What? Another Retirement???

Yes, another retirement. First let me say right off, I can never match the quality of Foxes retirement post, so I apologize right up front for the disappointment. I am retiring from ACP with no regrets. I feel confident that Seane Hawk will lead ACP better then I ever did or could. I gave ACP my best. I tried to make everyone happy and probably failed 50% of the time. I think I used up energy meant for ACP fighting off the NG. That honestly was the worst welcome any leader could hope for. A solid month of being berated and hated for rising up faster then a bunch of envious rebels felt I should. But in the end, they imploded and faded off to deal with their hatred in other ways I suppose. Even heading into retirement I feel so lucky for having had the opportunity to lead such a loyal and dedicated army like ACP. Back in my N00b days ( and I know there some who will say I am still a n00b) I never dared dream I would one day lead this very army. I looked up to Boomer (still do) and respected the former leaders as you would former world leaders. Along the path to where I am today I made many friends, and to be honest a couple enemies. I never meant for the former to happen, but I can not dictate to others how they should feel towards me.

I would like to thank those first that meant the most to me during my career at ACP. In no particular order, here we go.  Boomer, my first leader. You always had time to listen to a N00b, and always gave great advice. I told you when I became leader that I would always consider you my leader, and still do today. I think I was just keeping your chair warm for you. Perhaps one day that will be true again.

Shab, my mentor and confidant. You gave me my first rank and looked after me throughout my career. You showed me options and always told me the hard truth. I think ACP lost by not being led by you.

Saint, the first soldier I ever met on ACP. You never treated me like a nOOb. You showed respect to every rank and I decided back then that I would always treat people the way you did. You inspired me to always see the good side of every soldier and listen to to them. You always were there for me even after you handed ACP over to me, you were never but a message away from my side. I know Seane will benefit greatly from your friendship.

KG, I met you early and to be honest, I was not to sure about you. You seemed distant and aloof. Wow, little did I know you would become one of my closest friends on ACP. I always enjoyed our talks and hope that does not end. You call yourself a Hippie, I call you a friend and a teacher of life.

Seane, the futere of  ACP. A good friend, and a great teacher. I could not leave ACP in better hands.

Adav, I do not remember when we met, it seems like we were always friends. You are so easy to laugh with. You were always ready with a kind word when leadership would take a toll. You always saw the good side of me and refused to see my faults. I still think you need your eyes checked lol.

Thomas, I met you thru Div, he was right, you are a great friend and excellent soldier. You kept me on my toes, where your sister could not see my faults, you always pointed them out to me, and encouraged me to try harder.

Houndy, we came up together. You never ceased to make me laugh. When I was made temp leader of Alpha, I could always count on you to help me patrol. Good friends are like good music, just easy to be around, you are truly a good friend.

Draggy, I first met you when you published your drawings on You -Tube, You are such a talented artist, and such a good heart. We became instant friends and each others cheer leader. I loved the way you always called me “Mr. Dryv”. I have no doubt you will go far in life as a wonderful artist. You see life the way no one else does. I always admired that. Your confidence in me never faltered. Thank you.

Div and Paint, you guys will see me every day, so good for you lol. I miss Kurt  each and every day, but thank God for you two, every day also.

Axe, you and I go way back, you have been a pal from the start and always told me you saw me leading one day. Guess what? Again, you were right. I hate that about you : )

Finally I want to thank Babs. My best friend in life. I cannot begin to think of my life without you beside me every step for as far back as I can recall, and far forward as God will allow. We have been through the very very sad of life to the very best it has to offer. Thanks for always, always being here for me.

I know I have missed soooo many people. I wish I had room to thank them all.

The names below are not diminished by their placement. Every name meant something to me in their own way. And I owe them a debt of thanks for calling me a friend.

Apologies

I’m not sure where to start with this since most of what I wanted to say was in the edit that was removed, but here it goes…

I apologize to Dry to what has happened the past few days.  I’ve been going through a lot personally and I’m still in the process of getting myself back together…

Yes, I believed Flappy deserved a fair chance to defend himself, I am a forgiving person.  When he was banned however, I did not go against anyone’s wishes by unbanning him, and respected Dry’s decision.  As for this thing about overruling the leader’s decision (specifically for an election), I did not write the bill (which was specifically for overruling the leader), I did not tell anyone to write the bill, and this is the comment I left about it:

I would make a bill saying that the leader must consult with the other leaders as to whether or not to have an election. If that does not work, the other leaders and/or the Senate can overrule the leader’s decision.

All I was trying to say was that I agreed that the other leaders should have some ability to make the decision as well.  If all the power is in the hands of a single leader, they can do whatever they want.  They could make Billybob the leader and no one could do anything about it.  What I was talking about was a simple checks and balances system like the one the United States has, where everyone has a say, not just the leader.  The U.S. Government has worked for over 200 years, so I didn’t think this would be an issue.

I thought I was doing a pretty decent job of leaving Dry alone as leader considering my last non-Top 10 Army post was August 12th (more than a month ago).  Maybe me just being here was enough to make it difficult, and for that I apologize, but I still don’t see how you can say I was “looking over your shoulder every minute, questioning every move”.  I still do not see any examples of when you said we were going to war and I said no, or that I blatantly overruled you, in your words to “question every decision I make, and not do it quietly, but right on chat”.  Either way, I am sorry for that too, if this really did last as long as you say it did, I wish you had said something when you said it was occurring rather than once Saint told me to make you a Contributor to stop you from resigning before you had said a word to me about it…

As for the post I made, I tried to make it clear at the beginning I was talking about all armies falling (common knowledge at this point).  I only have access to our own statistics however, so that’s why it was focused more on ACP.  I tried to use it as motivation to get us on Club Penguin more without the leader having to ask.  Maybe my methods and words were extreme, and I apologize, but sometimes it takes drastic measures to make people realize what is happening in armies today.  I wanted it to be a wake up call, that if you really want to fix this you really do have to work at it.  If anyone took offense to it at the time, I did not hear about it, and I’ve looked through all the comments.  I would like to post some of the comments (from ACP soldiers only) before I explain why it is in fact all armies that are falling, and why statistics can be deceptive.

As usual, great post Boomer! However, in all seriousness, i agree with you entirely. Something must be done.

IVE BEEN TRYING TO SAY THAT THRE INTIRE TIME ( in other words GREAT POST)

Once again, another great speech from boomer. Even in his retirement, he still trys to fix everything :P However, he does make a good point. People these days, especially people from Oagals days, just complain that nothing is like when Oagal was here. Nobody is truely active, as the definition of active these days is being on chat alot. The leaders arent even encouraging going on CP. Nobody is active, and we need something to do.

I agree. I was actualy trying to tell people this, but for some darn reason they don’t like to listen to the elders

COME ONE PEOPLE! wars arent gonna get fun just like that and were not gonna get active just like that! you need to put effort. Boomers right go on cp as much as you can.

We should be on CP more often.

Dry Boomer was not calling you lazy. What he ment was All of the cp armys are getting a little inactive. Not just ACP. I think you’re a great leader and that you should reconsider your resignation.

I think this sums up the reaction I wanted best:

You all touched us Boomer…. Your posts always want me to go on Club Penguin and recruit, or patrol! I’m with Snowballpink, I try to get someone to recruit with me. But usually everyone says ‘NO!’. We need to stop our laziness :)

I felt good after I made the post because I went on chat and saw Batin taking the initiative to start a recruiting session, which as many as 25 soldiers helped out with.  I got people telling me on chat that I was right, and thanking me for saying something about it.  It wasn’t until I saw Dry’s reaction that I thought anything of it.  I understand being leader when someone (as you said) criticizes your work, although I never mentioned you or any other leaders in my post, it becomes more personal, but I was hoping it would inspire you to work harder.  For this, I apologize.

Now to explain the statistics.  I won’t post the graphs, but the most symbolic one is the Google Searches one.  Because we are “The Army of Club Penguin”, we get a lot of hits from people searching Club Penguin armies in general.  This means that when our searches are lower, it is greatly affected by how well the other armies are doing.  Our Google Searches were highest when ACP and the Nachos were both large and there was a ton of army activity on Club Penguin.  As armies in general got less active, no one was searching for armies anymore, therefore our hits went down.  I was trying to make the point that all armies were falling, and the lack of army activity in general on Club Penguin is the reason.  We all need to get on Club Penguin more, not just ACP.  I am also sorry this was misinterpreted by some, and I hope this clears it up.

Hopefully you guys realize that we need to work harder whether we think we are doing well or not.  I would have hoped to see in Dry’s edit “Look how many recruits we got the last few days, but yes we can still work harder.”  You should always want to be better, to strive for perfection, never to be satisfied with “good”.  That’s all I was trying to say.  I apologize to Dry and a few others who didn’t see it that way, but I hope under Meat everyone will take my words to heart and work harder than ever to make ACP the best it can be.

~Boomer

Resignation Of Dryvit

Boomer: My apologies to Dry for this misunderstanding, and I still hope you reconsider your resignation.  Regardless of your decision, I will support you and Meat, and I hope you all read what I have to say HERE.

Well the time has come way sooner then I ever thought. I cannot lead ACP any longer. I now know how Saint felt. I am not retiring, for I still have much to give ACP, I am resigning as your leader. I understand that Boomer was forced into retirement, but his posts and behavior on chat are just too much for me to lead through. I offered Boomer the job back as leader, he declined saying he was too busy. But he was not too busy to call my leadership and ACP soldiers lazy, find and post graphs to show how much better his leadership was, and then tell me that every high rank had pc’d him to agree with him. Not too busy to agree we were all idiots on chat for thinking Gwami was really Flappy. That was nice when Boomer later said he knew weeks ago Gwami was Flappy. Not too busy to sit on chat all day or night and question every decision I make, and not do it quietly, but right on chat. I do not need to lead with the former, former leader looking over my shoulder every minute , questioning every move. Boomer you had the pleasure of leading with no interference. You had no former leader advising an ex girlfriend to get the co leaders to over rule you. That was not possible in your leadership. but should be the rule in mine? I cannot lead like this anymore. I won’t lead like this anymore. I can now understand how hard it was for the first leaders to do anything with Oagal right there to call them out. That is not the way ACP should and can be run. I can promise you this, I will not interfere with the new leader in anyway shape or form. It is inherently unfair and egotistical to believe your way of leading was or is far superior to anyone else who may take the job. I do not want this post to be to be all negative. I really enjoyed my time as the leader of ACP. I had some of the best co leaders. Meat was always ready and willing to do anything needed. KtMan was always bringing great ideas to the table for practices and battles, including the “Mammoth Initiative”.  “Doc” Nono always had the best advice when I needed it. Fox was comic stress relief , she made me laugh. I can not thank those guys enough for making my leadership that much easier. Of course there were my brothers, Div and Paint who kept me on track and motivated to always do my very best for ACP. And “Kurt”, whom I am sure would be very proud of what I accomplished, and will accomplish going forward. And Bab’s, my rock and sounding board and very best friend forever. I want to thank every single soldier of ACP for putting your faith in me as your leader, if you ever felt let down, I am sorry. I tried my very best at every aspect of leading. I can only hope the former leaders (Boomer) can learn from this and let the next leader lead unobstructed. How unfair that would be to ACP to have it any other way. I feel the next leader should have the final say, no rule by committee , no co-leaders over ruling or the Senate trying. The same nations page Boomer ruled with should be the same nations page the next leader rules by. With all of that out of the way, I have decided against elections for the next leader of ACP. Per the nations page and our government rules, I am using the option of naming the next leader. Therefore,  I am hereby selecting SeaneHawk to be the leader of ACP. May he lead with the wisdom of Soloman, the fortitude of Moses and the compassion of Gandhi. Good luck Meat. I know you will do a great job for ACP and I look forward to being a soldier under your command. Thank you again ACP for allowing me to lead the greatest army on CP.

Retired Recruitment Fundraiser is a go!

Shab: One of the leaders should schedule a PB on a weekday around 3 Est, 4 Est, and 5 Est on Mammoth and see which time allows the most non-members to log in. Maybe it is possible to get all the members to wait until the non-members log in to get more ppl on the server.

To begin, If you’re gunna come, please dress in green. If u show up in a differen’t uniform, you’re not cool you’re just being a jerk, so please just have fun with everyone.

Well everyone thought the idea was great so here’s the plan!

First we will all gather on Breeze next week Saturday the 19th OR Sunday the 20th around 11 PST. Everyone will have a couple minutes to say hi to all the retired legends.

Then we will start a mini battle Alpha and Delta on one side, Echo on another. We will have the retired legends lead each side!

After that we will start the Fashion show. We will have 2 winners each time, one member winner and one non member winner. Don’t be sad if u don’t win, some ppl have really old penguins! The Fashion Show game starts by having one judge (I’ll be judge first) and they annouce the color or the thing to dress up as. Whoever can dress like the topic the best wins!

Finally we will split up into our divisions and march across Breeze meeting in the town!

There will be a SPECIAL GUEST attending, he will be in red. He is quite FAT.

I like posts with pretty pictures and diagrams so I made one:

ECHO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you to everyone  who participated in this amazing battle!  It was one of the best practice battles we’ve had in a long time.  It was a long and hard fight, every division did excellent.  But in the end, Echo continues its winning streak by coming out on top.  Here is the final score.

1st: Echo: 12

2nd: Alpha, Delta: 7

And now, here is the prize to Echo for winning the battle, the Champion of the Underground winner banner!

CONGRATULATIONS!

Retired Recruitment Fundraiser RRF

After reading Boomer’s post I had this cool idea. If we could gather the retired leaders of ACP and other retired legends and have them bring their penguins on CP for a fundraiser to get more recruits for ACP! I just thought of the idea so I don’t have all the details just yet.

Here’s how it would go:

Retired leaders like, Boomer20, Kg 007, Fort57, Oagalthorp, Shaboomboom, DB Penguin, Nakib, Capuzzi, Jedimaster17, Tostipotato, and more would gather on a very popular server just to meet the soldiers of ACP! We could have mini battles, “Fashion Shows” a game to see who can dress in the color blue the best or dress like James Bond, and other stuff like that. It would take place on a very popular server, though not too popular because we want everyone to get on! Anyone is allowed to come but they MUST dress in ACP uniform. At the end of the fundraiser we would run a huge recruitment party across the whole server.

This is just an idea so comment if u like it and if Dryvit and the Co-Leaders approve then we could schedule it soon!

200911

To start off, I would like to wish a happy birthday to Noka.

Today, September 11, 2009, is the eighth anniversary of a very bad terrorist attack. There were many attacks. One was on the Pentagon in Washington D.C. This hijacked plane managed to hit the building, although it has now been repaired.

The second hijacked plane crashed in a field in Shanksville, Pennsylvania. Authorities verified that the plane was headed for Washington D.C. It is not known which building would have been attacked-the Capitol Building, the White House, or another building.

Two more hijacked planes hit their targets in New York City, where I live. The first hit the World Trade Center 1 building. It hit the top floors of the building, starting a huge fire, smoke going throughout the building. After about 17 minutes, a second hijacked plane hit the World Trade Center 7 building. It hit at around the lower to middle area of the building, also causing a huge fire with smoke going throughout the building. By now, the street and block were covered with smoke. Black smoke could be seen coming from Manhattan’s direction for miles. Around 3 minutes after the World Trade Center 7 building was hit by the second hijacked plane, the World Trade Center 1 building collapsed. Later on, so did the World Trade Center 7 building.

This terrorist attack was planned by the terrorist organization known as “Al-Queda.” Now it is the 8th year anniversary of this terrible day. This day will be, in Ted Roosevelt’s words, infamous forever. This means that this day will be known forever for something bad, just like December 7th, the day of the attack on Pearl Harbor.

Today, 9/11/2009, I write this post, commemorating all who died in the terrorist attacks, all who were injured in these attacks, and all who’s family was hurt by an injury or death from these attacks. Please take a moment of silence, remembering all who died or were injured, all who were effected, and the World Trade Center, also known as the “Twin Towers.”

On this day, I recall what I saw in my kindergarten class.

After the ground shook, and a tremendous boom was heard, my class looked out the window from our classroom window. All we saw was a good amount of black smoke. 17 minutes later, the smoke increased, the ground shook, and another loud “ka-boom” was heard. Although, in between these 17 minutes, my principal ran room to room, talking to the teachers and only the teachers. As she came running into my classroom out of breath, even us 5 year-olds could tell that something was wrong. My teacher gasped, and started to cry.

20 minutes after the first time the ground shook, the ground shook again, and some smoke increased then vanished. A little while after, this happened again, and eventually nearly all of the black smoke disappeared. The principal came back in, and this time talked to us, the children. Her question was simple. “Do any of you have relatives in the Twin Towers?” she asked. A few raised their hands. After that day, I have never seen them-they most likely moved. School ended early, and the next day, school remained closed. That night, my parents told me and my twin brother of the bad news-the Twin Towers had been destroyed.

Although this was my day, it was not my sister’s. As she recalls it, she was a senior in middle school-a normal 8th grader getting used to school after the summer, and getting used to her new teachers. When the first boom went off, the children were confused, as were the teachers. A weird code was heard over the speakers, obviously to the school staff. The teachers then locked all of the doors, closed all of the windows, and waited. 15 minutes later, they moved to a different classroom, and again locked the doors. This repeated many times. Then, her school, which is now my middle school, closed for that day and the next day.

These are only two accounts of the day September 11, 2001. Many people have different stories, none of which were happy.

Now, 8 years after the attack, 8 years after my sister was in 8th grade, my twin brother and I are in 8th grade.

My principal spoke 10 words about this being the anniversary of the terrorist attacks, then changed the subject. There was no moment of silence, which all of the teachers and students found weird-so we had our own moment of silence after the principal stopped talking over the loud-speaker.

This infamous day, maybe even more infamous than December 7th, the anniversary of the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor, Hawaii which started World War II, was 8 years earlier than today. Today, after watching the news, I have found out that 4 members of the terrorist Taliban group were arrested by Pakistan-a sign that both West and East are now going against terrorism. This is a very good sign. You see, many believe that the Taliban were going to try to overthrow the Afghanistan and Pakistan governments-gaining control of nuclear, or atomic, weaponry. This would signal World War III, maybe even the end of the world because of the nuclear bomb use. This arrest of 4 Taliban members shows that everything will be ok. We are not yet going into The Nuclear War (World War III), or the end of the world.

The 7 WTC building was completed in 2006. The 1 WTC building has now started construction. It will be 1776 feet tall.

Today, I won’t put my title.

The Battle Of The Underground: Tommorow It Begins

Fox: Hey dudes, I gotz a virus on my comp (Norton isn’t working for some reason…) so I might not be on for awhile. Dry, I’ll do some join page tomorrow morning && please if you have a problem with me in the future just PC me or send me an email, because quite frankly when you don’t tell me nothing is going to change.

Make sure you read below this edit, and support your ACP Veterans in the poll HERE!

Boomer’s Edit: The point of my last post was to motivate, not to criticize, and the response to which seemed to be general agreement.  We have gotten lazy, and this is not on Dry’s shoulders (I didn’t mean for you to take it personally), it’s on everyone’s.  Work ethic makes an army, and if you go on chat now you almost never see a high ranked soldier say “Let’s go recruit or patrol”.  After I made the post, a lot of high ranking soldiers PCed me saying I was right, and a few even took the initiative to do exactly what I said.  Batin started a recruiting session, an act that was carried out by as many as 25 others.  That’s what I was talking about, soldiers taking the initiative to work hard without being told.  I know something big is planned for Tuesday, but the successful armies of the past were built around hard work every day of the week by the common soldier, not in single events once or twice a week.  But well done, keep it up.

Tommorow, three great forces will battle it out miles below Club Penguin.  Only one force can be crowned the winner.  The force who can outlast all the rest will need good tactics, leadership, and soldiers.  Will you help make your division the Champion of the Underground?

Its been a long time, but now I’d like to announce another ACP Practice War, Echo vs. Delta vs. Alpha!  The battle will be 45 minutes long and take place in the three rooms of the Underground, the Mine, the Pool, and the Boiler Room.  Each Division will start out in one of these three rooms.  This will be a battle in which points will be given out for good strategy (and an extra 2 points will be given to the division with the most soldiers at the end), and whoever has the most points will be the winner.  The leaders will be the ones giving the points while the 1st and 2nd Generals of each division will be leading the battle.  The Division who wins this battle gets the title of Champion of the Underground and a custom banner to commemorate their victory made by myself for their site.  For all of the specific information, look below.

Server: Klondike

Rooms: The Mine (Alpha Base), Pool (Echo Base), and Boiler Room (Delta Base)

Time: 3:00 PM Penguin Standard Time

Date: Saturday, September 12th

MAY THE BEST DIVISION WIN!

A Full Analysis

DryvitWe had 28 new recruits in one day, 23 another, 13 on a week day. Chat is always full. I am not to sure of the point to this post, but the parts calling ACP lazy is a bit much. I would expect ex leaders, much like ex Presidents to be respectful to the ones they once led. It is very easy as you prove to show the bad, but not easy to find the answer. If it was that clear, you would have posted it in big bold type instead of using that for calling us lazy. The answer ACP seeks will arrive Tuesday. We must be patient, for Tuesday all will be revealed to the masses of ACP and beyond. Wear your dancing shoes, cuz we will be dancing in the streets!!!

If you’re too lazy to read this, at least look at the graphs with the descending lines, and you’ll know that something is wrong.  As for fixing it, you need to read it…

As much as it pains me to break my perfect total of 200 posts, something needs to be said.  Armies are falling, ACP included, and everyone is looking for a quick fix.  Sorry to tell you this, but there is no quick fix, no elevator back to the top, and no one seems to be willing (or perhaps they are just unsure how) to do the hard work that is necessary.  Most of those who think they know how to fix armies are wrong, otherwise someone would have fixed it by now.  If you want to know how I turned ACP into an army with 60-80 soldiers at every battle, you can come find me and hope we have a few hours.

I was planning to make an extremely long post on exactly why armies are falling and how to fix them, but in my retirement I find that I am much too lazy, much like most of the soldiers reading this.  That’s right, I’m calling you out.  Let’s face it, even if I did give you an outline of how to do it, most leaders either wouldn’t read it or wouldn’t want to put in the work necessary to fix the problem.  For this reason, I choose to focus solely on ACP’s current situation and what we must do to dig ourselves out.

Where we are right now is in a false state of comfort, that everything is going well (this goes for all armies).  However, there are danger signs making themselves more prominent by the week.

It would seem by looking at our hits totals that we are doing fine (still over 100,000 hits a month).  They are decreasing, but not to the point where we should panic, necessarily…

Total Hits:

Site Hits

As a note, I took over at the end of November and retired at the beginning of June.  Every month I was leader, our hits increased over the previous month with the exception of May when we got tangled up in a war with the Nachos.  We got a slight boost in hits between June and May (as was expected due to summer), but remarkably the hits dropped for the rest of the summer despite the fact that everyone was out of school.  Please note that the September 2009 total is a projection based on how many hits per day we’ve had so far.  There is a dramatic falloff now that we don’t have the summer to keep us afloat anymore.

The real problem lies hidden beneath these totals however, as I noticed by looking at what I always viewed as a better measurement of success: views of the Join page.  This signifies how many recruits are finding our site.  Here is the average number of page views of the Join page dating back as far as we have statistics, and you will get a better sense of the problems we face.

Our hits were pretty decent when I was leader compared to the months prior, but they’ve been dropping since then.  It doesn’t seem like such a big issue except that during the summer, everyone is home, so those hits should have been higher than they were during the school year.  The fact that they were lower means the issue is probably more severe than the statistics indicate.  Currently, we’ve been getting an average of 102 hits per day, about half of what we had in April and almost as low as November when we had all those issues…

Here is a graph of the chat page, which gives a better sense of how many soldiers we have in general than does pure hits, which include soldiers from other armies.

Since the peak in May (498 views per day), the hits have dropped to 262 this month, around where we were in December/January.

This is the scariest statistic, due to the fact that you need recruits for the army to grow, and (along with the fact we’re shrinking) you can see our Google Searches are way down from a few months ago.  They’re coming back a little, but we’re talking about less than half the number we used to get in March-May when we were at our peak.  Note, the numbers is the average number of Google Searches per weekend (per month).

Most or all of these problems can be fixed with one thing: activeness.  When Oagal was leader, we were on Club Penguin all the time.  Now most of us go on once every 2 weeks.  Co-Leaders, 3rd in Commands, and Generals should get everyone together to go on Club Penguin as soon as they get on.  It can be for patrolling or recruiting or go to Mammoth and just fight someone, but we’re losing recognition (and Google Searches) because no one sees us on Club Penguin anymore.  Instead of trying to schedule practices with other armies, we need to have more recruiting sessions and practice sessions with just ACP to see how many soldiers we have left and to work on tactics.  No one seems to know what’s going on during battles anymore.  I can give the leaders more detailed instructions if they want to ask me, but to write it all out here when most soldiers don’t need to see it seems unecessary.  Just make sure you get on Club Penguin regularly without being told.  It is your duty as a soldier to serve your army, not just sit on chat all day and then complain about not getting promoted.  If we don’t get on Club Penguin and recruit, we’ll have the same problem as RPF where all their soldiers are old and don’t want to work hard anymore.  I built ACP around recruits when I was leader because they have the best work ethic.  You can’t argue with the results I got.  It’s on you, the soldiers, to make ACP the best army it can be, so get to work.
