She who went the distance

Long before Roxy was the longest serving Commander-in-Chief, she was a Warrant Officer in the Army of Club Penguin.

Roxy may not have started her army career in ACP, but she started from the bottom of the ranks just like all of us here. Over the course of 2020-2024, with breaks in the middle, Roxy made an undeniable impact in the army’s AUSIA division before being promoted to serve as the 52nd Commander-in-Chief alongside Ugly.

Roxy’s leadership began in a much different ACP than the one we see today. ACP was an army that often fought from underneath – taking turns trading punches with EGCP in the Centenary Solstice War, a contest that saw over 100+ battles and set the all-time CPA record for most war battles. Through her strategy and strong AUSIA division, the ACP mounted an incredible comeback against EGCP and won the war.

This comeback would set the tone for her ACP.

Throughout 2024 and 2025, ACP maintained incredible success under Roxy, constantly reaching the finals of tournaments and securing #1 placements on the Top Ten. Even in the face of persistent enemies trying to take both her and the army itself down, Roxy found a way to come out on top and smash every glass ceiling thought possible. Through dedication, perseverance, and a commitment to changing the army’s culture, she continued to take on any challenge that came her way and made sure to learn and improve the army with each win or loss.

In 2026, the results of her hard work began to shine. ACP reached the #1 spot of the top ten – then did it again, then again, and again… for 21 weeks. This is the longest active Top Ten streak in ACP’s history. ACP also now holds the record of most recorded #1 placements in a calendar year, with 32 at the time of writing (and more to come.)

So far, under Roxy, the army has won four consecutive tournaments in March Madness, Around the World Cup, Legends Cup, and October Horrors. ACP also now holds the largest max size for an event in CPA history with 218 penguins online for the 20th anniversary.

The Army of Club Penguin could not be in this spot without Roxy. It is because of her unrelenting ability to adapt, persevere, overcome, and challenge all situations that this army is what it is today. If you were to look for the definition of “leader” in the dictionary, you would find Roxy’s name listed. I find myself inspired when I speak to her and listen to the ease of which she commands a room full of people to fight for her cause and to do the right thing.

The ACP, along with its history, culture, and legacy, is being left better by Roxy than she found it.

It is my honor and privilege to announce that upon unanimous vote by the ACP High Senate (formally the Medal of Honor Committee), we hereby award Roxy with the prestigious Medal of Honor, making her the 4th wearer of our army’s highest award in the CPPS era.

March on, Roxy. Know that we’ll always march behind you.

With no doubt,
THE ACP HIGH SENATE
