How To: Be Organized!

Hai dere, ACP!

For my post today I will be refreshing memories on how we try to keep organized on Club Penguin.  After seeing our performance today it is obvious we need to have a little bit more work on our organization.  The bigger the size of an army the more hard it is to organize.  Since we are so big this is our biggest faulty; though in time this will change.  If you follow these steps, or whatever you want to call them, it can guarantee better results in our events.

ORGANIZATION:  why is it important?  One of the key points in a battle is the organization and swiftness of the army.  If armies didn’t have organized tactics, orders, or soldiers, armies would not have made it this far.  Once an army has mastered their organization on Club Penguin the better they are to have more victorious tactics.  Also, lots of recruits are drawn to the organization of an army when they first see it.  Lets face the truth, it’s hard for our big size to fit in places while looking organized.  in this post I will just go over very basic things.

●UNIFORM●

This is a big thing I’ve been noticing.  It seems like nobody is wearing our uniform anymore which makes us look unorganized.  Personally I believe the first step in strong organization is the uniforms.  I understand that it is highly possibly that people do not have the uniform clothing items; at least get as close as possible.  Some of these clothing items are optional but you must wear the JACKET, VIKING HELMET, GUITAR.  If you don’t have the jacket you can wear the GREEN HOCKEY JERSEY, and if you don’t have this certain guitar you can have the RED GUITAR.  These are very important items in our uniform.  Be proud to be an ACP soldier and show your pride!  Now we haven’t forgotten you non-members, I’m a non-member as well, so click this sentence and try to get as close to the uniform as you can.

●CLUMPING●

Usually with ACP‘s big size, and especially in a small room, it’s hard not to clump but we need to try our best.  When making any formation we can’t have people standing on top of one another, we need to fill in all gaps.  No two penguins should be on top of each other.  When we clump we typically look smaller.  If you see an owner rank on Club Penguin don’t follow him/her.  When you do so it causes more gaps and makes us look very unorganized.  Once we can master the technique of not clumping our tactics will look much better.

●SNOWBALLS●

Snowballs!  Everyone’s favorite tactic!  In between tactics instead chatting you could help bring back the mighty snowball.  I think it would be awesome if everyone would throw snowballs every time there was time to.  Snowballs play such an important role in armies history.  I think it’s time to bring them back.  Not only does this make us look organized but it influences others to bring back the snowball.

●CAPS●

Just a small little subject to touch on; using capitals on chat during an event.  It’s not a big deal but it’d be awesome if only the owners are allowed to use capitals during an event.  Chat gets very hectic during a battle and with all the “yelling” it sometimes might be hard to see what the leader is ordering.   This is just a little favor I ask of all members and moderators.  Lets leave the capitals to the owners.

These are just a few things that will lead up to us having better organization.  Having everyone follow these would really help out a lot  If you have any other ideas that can help our organization than leave it in a comment.  Hearing your ideas will help make ideas happen.  This was a small guide on how to be organized; just wanted to refresh everybody’s mind.  Thanks for reading this post even though it wasn’t really good haha!

Let it begin.

Hai dere, ACP!

This is going to be a fairly short post.  Recently the BA have disbanded as said so on their site.  To be honest I was very surprised when somebody told me about this.  At first I did not believe it, but it’s there and it’s true.  You could say accomplished a lot in this war, and that we lost Mammoth but quickly regained it in a mere forty-eight hours.  I congratulate BA for putting up one heck of a fight.  Even though they are disbanding they have proclaimed that they will be back, but not for ACP.  This was even more astonishing than them disbanding and is some very good news!  Their post describes more…

We will end the BA, and the war against anyone, because of reasons the leaders don’t want to reveal yet.

We’ll be back in a few months, but we won’t fight ACP.

Armies in the BA, we ask you to not help Nachos or Ice Warriors in ANY way. Recruit, get active, and be prepared for the recreation of BA in a few months.

Go back to your armies, get them active again, and have some fun. Someone got on our way to victory, and they will pay, once we recreate the Black Alliance.

No army in the BA is anymore at war with ACP.

Good bye, see you guys in a few months.

BA

You could say we won this war and have successfully beaten them!  I am proud of each and every one of you soldiers.  You have done very good, listened well and we’ve beaten BA in many scheduled events and raids.  I am also congratulating BA on a job well done, you were a worthy opponent no doubt.  A job well done to everybody  I will be unstickying the invasion posts unless Flipper or Kenneth decide to do otherwise.  While making this post I talked to Blizzard880 about why they decided for a sudden pull out; he insisted that BA couldn’t take on a mysterious TR but we had a nice little chat about why BA started.

He specifically pointed out one reason which, in his eyes, is that CPAC is run by ACP soldiers and that whenever someone bad mouths ACP on CPAC that their comment gets taken down.  CPAC is not fully ran by ACP, take for example their head of site Bluesockwa2.  He is only focused on CPAC and nothing more therefore I will not go into more detail.  I’m not going to rant or rage about this and that, yet if this is happening I find it very displeasing.  I am sorry to those who have had their speech taken down on CPAC if they did a somewhat rude comment on CPAC.  We have not forced anyone to take down your comments, nor intended them to do so.  I know that many other people rant about other armies yet their comment does not get taken down, so this a message for CPAC and for people to listen.

I encourage CPAC to stop their actions of deleting any comments that include bashing ACP (or any army for that matter) unless it is absolute necessary to stop a huge outrage or contains violent language.  Myself as an ACP Head General will take the challenge of defending ACP, not you- a CPAC worker.  At CPAC you need to have an open mind even if in ACP or other armies.  I respect you looking out for ACP, and you probably meant to look out for the general welfare of all armies, but when it comes down to taking away people’s speech it gets a little too out of hand and causes some issues.  If you feel as if I’m over-reacting I apologize ahead of time as this is not what this post is intended to do.

Let it begin.

Day 1: Glacier is a Win

Hai dere, ACP!

I would like to start this post off by just putting my perspective on things.  One of the reasons LT didn’t show up today is because they are apparently “ignoring” us.  The invasions are twenty-four hour notice and Flipper notified them of the invasions.  They are “ignoring” us for hacking them (which I believe is flase).  Yesterday, I believe, three of LT’s posts had got blanked and they started pointing fingers at ACP.  Choosing to accuse us of their hacking came along them to ignore all of our invasions.  Firstly, might I say I really doubt an ACP soldier hacked LT.  I’m still waiting on their proof, a lot of us are. Secondly, technically they aren’t ignoring us.  They made an alliance to take us out of the number one position and have already raided us and scheduled an invasion for Mammoth; I would consider that a war tactic move.  Therefore what I’m trying to get at is this:  these invasions count.  LT can ignore us all they want because in the end this is just easy taking.

Today was the first day of our attack on LT‘s soil.  Our first stop on our trip was Glacier.  We logged on ten minutes early to find no other armies on.  It was basically a wasteland.  We gained numbers quickly and even though this wasn’t the most great event we averaged fiteen and maxed twenty.  We did multiple tactics while we waited for LT to show up.  It went well as we stayed on for fifteen minutes and everyone seemed to be listening nicely.  Even though our numbers weren’t great I would say this was a good success.  I got around six pictures

That concludes the victory post for Glacier.  One LT server down, and only a few more to go.  This sure was quick victory, though we did squeeze in some good tactics.  Everyone listened nicely and responded well.  Awesome teamwork and organization.  It’s a great way to start November and this big war.  Milk is being delivered, sir Flipper!

Is That a Turtle I See in the Distance?

Hai dere, ACP!

After finishing the ‘Scary Showdown’, winning and totally kicking some Nachos in the dust (NOTE: this is funny.  Laugh with me; hahaha), we seem to be at a fork in the road.  We have concentrated so much on the tournament that it’s now time to get back to business.  This usually happens every time after we finish up a tournament; the leaders are stumped on ideas for events.  The leaders would like to see what type of events our soldiers want.  Not only do you get to voice your opinion and finally let the leaders hear you, but whatever is the most popular vote we’ll most likely schedule soon.  One of my favorite parts about being an owner in this army is to be able to listen to all the soldiers.  Not only is it my favorite part, but it’s the most fun to do as well.

Teamwork

Army of CP [1] vs Nachos [2]

When: Saturday, 29th October

2:30 EST (Eastern)
1:30 CST (Central)
12:30 MST (Mountain)
11:30 PST (Pacific)
7:30 BST (UK)

Work performed by a team towards a common goal.  A team is consist of more than one person with different responsibilities.

Hai dere, ACP!

I feel like I haven’t talked for a while.  I just worked my way through not posting.  Now that I’m posting, it’s time to talk about a thing that is the key to a victory and will ultimately help us win the CPASS.  As you may already know a team/group of individuals that are in search for a common goal must get to that goal with Teamwork.  ACP‘s goal is to protect CP and to make history as the most greatest army ever on the island.  Each and every one of us have a duty to uphold for us to reach that goal.  From listening, to leading, to representing, it all helps us reach that one goal.  Look at yourself not as an individual, but as someone apart of a big team.  A big, important team.

Over the month of October ACP has been in some deep feuds with DW and LT, and with this post I just want us to step away from that and look at ourselves.  What can we do to make us better the next time we face DW or LT?  Teamwork.  Now I’m not asking people to hold hands, singing “Kumba Ya” and prancing around with each other.  I know some of us don’t know one another so well or some of us just plainly don’t get along.  But the first step to conquering a complete Teamwork atmosphere is we need to learn to respect everyone that makes up this extremely awesome army.  Eventually, that respect will turn into a big glob of Teamwork.

As you may be aware of ACP hasn’t had an unscheduled event in quite some time.  Thankfully that changed two days ago!  A member ranked had asked people to go on Mammoth and people actually listened.  Thanks to Bobcatboy10 and I who encouraged everybody to get on, we had a successful little recruiting on Mammoth gathering up to twenty troops.  I will bet that 2/5 of those people were recruits.  Thanks to one soldier being a team player and asking for us to get on for around fifteen minutes, we gained a maximum of ten new recruits.  [Click on the picture to enlarge it.]

I know we can beat the Nachos tomorrow.  We beat them in a practice battle so why not again?  We all need to play our role and work as a team so we can win another tournament.  This is an important battle and Nachos don’t seem to be backing down.  I know we can win definitely, but we can epicly pwn if we have a strong Teamwork system.

MEMBERS: The main thing that plays your role is to listen.  Listen careful to all the orders given by Flipper or Kenneth and execute them with excellency.  Another thing is if the Nachos are about to switch rooms, and you know about it, instead of shouting it on chat private chat an owner and they’ll get right on it.  You are the centerpiece of our team.  We thank you for being so loyal and trustworthy which is why we will be given out promotions to you members if you attend this battle.  So attend this battle, and listen very carefully.

MODERATORS: You are very important as well.  The owners sometimes need a lot of help especially if their lagging.  A thing the leaders have been realizing is the lack of moderators we have at a battle.  Please remember the times (mark it on a personal calendar if needed) and come at the right time; it would also be helpful if you would comment on the site if you can make it.  Another huge thing that plays in the moderators role is to repeat the orders of the leaders on chat.  This is extremely important because then everyone knows what to do and we’ll look very organized.  So remember for tomorrow’s event- be there, and repeat the orders.

We want to bring home another victory!  Nachos will be a worthy competitive thus we must bring our “a game.”  Together we will work as a team and overcome the beast.  Remember to not be cocky or stubborn and after the battle, no matter what, congratulate Nachos on a good battle.  We really need this win so lets not just win, but pwn the Nachos.  We are a great team so we need great Teamwork.  Thank you all for being great soldiers and we’re glad to say: we are making history.

Let it begin.

-3M Win! || Will Power

Hai dere!

Wow!  We successfully captured Wool Socks even before the event begain.  Flipper nor I didn’t even officially tell ACP to log on yet, and LT is already throwing their servers at us.  With that we still had a good 25+ people on the server in green.  The chat also managed to reach two pools.  Oh how great fun it was   Seeing as LT surrendered before the battle could even start, we were only at the Town.  Not to mention that everyone there was in green, no big deal.  Look at the post above for more information on the war.  Keep up the amazing work, ACP.  We were born to make history.

<><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><>

I am full of promises locked inside.  I know every other week I am the one to promise to myself, “HEY! I’m going to be so active from now on.”  Have I fufillied it yet?  No.  Each passing week I’m super active the first week, then extremely inactive the next.  It’s like a tug-of-war with myself.  It’s obvious all the owners try to be active and want to be there for the best army.  I say to myself “Mchappy- you make all the events, so you should be fine.”  But the other side of me is saying that it’s not fine.  I’m just a soldier sleeping my days away, while you everyone is having fun and socializing at chat.  This post isn’t going to be about me, though.  This post is going to be about us.  Because their is no “me” in a team.  United we stand.

Now every time I’m on chat I always get at least three people asking for promotions.  It seems to me that the word “promise” comes after any setence with “promotion” in it.  I admire their dedication to work harder.  Soldiers need their promotions if they’re to keep the army in movement.  Could it be a little dogged?  At times, yes.  Trust me when I say I have promised myself so many things though promises usually set me up for failure.

The point of this post is to find a new word: willing.  A promise is something that you look forward to achieve, you try to achieve it.  I’m sure that all of us have kept promises to one another.  Though shall we keep promises to the army? or should we do stuff willingly to improve the army?  I know I’m not the best soldier, so to do that I am willing to step up myself and improve myself for the better sake of ACP.  We should all promise be willing to do what’s best for the army.  Even a personal goal that you are willing to do will help the army vastly.

As a promise we are indivudals, if you are willing we unite as one.  The current tournament we are in have some other armies that could be a challenge.  It’s time we unite as one and fight for the army and not as indivudals.  I’m not saying that we lack as a unit, but I’m saying we could always improve as one.  ACP is the best army there is.  We have gone through thick and thin.  This army is full of history, and a great history at that.  Let’s keep the legacy going and prove to everyone in this tournament that we still stand on top.

This army truly amazes me.  Definetly a true legacy!  The stronger we get, the more history we make, and in all we become a well known army on Club Penguin.  Let’s all be willing to win this tournament.  Let’s all be willing to kick some penguin booty.  Let’s all be willing to bond as one.  Meaning no fights on chat, recruiting on Club Penguin (listening to everyone)/it’s important to recruit because even though we have such a vast majority of active members in our army we need to get known by more penguins so that we can introduce armies to more penguins thus making the army community a huge percantage, and most importantly we should all stay active together.  We can and will win this tournament.  We can win this tournament, and we will do so.  We can get bigger and bigger untill the final where we will kick major butt.  Together we will unite as one and show that we aren’t just individual soldiers, but one big team.  Get ready, fellow armies, ACP is here to win!  It’s time for us to forget about these “eras” and look at ACP as one true era.  A huge legacy.

Let it begin.

Chat Rally: Great Success!

Fifth Anniversary Post

Offical Birthday Post

Hai dere!

Today was our chat rally to celebrate ACP‘s fifth anniversary (wow.)  It was a tremendous success.  ACP chat was on the top five of the popular list the whole time.  Towards the middle of the big rally up ACP chat hit third biggest chat!  I bet we earned a lot of recruits from that.  From what I saw everyone was having a blast, especially the winners of the give aways.  I’m really glad everyone had a ton of fun.  To be honest, I think this might have to be one of our best chat rallies ever.  Slider gave out his powers, remember to say thank you, and a ton of people won.  After Slider was done Kenneth took his turn to give out moderator ranks and owner ranks.  And lastly, as a surprise, Buck surprised everyone and started doing a contest as well!

During the event we had a big fifty-three as our maximum numbers of soldiers, and forty-three as our lowest.  So we averaged in about forty-seven soldiers for the whole hour.  If we can do that on a chat, on a weekday, I’m sure that we are starting to grow once more and will soon get big numbers throughout this weekend (if we have any events scheduled.)  Some of us even went on CP and got around fifteen online just for dancing at the night club and being loners.

I want all soldiers to remember that we are still in a tournament called- the “Scary Showdown.”  Remember to keep checking ACP site daily and regularly for updates on when our next battle is.  It’s getting spooky, ain’t it?  Right now it looks like we have a good chance of winning.  But we won’t be lazy and slack off!  We will keep on working hard and blow every other army off the island.  Or at least until we win this tournament.  Another site to keep updated for the “Scary Showdown” is CPAC.  Which reminds me…Halloween is only like thirty-one days away.

Today was the twenty-ninth and we party hard!  Luckily for the soldiers tomorrow is the thirtieth which means promotions are here, or at least will be soon.  I know a ton of you worked really hard this month.  Trust me when I say all of your worked has paid off.  It finally seems that we are back on track and moving on up.  I’m not exactly sure when promotions will be released but I do know that they have to be soon.  This whole week owners will be working on them so please stay patient and don’t beg for one on chat.  It’s really annoying and will end up getting you no promotion at all!

Now enough for all the chit-chat.  Lets get to those chat rally pictures!

The chat rally begins...

We hit one of our maximum sizes.

As you see everything went very well and we definitely sent a word to xat to watch out for us.

Congratulations.  You made it to the end of this post!  I apologize for my lack of posts recently.  WordPress is really…different with the formatting with my new laptop so I still haven’t figured everything out yet.  I know that is no excuse but it is what it is.  I apologize ahead of time if this posts formatting is weird.  This stupid laptop…  Anyway!  What a great way to end our fifth year anniversary.  I can’t wait for next year; I’m already excited!

With love,

~Icey Cold27 ♣ ACP’s Head General

Hello, Outback!

Hai dere!

As much as I despise posting over a 9/11 post, this post is needed to help us improve as an army.  Yesterday was the invasion of Outback, which I had the pleasure of leading, and we successfully captured it.  The beginning was… rough.  We started out somewhat strong, then we died down and it was embarrassing.  Thankfully our numbers grew again and we blew SWAT right off the server!  Throughout the whole battle we probably had twenty to thirty soldiers online.  SWAT leader and I agreed on ACP winning and also the rooms that were claimed.  Our enemy claimed the following rooms:

  • Ski Village
  • .5 of the Beacon

We, the mighty ACP, captured the follow rooms:

  • Town
  • Dock
  • .5 of the Beacon
  • Snow Forts
  • Forest
  • Cove
  • Ice Berg
  • Stadium
  • Dojo
  • Light House

As you can see we had the majority of the claimed rooms so we successfully get the server!  It was a well fought battle.  I didn’t take much pictures, which I’m tremendously sorry for- seeing as I promised to take more pictures of an event, yet I did get two luckily.  This event was quite long due to the fact that SWAT ran around the server with us chasing them, then they would run again, repeat.  It took a while for them to surrender, but they did!  Great work  yesterday troops with all the invasions.  We did fantastic!  Remember the upcoming ‘Recruiting Week’ for this week.

➡ Comment if you were there and/or took pictures!

I can't see how SWAT could have beat this...

I’m glad we’re winning this war and doing so good!  I feel so proud when I can say I’m apart of this army.  ACP is forever, and forever shall! Might I add that I hate my new laptop and it makes everything incredibly slow and hard to do things? 😛 It bugs me sooo much.

With love,

~Icey Cold27 ♣ ACP’s Head General

High and Mighty

Hai dere!

Today we over powered SWAT on Yeti.  Yes, we only had twenty hours to prepare for this battle.  SWAT had a good twenty-seven hours.  We showed up with a good forty to fifty soldiers on the server.  Even an hour before the battle we had around twenty soldiers recruiting.  This battle was very good for us.  Especially for the late notice ACP had.

great battle (Y)

~Boomer

Thanks, Boomer!  Our tactics were very good and I’m sure we used more phrase tactics then emote tactics.  That’s a great variety.  SWAT showed up with a small twenty on the battlefield.  I was disappointed in their battling.  All they did angry faces, puffle emote, made lines, and ran away from the huge ACP.  Seriously.  They did mad faces once, used the puffle emote once, but definetly ran away from ACP more than once.  This was a great victory for us.  I’m glad I was able to lead us to victory.  This victory took a while longer than others, yet it was worth it.  My sources say that SWAT had troubles figuring out who was leading and two leaders were fighting during the battle.  Too bad for them that ACP is extremely organized.

Deli, a SWAT leader, wants this “war” to be put on hold.  They asked that so they could get “stronger.”  Will we stop now after they have attacked four times now?  No.  They used an act of war.  Heck, they wanted this war!  You can’t just simply stop it. This army also goes against the ‘Anti-Hacking bill.’  One of their soldiers uses the trainer: ‘Penguin Lime.’  And yes, no need to worry, we have proof.  This isn’t over.  We now must defend our own freedom this time.  Back to us winning on Yeti- here are the pictures.  No certain order; click on the pictures to enlarge.

Comment if you made it and/or took pictures.

We form a circle waiting for the battle to start.

Yes we know. ACP is amazing.

Were you expecting to win? LOL

Surrender so soon?

Greta job today!  Everyone deserves a pat on the back for the results.  May many more victories come our way.  Our empire is surely forever.

With love,

~Icey Cold27 ♣ ACP’s Head General
