(Sort Of)Famous ACP Troops Episode 12: Carter 157||A Reminder

Hello ACP!

I am happy to bring to you FAT Episode 12. This week, I interview a (sort of) famous mod, Carter157. So enjoy~

Me: Hi Cart

Cart: Hai Stew

Me: Alright, my first question is, how was ACP when you first joined?

Cart: ACP was awesome when I first joined. Matre had retired, and they were looking for a replacement.

Me: Alright my next question is, how is being a mod?

Cart:  Being a mod is fantastic. When you first get mod, its like you won the Super Bowl. WE’RE GOING TO DISNEYLAND -.- (Inside Super Bowl joke for those who don’t know)

Me: My next question is, have you seen any improvement in ACP since you first joined?

Cart:  To be honest, I have not. D: It got a little better when Mchappy became leader, but ACP has sort of been a leaf going down a downhill stream D:

Me: My next question is, are battles your favorite activity?

Cart:  Probably yes, when I was a member, battles were the only thing I cared about, nowadays, I still look forward to battles, but I also love talking with my buddies :D.

Me: Any advice for new ACP Troops?

Cart: Work hard, I never did ACPTR and it was a pain. Unless Im on vacation, I’m on every day. It seems to have worked

Me: Thanks for your time 😀

Cart: No problem kiddo.

If you want to see my quick tip, please click “read more”.

NEXT WEEK: Im praying I can think up a plan, with my birthday being next week, it may be tough.

Power In Our Helmets, Power In YOU

Speaks for itself.

Slider: Nachos were a great competitor and I wish them the best of luck in the finals.

Klug: I’d like to say two things. First off, I am sorry that I was not at the battle today, I had a real life situation that needed to be taken care of. Second of all, don’t let this loss discourage you, guys, and don’t get mad at CPAC or anything. From my experience in ACP, we tend to not take losing well at all, and there has been some circumstances in the past where a simple loss in a tournament got really nasty (Legends Cup loss against the Nachos, I believe it was). I don’t like to see that. I like to see good sportsmanship, so on behalf of the ACP, I’d like to offer my congratulations to the Nachos for winning the battle. And to both the Nachos and WW, thank you for a good fight.

Hello ACP!

As you heard today we lost the CPACCC semi-finals, but don’t be discouraged! We are ACP, there is power in OUR helmet, and that power lies with you. It’s hard to believe we lost with our ridiculously huge size but every army meets a loss at some time or another. We are the largest army ever created, we are the everlasting army – we are ACP

If you haven’t noticed we’ve recently been heading into a bit of a slump and with rumors that we’re losing our perch in the top 10 doesn’t help. Some of us (and I admit I am one of them) have felt a little down because of this. But we’re not the average army that you see in the top 10, we are ACP we’re something much different because ACP will always be the best. The top 10 is an opinion not a fact. I want you, our loyal ACP soldiers to know that. The top 10 doesn’t decide how great we are, how large we are, and how we measure up to another army, you do, our soldiers and the army as a complete whole.

To every army our numbers are overwhelming. We can achieve over 50 soldiers within a 24 hour notice and average 40+ that my friend is something great that most armies can only dream of! I know we’re going into a slump but we need you, our soldiers to stay strong and remember ACP has seen worse times and we’ve always come out of them bigger, stronger, and closer not just as an army, but as friends. “I like to think that ACP is one huge family” ~Mchappy

Over the months I’ve heard complaints of a lack of fun, and I hate to see our Family unhappy, soon we’ll go freak out some penguins on CP, party in some igloos and play some games. ACP was created so everyone who joins may have some fun on club penguin, meet new friends, and to bring some fun warfare to club penguin. You ACP soldiers are the backbone of the army, now I know this seems cheesy but we need you more than ever now, because theres power in our helmets, and power in each and every one of you. If you’d like to help bring us out of this slump faster I ask you recruit on some of our larger servers when you have some free time or are just bored.

I know this is going to sound stupid but I believe all of you have potential to become great ACP leaders someday, and someday maybe even CP army legends. Believe in us, in ACP and trust us and no matter how bad it gets. When it gets better, don’t go inactive because we’ll go right down again, every action can have a good effect but it can have a  negative effect as well. ACP is your army just as much it is mine, Ken’s or Flipper’s, or any of the owners or mods, never give up on it.

Theres no doubt with soldiers like the ones in this picture that we can come out of this stronger than ever!

March On,

   ~Slider

Close Victory

Hi ACP,

Today was a pretty crazy day for us. Our sizes today were great though. We maxed 50 and possibly even 60 at one point troops online and averaged 45 against the Nachos and IW. We logged on about 20 minutes before the battle. I could already tell our sizes were going to be good as we were greeted by many enthusiastic ACP troops that were already logged on. The battle was lead by Flen (Ken/Flip) and the rest of the ACP leaders. Our tactics were a bit sloppy and unorganized first as the Forts but it picked out and were not bad. We made the first move cause apparently the stubborn Nachos “couldn’t get in”. We battled from the Plaza to the Forest and finally the forts where the battle ended at 4:00 EST

The ACP was so big it could not effectively get everyone inside the entire room resulting in many many locked out troops including myself. While Flip lead the Plaza, I lead the Forts battling the WW. Flipper will probably be adding his own pictures but here are mine.

There were many locked out troops at the Forest waiting to get in the Cove when they couldn’t get in after the charge, since once again the Nachos wouldn’t not come to us. Well this is all I got for now. Mchappy and Flip feel free to add more.

Icey Cold27:

Well all I have to show is a picture of ACP defeating WW, or what it seems.

Comment If You Made It!

It’s a new year, and some new ranks!

Hey ACP,

If you can remember from a few weeks back, I gave Flaminguin1 until 1st January to return to ACP as 3ic following her inactiveness, which had been going on for too long. Since then the only activity I have seen from her is the start on a draft about her retirement, so it seems she is not returning.

Bunker, we wish you a great 2012 and hope you remember the memories you had in ACP for a while, we will miss your Irish charm and we will love to see you again if you ever care to visit. This may not be the best way to leave ACP, but I’m sorry, we need active owners.

That leaves a few ranks open, as Flainguin1 will be demoted to Field General following her absence, as it seems she is already planning retirement she has been put at that low rank. If she decides to continue in ACP she may be given a rank higher.

That leaves a Commander General [3ic] slot open, and after Ekpenguin9’s display as temp-3ic we feel we have all the evidence we need to judge each General on their skills and choose a great 3ic for ACP. Following a General’s promotion, there will be one spot open in the General Rank, with a Master General being promoted to fill in that spot, leaving a Master General spot open. Once all those promotions will have happened there will be 5 Generals and 10 Master Generals.

Click “Read More” to find out the new high ranks of the ACP.

Happy New Year

I’d just like to wish you all a Happy New Year. 2011 has be a great year here at the ACP. We’ve had 3 leaders including Mchappy(Icey Cold27), Kenneth and Flipper. We have had surprising, but pleasant alliance with the Nachos. We win the Top Ten Tackle facing against the Nachos and the Night Warriors shortly before being deemed the largest army in the Spring Shindig. We have celebrated our fifth birthday on September 29th and fought the sudden disruptive force of the Purple Republic. Soldiers have both retired and returned to help the ACP during the time of winning the Scary Showdown hosted by CPAC. So, a message to everyone: Well Done!

2011 may have been good but we here, at the ACP wish to make 2012 even better. We’re going to go on Club Penguin more, focus on troops suggestions and overall make ACP more fun. Comment with what you want more of or less of in 2012.

Happy New Year

What’s your highlight of the year?

Ek-ACP Division General/Temp 3ic

and

Edit: I would like to ask all of the leaders to edit this post and say their New Years resolution! (Rather it’s in ACP, or real life)

Stew: My new years resolution in ACP is to become a better leader. Try to become more experienced and become more independent. My real life resolution is to get outside more. I spend so much time on the ACP Chat and playing my Xbox. I’m going to try to play more sports with my friends and stop being on ACP chat for so long. (I have a life you know).

Wow! It’s already 2012, (WERE ALL GONNA DIE) Naw just kidding. Anyways, a lot of great things happened to ACP in 2011. I mean, think. We had a lot of wars, made some new “allies” -.-, and much much more. The thing that I did in 2011 that I was most proud of was BY FAR getting 3ic. I mean, I never in a million years would have thought I could become 3ic! So, anyways let’s get to the topic! 2012, think of what may happen! Will ACP have another fantastic year? Will a new army rise to the top? Will ACP fall?  Many, many questions. So, I am going to leave you all at that. Famous ACP Troops 12 and Stew’s Epic Corner 3 are both coming soon.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

~Stew20

12/31/2010: One Year!

Hai dere, ACP!

Did you remember the day?  Do you remember this day?  This great day of  our own army history and pratically army history in general.  ACP was entered in CPAC‘s “End of the Year” tournament and nontheless did we win; we won with great power.  Not only was it a great battle that could be in comparission to Boomer, but it was the biggest attendence to a tournament battle ever.  It was one year ago, today, that the ACP made history and our pride was definetly server wide.  If you were there you would know what I’m talking about, the epicocity of the battle, the pride and cheers of many ACP soldiers.  It was hands down a great day for ACP and should be remembered.  It should be remembered because it was a time of when ACP was on question– who would become the leader, fights on chat, owners threatening to retire.  Though once the battle was over you could feel how closer we had become.

Troublesome

Hai dere, ACP!

Haven’t heard from me in a while, eh?  I am so extremely sorry.  I always seem to have issues with my laptops in the Winter!  If you haven’t heard yet my laptop has once again, broken down.  As I type this my father is trying to fix the laptop after I have been trying for almost two weeks now.  It’s extremely hard for me to stay away from ACP for this long.  Any rumors about me retiring are a complete fake.  Icey Cold27 never gives up so easily, especially when he refers to himself in third person.  After serveral weeks of planning I have come up with a plan to make this work.  Yes, I have another laptop (technically it’s my mother’s) though I am only allowed on Club Penguin with it.  No sites, chats, etc.  Yet my phone is my own personal property, which I am using currently.  My ingenius plan is to try to be as socially active as possible through my phone, and during events I will go on my laptop trying to follow commands on Club Penguin with no chat; I guess I could use my phone for chat during events- I’ll try my best to multitask.

Again I cannot express how sorry I am for all of this.  I still don’t know how I am to do the join page.  ACP means a lot to me, I have been taught to never back down on a fight!  I know Decemeber was a bad month (for me) active wise but I’m ready to make up my ground and prove myself worthy.  ACP is an army of never giving up and never giving in.  Please forgive me, ACP.  Please forgive me, everyone. Merry Christmas Eve!

Let the marching begin.

The Mystery Of Day

Hai dere, ACP!

There is no mystery I just wanted to post some cool news and things like that!  As you know a lot of stuff has happened over the past week and some exciting stuff too; also I will talk a little about Peg’s new polls.  Being one of the owners it’s my responsibilities to make sure everyone is kept updated with everything.  I wonder how far I can get in this post without boring all of you…why don’t we find out?

<><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><>

First off I’m glad to say that the recruiting week was a major success!  Without counting our old join page (we got a new one to avoid lag for new recruits) we have gotten thirty-eight new soldiers.  That is a ton of new recruits, I’m very glad that we were able to rack in some new recruits.  Not to mention our site hits were better than usual this weekend.  I think we can conclude that this weekend’s recruiting was a great success.

Most of you know that Peg is conducting a survey on ACP data.  I’ll let him explain it in a future post, but I will say that ACP needs to start attracting younger troops.  Times comes when all of us will not be here anymore so we’ll always need a surplus of younger recruits to keep the generations going and to keep them at a young age.  Seeing these results polling in so far I ask that all ACP soldiers continue to recruit on populated servers for the rest of this week.  This will further our site and recruits and help ACP for the future, I promise.

<><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><>

My message to SWAT,

Now let me start off by saying that I have no position to declare war or describe my feelings for war at this point, but I am allowed to ponder.  As you know SWAT you have recently invaded our server Mammoth; you did not win, but you had the taste of revenge on your lips.  Earlier in the course of this month we had lost Mammoth to BA, and if you didn’t know that didn’t go so well with us.  ACP had wanted a taste of vengeance and we had a full-scale invasion on BA.  In the end, in about five days I would say, ACP had won the war and BA was destroyed (which is another story in itself).  The posts of losing and regaining Mammoth can be found HERE and HERE.  It’s been established that if an army is to invade Mammoth, we invade back and give them war; we have set a precedent.  What worries me the most is that you, SWAT, have tried to invade Mammoth and I don’t think this was your first time (SWAT invading Mammoth on September 6th, 2011 can be found HERE — a possible countless example).  Does it stop there?  I’m not sure, that decision will be made in your own time, but we know you wanted your revenge…

Are you willing to live up to this rematch?  I know that you seem to be in a bad situation, with being at war with two armies and now here I am blabbing about Mammoth.  I’ve been in a situation myself.  Thus I ask you this SWAT, will you take the chance?  No, I am not a main leader of ACP.  No, this is not an act of war.  No, I don’t like green beans.  I would just like you to know that a rematch, or any invasion of any other ACP server, would not settle nicely on your part.

Let it begin.

~Icey Cold27 ♣ ACP Head General
