Boomer’s Edit: I think we need to calm down with the posting, we’ve had 22 posts in the past week (more than 3 per day), and it’s hard to keep up with all of them to know what’s going on.  This is just a suggestion, but we should really just have Meat post once a day explaining news and upcoming events, and the other leaders can inform us of events if and when they occur.  We don’t need opinion posts from our Contributors every few days, it starts to turn into someone’s personal blog instead of staying focused on the army.

I don’t think this is clear among the ACP public.  Our chatroom is not a place where you can get on and act like you’re in your own personal perverted world.  We have rules.  They must be followed.  But since certain people don’t get the picture, I’ll have to detail every single rule.

No Bad Language – This means do not say anything that would be deemed inappropriate.  This includes general curse words, racial slurs, homophobic language, and sexual language.  If someone says a basic curse word, kick them first.  If they repeat the offense, you may ban them for 1 hour.  If they have been banned for this repeatedly, you may increase the length of the punishment.  Anything else (f-word, racist comments, homophobic slurs, and sexual language) is a ban the first time – no warnings.  These can be for any amount of time determined by the banner.

This is the main problem.  We are trying to create a good example for new ACP soldiers.  Acting perverted and constantly breaking rules will not help. 

No Advertising (Spamming) – Do not come on chat and spam links to your site or chat, unless it is for a specific purpose, such as a meeting.  If you want to give someone a link, do it in pc.  Also, there is no spamming of inappropriate links (porn, inappropriate pictures/videos, etc.).  Spamming a link is a kick only offense, unless it is repeated despite the warning.  Then the punishment can be either a ban or being made a guest.  Porn links, etc. will result in a 6 hour to Forever ban with no warning required.

Spamming and advertising are wrong.  Everyone hates spam.  Please, don’t do it.

No Flooding (Being annoying) – This includes no talking in CAPS.  The only exception is if a leader needs to give an order in a battle situation.  This also includes typing random letters or smilies repeatedly.  The punishment is kick only.

Self Explained.

No Politics or Religion– This usually results in arguments, so stay away from it.  It is not punishable unless it begins to make people angry, but it is suggested that it be stayed away from as much as possible.  If the situation begins to escalate, the punishment is a kick, however, if the problem becomes a full argument, those participating are to be banned for 1 Hour.

No religion or politics at all.  They only lead to arguments on the chat.

 No Helping Enemies – Soldiers of enemy armies are not permitted on chat during war time.  During war time, Martial Law can be declared, in which case, enemy soldiers are to be made guests and then banned.

I don’t think anybody has a problem with this. 

No Asking to Be a Moderator/Owner – This is a verbal warning first, followed by a kick if it persists.

It will get you nowhere.

 Follow Orders – If a superior (usually a leader) gives you a direct order, you must carry it out.

PLEASE follow orders.  If a superior tells you to stop doing something, you stop doing it: no exceptions. 

No Personal Pics/Info – Please do not post pictures of yourself on main chat, because not everyone wants to know what you look like.  Likewise, do not post your personal information (hometown, address, phone number, cell number, email, etc.) on main chat

I don’t know why anyone would do this.

No Bribes – Do not promise anyone that they can be a mod for doing something or for giving you xats and days.  No exceptions.

Mostly applys to owners.

Do Not Do Anything You Know or Feel is Wrong – This can be pretty much anything.  If you think it is wrong to do, chances are it probably is.

If it’s perverted, it’s a wrong thing to say. 

Do Not PC the Owners – This is not something that will be punished, but I need to say something about it because it is becoming an issue.  Part of the reason I do not come on chat as much as I used to is because I am almost always updating something on the site, and pc usually only delay me getting work done, so I try to avoid the chat when I need to do something important.  I have no problem with being on chat and doing work at the same time, but in order for this to happen, I need some peace.

Self-explained.

We have these rules to make a good example of ourselves.

Please follow these rules.  Obey them and you will be fine.  Disobey and you will suffer dearly.

Well, Snowballpink pc’s me. “Thom, a bunch of Nachos (including Akabob22(New Nacho Leader) and Shedinja777(Nacho high rank) are on Fjord”. Recently, as most of us know when Cooper and Zzztops were in charge, we gave them new servers. Aka recently made a post stating they’re going on a siege (a battle in which takes place one server without 24 hour rule) of Fjord. Meaning, they’re invading Fjord for the next few weeks or maybe months without stopping. He stated that “a couple of days ago 2 hour rule was nothing, why should it now?” (Ktman: What do you mean?  In WWV an army wasn’t allowed to take a singel server with out the 24 hour rule.  Aka is wrong and he must schedule an invasion 24 hours in advance if he wants it back.) which is actually true. So, we have to constantly patrol Fjord and patrol other ACP servers a bit.

I was hesitant to acknowledge the fact that this was being called a “World War” for the reason that “World Wars” are named so once they have ended (not beforehand).  Yes this was a good war, but it only lasted 3 days, so it can hardly be a true World War like the month-long ones we used to have.  The last time there was to be a supposed World War, it also ended in a short amount of time, and was referred to as a “Mini” World War, so it should probably be given that terminology.  When you think about it, our situational one day war with RPF some months ago involved more armies than this one anyway.  It was a lot of fun, but for history, it seems disrespectful to past World Wars to refer to this one as such.  Let me know if you agree.

Ennbay here. I’m Breaking The Habit now, while I still can. I’m too addicted to ACP.

Now, I must show you some lines from a song that show exactly how I feel right now.

Now, I think that explanations are in order.

Lines 1 and 2:

“Somehow I got caught up in between

Between my pride and my promise”

These lines have a very important meaning. Lines 1 and 2 say that I got caught up, or lost, in between my pride and my promise. These lines explain my struggle, my choice on whether to stay or leave. I wanted to keep my pride, to stay in ACP. Yet at the same time, I remembered the promise I had made to myself when I rejoined ACP. The promise was the following:

When not fit to be a soldier in this army, I will retire, and let someone who deserves my spot to take it.

I am no longer fit to be a soldier in this army. Therefore, I must retire.

Now, the 3rd line:

“Between my lies and how the truth gets in the way”

I got lost between my lies and how the truth got in the way. This also has some importance. I got lost in my lies-the lies that I said. That I should be a Third In Command of this army. I do not deserve it. Also, the truth gets in the way. The truth would have gotten in the way of me getting to be a leader.

The rest of the lines do not pertain to my retirement.

Yes, I am retiring, maybe for good, or maybe until I am fit to come back to this amazing Club Penguin army.

I will name some people who are my friends, who are my enemies, and who have helped me since I came.

Though only three days long, World War V was one of the most defining events in the history of Club Penguin armies.  It strengthened alliances, caused the fall of once great forces, and showed everyone that the ACP is still the biggest and greatest force in Club Penguin armies.  From the first invasions of Fjord and Mammoth to the final day of negotiations, World War V changed Club Penguin armies forever.

I would like to first thank the leaders of all the armies of the UA.  Of course the leaders of this very army, but also the leaders of the IW.  Without you, victory would have been impossible.  Also thanks to the armies who came through in the end such as the UMA and WW, who proved they to could also see true justice.

Also, thank you to the soldiers of the UA.  You came to every battle we called you to fight for.  You fought on the servers of Club Penguin for justice for hours on end.  That is something I can never thank you enough for.

And thus, the greatest battle most of us have ever been apart of comes to an end.  Thank you for making us what we are today.

PART I

First, I’m not positive if this is true or not, but WWV might be over because basically all armies either joined us (UA) or became neutral.  Right now the teams are:

(lulz Woton way off) – I think the Red Alliance will most likely have a lot more people at their next battles since a ton of armies keep joining them. Here are basically the sides so far:

The Red Alliance: Nachos (Neutral), UMA (UA), WW (UA), BP, GW, IMAF, Romans.

The United Army: ACP, IW, UMA, WW

Basically all the largest armies switched to our side, and the Nachos just became neutral.  The big question is whether or not the armies left in RA want to continue.  If they say yes, prepare to get wrecked.

Part II

I was told to call a meeting for all major army leaders or something like that, so here it is.  We have some things to discuss, so please try to make it.

Boomer’s 2nd Edit: UMA has officially joined UA, meaning the last remaining supporters of Aka are about the only major army left.

Boomer: The Nachos impeached Cooper after he made them neutral, so they’re back in.  They lost their site though, so seems ill advised to be fighting a war after taking such a big hit.  Well done ACP and IW, we’re clearly the 2 largest in Club Penguin now.

Meat: Aka has overthrown all of the Nacho leaders and made himself the leader.  The true Nachos will not follow him.  Nachos will be helping the reds in this war. The Tuxedo invasion will go on as scheduled, good luck all UA soldiers. TUXEDO INVASION IS CANCELED.

The Mammoth defense was a success!  We were offered almost no resistance by the RA.  Now, the Nachos have left the war and went nuetral.  Fjord will be owned by UA and armies with UA permission will be able to use it.

We will be invading the UMA server Tuxedo to get it back to RPF.
