Recently some people have been saying I used their idea of a Council. This is false. I had this idea for a while, and am now bringing it into action.

~

Just to clear things up:

-Only one member per army can be in the Army Council, the leader. If you have more than one leader, I’m sorry. You will have to choose who will be in it.

-I will be making the chat box, and there will be no website or forum. This is a secret Council, and all of our meetings are secret. You may not tell anyone the link to the chat box. If you do, you will not be allowed on the chat box, and you may even be kicked off the Council. Don’t tell!

-I will need all the army leaders to give their e-mail adress here so I can contact them about the chat box and other things. I am firstburrito64@aol.com

Topics of the first Council Meeting:

-Chooseing an Administrator. This person will be in charge of the Army Council, and make sure everything runs smoothely. He/she will not control your armies or anything like that. Whever we believe the Administrator had not been doing their job well, we will have another vote to choose a new one. When we vote, you give one paragraph on why you should be the Admin, and then we vote. You can’t vote for yourself.

-Maintaining peace on Mammoth and other servers. We will talk about how we can maintain control and keep war from breaking out.

    1:YOU RUIN PEOPLE’S CHANCES AT GETTING A BIG WEBSITE
    this was recently proven by your army council and how you don’t let small armies and second-in-commands be in it. You don’t even allow ad’s in your blog.

    2:YOU TAKE AWAY THE FREEDOM OF SOLDIERS
    Your slogan says that you fight for and defend freedom, this is not true as you take away one freedom: THE FREEDOM OF SPEECH! It’s in the U.S. Constitution. You are not letting some people put there ad’s, therefore ruining peoples chances of becoming famous. You say i’s not allowed yourself in the ACP chat page. Which brings us to the third one.

    3:YOU TURN LESSER PENGUINS INTO PAWNS
    This one is true. Proven by your Army Council. You make even the leaders of other armies go under your command! That’s gotta stop! Not the only thing, you make everyone join just because of more of you in the same clothes making them think it’s cool(bandwagoning). You make them not be able to be your buddy and not be able to be a mod in the chatbox and say that you will do that just so they stop annoying you with the same comments. The fact is you take advantage of being a really famous penguin and your blog stats lore people in to have the same fate of being ruled under a tyrant and being oppressed.

    4:YOU STEAL PEOPLES IDEAS
    Lots of people had the idea of an Army Council much like yours. You just stole their ideas and say you were planning it all along. A good leader does not steal ideas, that would make you a phony as well.

    5:YOU DON’T PRESERVE JUSTICE
    If you preserve justice, how come people are still saying bad words. 2 examples are Armybuster and Orcacam07, they had a fight one time and no one was there. Not even you.

    6:YOU DON’T LISTEN TO COMMENTS
    people have great ideas for your website but you don’t listen to them. A great leader will listen to suggestions from other people, even Billybob. You only listen to important comments that you care about.

    7:MY PERSONAL OPINION
    You are a selfish brat who only cares about his army and important troops and not the other people in it. I don’t think it’s fair that you want to control the war. I also know a secret, Pinkmafias is Armybuster. I picture your rule like Star Wars.
    You are the emperor and your army is stormtroopers who have combined to make an empire out of tricks and nonsense. We are the Rebel Alliance who wants to actually fight for freedom and preserve justice. Even though we are outnumbered, we will win.

    Here are some of our rights.

    1:MAKING A REBELLION
    We can do this because we know what is going to happen. We know you want to be the wave of the future. We decided to make a secret rebellion to prevent you from controlling the whole of the war. We are also telling the truth in every one of these statements and we hold our truths to be self evident that all penguins are separate but equal. You therefore have no choice to declare us in rebellion. Just in case you want to be allies with us, we were then, are now and ever shall be for all time against the Army Council and all your dealings.

    2:OUR FORCES
    We are a secret rebellion a a secret website, no one will ever know what we are doing. We don’t visit the mammoth server often. We will beat you. We will bring justice and order back to Club Penguin.

    Hey Oagal protestors kinda right u no. (exept i dont believe ur a selfish brat..im not takin it that far. my cousin told me ur a good person in real life)
    it does seem like ur kinda takin control of all the armies
    stuff u can do to be less in charge:
    count urself out of the vote for admin of the Army Council
    infact i think everyone should be allowed on Army Council chat, so they can give their idea of wuts best.
    listen to ur army. don’t let urself make all the decisions.
    only be in control of one army, ACP. dont make ninjas part of ACP. 90% of penguins arent leaders of any army. being leaders of 2 is unfair, let someone else do it.
    if u wont, at least let some other ACP be sensei. Orcacam and Penguin Jim have a lot of potential u no.
    dont be in charge of the whole ACP. let ppl have the same power as u do who can be in charge.
    let smaller armies be part of the Council too. Just because theres not too many ppl in their army doesn’t mean they can’t help. It’s not fair to just shut them out of any army plans.
