club Penguin, USA North (First USA Page), USA Central (Second USA Page), USA South (Third USA Page), Canada, UK (England), and Austrelia. Each region has at least 14 servers. Conveniently, there are six main armies, ACP, RPF, Nachos, UMA, GPR, and Golds. Each army will move to the Capital of each region (USA North: Mammoth, Canada: North Pole, etc.), and defend that server, and will be incharge of defending the entire Region. Once every army is in a Capital, we will all train new armies, and send them to individual servers in a perticular Region, and they will defend that server. If this works, almost every server , and most bad armies will be allied or die out in a matter of months. This means that in approximately  5 months, every server will have an army to defend it, and every Region will have a main army to organize the defense. If all goes well, these armies will protect these Regions:

ACP: USA North

RPF: USA Central

Nachos: USA South

UMA: Canada

GPR: UK

Golds: Austrelia

Once this is all worked out, I will make a page about it. This will be BIG, and possible one of the ACP’s greatest achievements, winning WWIII, and setting up the alliances all over Club Penguin. We will have a Council meeting based on this topic.

New Ranks/Divisions: I have figured out, that all these ranks aren’t needed. All you need is a leader, commanders, and soldiers. So I am devising another new ranking system. It will include three divisions. Here are the ranks:

-Head General

-General

-Commander/Division Commander

-Trooper: Soldier, Marine, and (We will vote on one) Scout, Recon, Calvary, Air Calvary, or F.E.R. (First Encounter Recon) <– Vote on which name you want for the last one, it wil have the same duty no matter what name, but you choose what it is called. So vote!

Vote for Akask13: Should Akash13 be a Commander? Vote here, along with what the Division name for the third Division should be.

RIANRJ IS LEADING THE ATTACK TODAY! But most likely he won’t show up. If he doesn’t, I will lead the attack.

 Today we are attacking the Silver Surfers, in the Mammoth Dojo. AKASH13 WILL LEAD THE ATTACK! We will start out in the Mammtoh dojo, at 4:00pm PST, and stay until all Silver Surfers are eliminated. If they retreat, we will follow them, but only if they retreat. All soldiers must be on the ACP Chat Room during the battle. Akash13 will give commands on the Chat, as well as on Club penguin, so be watchful.

Well I was browsing the RPF site, and there appears to be an anti-ACP movement going on. This has go to stop now. Here are their reasons for doing it, and why they are wrong.

-ACP is making everyone move to different servers.

Wrong! The Nachos are moving on their own, and the RPF MIGHT go to Tuxedo, according to Commando717. It is all voluntary, the ACP isn’t making anyone DO anything.

-The ACP keeps attacking allies.  

This is wrong. Those are only new ACP sodliers who are pretty clueless. We are working on teaching them we are allies with almost everyone. And don’t blame us! The UMA and RPF have been doing it the most. Rogue UMA would attack the ACP, we would fight back, the regular RPF and UMA would help the RUMA because they think they are good. The reason you never see UMA and RPF attack eachother is because they look almost the exact same, and many people think they are the same army. If anything, it is accidental.

-The ACP is ordering everyone aroud.

Wrong. That is just a rumor, we haven’t given any on except our own soldiers orders.

Over the next month, there will be a massive invasion of armies to several servers. Here is what is happening:

-The Nachoes are moving to Blizzard

-The RPF is moving to Tuxedo

-The ACP is already in Mammoth

-The GPR is already in Deep Freeze

All we need to do is to send the UMA and Golds to another server, and it would be perfect. You see, our armies are growing rapidly. There is not enough space in one server for all of us. Recently, new ACPs, RPFs, Nachos, And UMAs have been attacking eachother. This is because we are too close, and they don’t know any better. With a new server for every army, we can maintain more peace, while avoiding accidental fights between allies. There are many small armies in Mammoth, but I have a plan for that, too. the ACP which is staying in Mammoth, will train all the new, small armies, and onve they are good enough, we will send them to their own server which they will defend. The army leaders will discuss this more at the first Army Council.

Recently there have been many questions about the ACP. Here are the questions and their answers.

Does the ACP rule Club Penguin? No. We have a very big army, possibly the biggest in Club Penguin, but we don’t (Nor do we plan to) rule CP. We are just here to protect it. We do basically control Mammoth with our allies, but we don’t force people to do anything, we just patrol for bad guys.

Is the ACP still enemies with the UMA? NO! We have been allies with them for months. We are also allies with the Nachos and RPF, and most other big armies.

Is Oagalthorp mean to his soldiers? No. I am actaully very fair, and quite nice. The ones who say that are the ones who have broken rules and been given VERY SMALL punishments, or are ungrateful. Don’t listen to them.

Can I have the I.A. Password? No, too many people are asking this. I may even delete it, due to all the confic it has created. It’s not that useful to us anymore, and it’s outdated.

Can I have a rank up/be a Moderator on the Chat? Once you earn it, I will come to you and offer you a new rank or to be a Moderator on out Chat Room. Stop asking!

EDIT: War Report! The UACP are becoming more violent in their struggle. They are trying to ban ACP soldiers, which won’t work, because the mods know we have done nothing wrong, and the the staff actually like us (Read the side-bar). They claim to have won their “first battle”, a two on three fight. That’s not even considered a battle. Anyway, we are inviting them to help the Silver Surfers in our Invasion, the more enemies we beat, the better. What will make this victory even sweeter is that I’m not even leading it, Majors/Soon-to-be-Field Commanders are. Bring it on!

Terrorists: Sadly, it’s true. Club Penguin has terrorists. I’m not talking about Islamic extremists with explosive vests, I’m talking about penguins show characteristics of “terrorists”. There are two kinds, regular Terrorists, who go on CP or on websites and tell you they can get you banned if you don’t do something for them. They try and make you scared so you will give into their demands. They often say “If you don’t, I will hack and ban your file”, or “My dad works for the CP staff, and I can get you banned”. THEY ARE LIARS! There is no way they can find your password unless it is really easy or you tell them. So they can’t hack your file. If their parent works for the staff, they won’t ban you, becuase it’s mean, and they would get fired. Nothing to worry about. The other kinds are Insurgents. They hide and randomly fire at big armies. They are no threat, because they usually don’t have their own army. So of the two kinds of Club Penguin “Terrorists”, neither is dangerous, so you don’t have to worry about them.
