They say that “people with experience offer the best advice”. Not really; no one says that but me. But whatever. Here are my ideas…

UNIFORM CLARIFICATION!

Whenever I’m at a battle or see pictures of a battle, I see a sea of green and a few ACP soldiers. How about turning this sea into a battle formation of soldiers? Here’s how: Making the uniform more obvious. I’ll leave the exact decision-making up to Saint, but basically you’re gonna want to make clear the specific shirt, hand-held object, feather color, and especially helmet (this is the biggest area where we need order). My suggestion: Rankings of clothing items. For example…

Shirt rankings:

1. Green football jersey
2. Green letterman jacket
3. Green something
4. etc.

Hat rankings:

1. Roman helmet
2. Red viking helmet
3. Blue viking helmet
4. Gold viking helmet
5. Winged helmet
6. Gold knight helmet
7. etc.

You get the point. This way you guys will look MUCH more organized and MUCH more respectable as a fighting force. Obviously last-minute civilian minutemen will just wear green, but what can you do.

ARMY CENSUS

Yes, Person, I know. But Person’s census failed for several reasons. My idea is basically the same, only with a little more organization.

1. One guy sets up a makeshift WordPress for the soldiers to comment on.
2. Every major and minor army advertised for it, by placing the link and instructions to the census site in a post or sidebar or whatever.
3. People leave comments stating their CP name, army, rank, gender, and a link to their army’s site. That way its simple enough for newer soldiers to do, but complicated enough for it to take too much time for cheating.
4. The site admin counts up the names, removes double commenters (via IP address check), and tells us how many soldiers total, how many per army, guy to girl ratio, etc.
5. We have knowledge, and “knowledge is power” (people actually DO say this one ;))

I have more suggestions, but I’m too frickin tired.

P.S. Are you still at war with the RPF? Anyway, this reminds me of an old Chinese proverb:

“If you toss a pebble at us, we will toss two pebbles back…

…and then we’ll get all our friends and kick the f****** c*** out of you.”

It was the last day for her, though she didn’t know it.

The morning quickly turning into dusk. She always liked the wind in her face, air rushing past her cheeks and through her long hair. Running was her favorite thing to do, it made her happy. She wasn’t the best at it, not at all. That never stopped her from doing it.

Until now.

She would run and run… She couldn’t do it alone though. Lonely she was. It wasn’t until recently she started by herself.

Or so she thought.

She was always running with someone. That thing always pushing her and helping secretly. She never knew it, but it was there. She never appreciated that thing, she didn’t know about it to begin, and she never tried looking. She runs without distractions. She’s good at blocking out, sometimes that’s not for the best. She needed to see beyond the finish line. She needed to see the surroundings.

They were her key to success.

Those little things distracted her. She didn’t know they could help, she didn’t care. She had it all under control. She thought. She had no idea what was to come. Those objects, distracting yet helpful, had great ideas. If only she listened.

Maybe she wouldn’t have this problem, if she did.

We see her now, laying on the ground defenseless. She pushed too hard, she thought she could make it. Things had taken a hard turn. Gasping for breath she held a final hand up. That thing wasn’t there for her. It had disappeared, at the final gust of wind it had left her.

It left her as she finally realised what was guiding her, helping her to success. With a last ounce of energy she gave a final farewell to her guardian. It never gave the same goodbye. It didn’t care anymore.

Hello ACP. These are the notes of the senate meeting which i held due to a no show by the President and the VP.

Bfans idea

Bfan suggested instead of having 1 senate, we should have an american senate and a european senate.He suggested this due to the time difference.

However, other members said it isnt fair and not equal and it could be classed as Segregation.

The idea was voted in favour of ‘Nay’ and so the idea was turned down.

Jcapp

Jason suggested that senators ACP emails should be up on ACP site so soilders can contact senators easier to suggest topics to be discussed at senate.

This idea was voted in favour of ‘Nay’ and was turned down.

Jcapp also suggested that we should make revision of the nation page and we should make the nation page more like a consititution.

It was voted for it to be re discussed at the next senate meeting due to us bieng in war.

Matre10

Matre suggested a bill that when a division general gets premoted or retires, a General from that division must step up. This basically means that Generals from other divisions can take the rank.

The bill was declined by the majority of the senate.

Chapa

Chapa suggested a new branch of the DRACP called the Judical branch. It would be like a court where people could have a fair trial and the Judical branch.

This shall we re discussed at the next senate meeting when people have thought more about it and got their cases about it.

Cas

Cas suggested to have ministers inside senate such as ‘Minister of Internal affairs’ who where appointed by the president.

The idea was turned down

So overall, all ideas were either turned down or to be discussed next time. Alot of good ideas came and alot of good discussion happened

Due to UMA’s full on invasion of the RPF nation, ACP delares the following to be true and valid:
RPF’s use of BOTS will not delay nor stop stop their invasion this time. RPF will NOT deploy BOTS for the purposes of stopping their defeat again. If RPF deploys BOTS, ACP will continue to defend DRACP, and will not cancel nor postpone. If RPF  deploys BOTS, and RPF decides to withdraw, ACP will be the winners and RPF will have been defeated. We will not leave the servers due to RPF BOTS.

Hey, Ennbay here. I would like to say a few words.

Since most of you are involved in the wars going on in Club Penguin currently, some of you may not have noticed something terrible currently happening in the world. A 7.0 magnitude earthquake hit Haiti. It has caused many casualties, even up to 200,000. Life was bad enough in Haiti before this, but now they really need our help. Many of you might ask yourself: “Why should I give my own money to these people?” The answer is simple. Their lives were most likely worse than your life before the earthquake. Now, after the capital of Haiti and the rest of it has been devastated with destruction, death, and complete devastation. Even though 200,000 have died, there are also 100,000 or more injured.

I urge you to donate some money to this cause. Below is a website which contains links to the websites of many different charities.

Fox: I’d just like to say thank you for making this post, Enn, it truly was a horrible tragedy and nobody else really took the initiative and made a post like this. My friend has family in Haiti and I just feel so horrible, imagine if your grandma was caught in two earthquakes? (Counting the 6.0 aftershock as an earthquake.) I’d feel awful. I plan to ask my parents sometime if we can donate a few hundred bucks, because all those people.. I heard 500,000 dead. Five hundred thousand people are dead. That’s half a million. And even more are poor and homeless, and life in Haiti wasn’t a lavish lifestyle before the quake. My World Studies teacher described it as this: “Okay.. so imagine you’re the devil, and you want to launch an earthquake towards the place where the people can least protect themselves. Haiti is going to be in your top 3 choices.” Haiti is the poorest country in the western hemisphere. They needed money before billions of dollars in damage and hundreds of thousands of deaths were inflicted upon them. And now they need our help and support even more. If I had eighteen million dollars, I’d donate it in the blink of an eye. They need it – we don’t. And we have money – they don’t. It’s not fair. We think we’re so bad off ’cause of stupid George Bush and our stupid economy, but you are sitting at a thousand-dollar computer reading this right now. Kids in Haiti don’t have that luxury = You’re going to sleep in your nice warm bed tonight, with a really thick comforter, aren’t you? Some kids in Haiti are sleeping in a park. It’s not fair. Yes, I know, “Life’s not fair.” I just wish it was. I just wish that for one second in my life I could live in a fair world, where nobody was hurt and nobody died and nobody hurt anyone else and we were all one big happy family.

Its been an amazing run here. I’ve been touched by the number of nice people here. And I’ve had many laughs with the funniest people here. But the truth is, I can’t be here anymore. Since I havn’t been here often I’ve gained my old life back. I have even become better in school and social activities because I’m not on the computer as much. The truth is, If you don’t focus on here more often, you’re life gets a million times better.

I want to thank some people who have made my time here a million times better:

Cat: You were one of my closest friends and one of the few people I’ll miss the most. I will miss the laughs and the fact that you were really nice to me. I hope to see you around.

Snowballpink: You were basically a sister to me and a role model. You are probably the single most active person in ACP. If I’d give anybody here advice, I would tell them to listen and to follow you. Even I look up to you. You have amazing leader potential. I have to check back every day to see if you’ve made it yet!

Lillie Rose: You’re like one of my close friends too, But I havnt seen you in a while. You have amazing potential alongside Snow and I hope you’ll make it to leader too.

Fallingtail: You’re an amazing person and I’ve never seen you do anything wrong. You have great skills at everything and I’d love to see you lead someday.

Coolguy: I do still like you, but I understand that we have to go. I won’t be on as often as before, But I hope to see you a lot.

Sonic: You have a great sense of humour and you’ve made me laugh even when I’m a sad emotional wreck. You should go on to the entertainment t business someday..

Kenneth: You’re such an amazing soldier and friend. I’d recommend you for a friend for everyone. You’ve been really nice to me and I really appreciate that. I’ll miss yaa.

Batty: You’re a really great leader and friend. I love the way you’re able to make friends.  

John: You’re an amazing friend and I personally think you don’t deserve to lose your modship. Good luck in acp!

Enny: You’re one of my closest Guy friends. I’ll miss yaa. You have the best sense of humour and you need to use that sometime..

Boomer: Its so sad you left. You have like.. the best sense of humour here lol.. And some people were right, Without you here its not as strong as before. You were the best leader to ever come here. Thanks for leading me.

Division Generals need to Email Saint for Division activities

Divotoo is the commander of a small army named Club Penguin Commandos. His army owns, and partially owns 5 servers. This army is about to become epic. Due to RPF’s “loophole” preventing ACP from declaring war on RPF until their elections are complete, Club Penguin Commandos have stepped up to the plate. At this time Club Penguin Commandos are recruiting for the sole purpose of declaring war on RPF.  Being this is a small army, RPF should have no trouble accepting the no allies rule. ANY and ALL ACP soldier who wishes to join, please go here and just comment. The uniform is exactly like the ACP uniform, cool huh?
