The Invasion of Fjord is OFF in case that wasn’t clear

Well the day is finally here, Aka and Jay have been overthrown by their own soldiers.  The new leadership is in control of the site and things are running smoothly.  All of the Nachos’ servers will be returned, and ACP and IW will provide support as the new Nacho Empire is rebuilt.

Things will be different now for the Nachos, who will once again have active, committed leaders who care about what is best for their army.  The future looks bright.  Our hope is that under the new leadership, the Nachos can rise to power once again, and help forge an alliance among the Big 3 armies along with ACP and IW.  I thank you all for helping the Nachos with their silent cause and for making this possible.  We will do well to know that this was the day the true Nachos have returned.

I apologize for having to be involved with the rebels for the better of the Nacho army, for it isn’t a peaceful title. The reason for the firing of Akabob22 and Jayson23, is because they’ve been wasting away their positions. Much better suited people can be in their positions, but instead they do nothing and take up space.

The road you were on was straight towards hell. Akabob22 had the “I’m better than everything and everyone,” attitude. This attitude may seem good at first but then you realize, No, he acts like a complete asswipe all the time. The new leadership of the Nachos goal: Don’t act like a complete asswipe (The Akabob rule) Btw, I’m sorry if this posts seems choppy, it’s been a while since I’ve written a formal post for the Nacho army.

When ACP had first challenged Akabob, he said derp. Derp. A word meaning absolutely nothing, but to the user. The user of the word derp thinks they have the ultimate power over the argument, but in reality is acting like the biggest piece of shi** imaginable. I’m sorry how this ended Akabob22, but your time has ended. Take it and leave it. If you wanna muster up the little support you have left, then go ahead. The new generation of the Nachos is ready for a challenge.

All who agree to this post, comment your opinions. If a lot disagree, maybe Akabob22 and Jayson23 will be given another chance. We are very reasonable people.

Well seeing as we decimated the rest of the Nacho Empire while Aka turns a blind eye to the fact that the Nachos are slowly collapsing around him, the time has come to take out their last remaining server: Fjord.  My suggestion is that Aka step down before the Nachos are further mutilated and humiliated, but of course that won’t happen since he does not seem to care about his army enough to admit that his poor leadership is slowly destroying the once-great army.  There will come a time when you must either take the fall for the army you have failed under your leadership, or you will watch as they die at your feet.  The Nachos deserve leaders who care enough to realize what is best for the soldiers.  For this, we shall fight to the end.

ALL SENATORS !!!  A SENATE MEETING HAS BEEN CALLED FOR FRIDAY, NOV 20, 2009 AT 6:30PM EASTERN TIME. THIS MEETING IS IS OF CRITICAL IMPORTANCE TO ACP.  BOOMER WILL BE INTRODUCING A BILL THAT COULD VERY WELL CHANGE THE ENTIRE FUTURE OF ACP. The three server invasion by ACP and IW went perfectly, especially considering the Nachos only had about 8 soldiers on 3 servers.  Shiver had the most resistance, but IW and UMA defeated the 3 (wow impressive) Nachos to claim the server.  ACP defeated the 2 (count ’em) Nachos to take White House, as well as Snowbound where the Nachos didn’t even show.  Here are the pics from the main ACP invasion – White House:

I think we all knew the Nachos were falling, but I honestly had no idea things were this bad.  When Person was leader, the Nachos were getting around 4,000 hits per day.  Aka’s recent post informs me that now they are only getting 1,000.  ACP gets around 2,500 on weekdays and 4,000 on weekends to put that into perspective.  At recent battles the Nachos have barely fielded 15 soldiers, sometimes even less, and seeing how 15 is the cutoff for a major army, I was almost ready to drop the tag for them.  But the fact that they couldn’t even get 10 soldiers at this battle confounds me, and I believe they have lost their position as the 3rd largest army, and realistically their title as a major army.  The Nachos are a shadow of their former selves, and it is even more imperitive than ever that they have a leader who cares enough to save this dying army.

ACP had a highly successful raid of Fjord, the Nacho capital, around 2:00 pm PST today.  There was little resistance, never more than 8 Nachos, and ACP showed its dominance early on.  Here are the pics:

As you all read when you scroll down, Ktman is now demoted due to his inactiveness as 2ic. And though it is somewhat necessary, I don’t want him to leave in vein. Ktman was one of the nicest people I know. He was always such a good friend and always supported me and for that I thank him. Hopefully he won’t quit for good because Kt is very liked here and I along with others hope you don’t quit for good Kt. Thank you for your time as 2ic 🙂

As most of ACP knows, we had to demote Ktman from 2ic to 3ic. We regretted having to take this action but he left us no choice. For those wanting the reasons, here they are.

Ktman never once ranked a single soldier from the join page since becoming 2ic, never added a single soldier to a division since becoming 2ic, organized an inter-divisional war then skipped out on the actual battles leaving the Division Generals no clue as to the battles won or lost or even a simple schedule of who battles who. Came by chat for a few minutes once a week, missed every battle, practice or drill ACP has had since he became a 2ic.

Kt was very upset at his demotion. He wanted a poll taken to see if ACP felt he deserved a demotion, we refused on the grounds of cruelty and embarrassment to him. He could not realize that every single soldier in ACP would love to have his title and would work very hard to ensure they kept it. And each soldier expected much more from their 2ic.

As with the mods, leaders/owners is a job earned, not a right. You must constantly strive to keep that job by showing up for functions you planned, doing the basic jobs of a 2ic, showing you care by showing up for battles , drills and practices, and be on chat to hear the soldiers concerns and what they are happy about. You cannot lead in absence, and you cannot expect your fellow leaders to carry your load for you.

Kt has been told how to earn his 2ic spot back, time will tell if he cares to do just that, or be let go completely from his leadership spot.

So as we move forward, anyone who may be considered for a leadership spot, use this as an example on how to do the right job for the greatest army on CP. ACP.

Edit: Aka has decided there is no hope for the Nachos and they will not be fighting any of the battles tomorrow (I guess this way they don’t have to admit defeat 🙄 ).  We will claim their servers regardless: IW will claim Shiver, and ACP will  claim Snowbound and full possession of White House (we owned half before).

I understand now that the ACP and the IW are trying to make the Nachos better and to strengthen the alliance between these 3 armies. Not many people are happy with the leaders (sorry Aka and Jay) and they obviously aren’t getting us very far (not all of you). We can’t fight so we watch stupid videos all week, right? Well ACP and IW are going to teach us a lesson tonight. They aren’t going to destroy us either. We destroyed ourselves through bad leadership. Now we’re rebuilding, and we need new people to lead the Nachos to new achievements.

I have been watching the Nacho site for weeks now and have not been able to find a single post of much relevance to the army.  Between Jayson not posting at all and Aka’s posts of some random video and message saying “Comment” the Nachos have fallen a great deal.  Not to mention the hostility Aka in particular has shown ACP in the past.  Some of us think it’s time for a change.

Aka and Jayson have been in armies longer than most of our penguins have even existed.  There is no denying what they have accomplished, but at the same time, it has become apparent neither care enough anymore to be effective leaders of the Nachos.  For this reason, Icey and I have been called in to dispose of them.

ACP and IW will be declaring unrelenting war on the Nachos until Aka and Jayson are out of power.  The first such event will take place this Wednesday.  ACP and IW will invade two separate servers simultaneously, taking out Shiver and White House.  Pack your bags soldiers, we’re off to war.
