Addressed to the Army of Club Penguin
Do you ever look at our ranks system and wonder: “Is that it?”. You might be thinking why your ACP journey should be limited to reaching the highest rank and then joining our Moderator team. Well, the ACP Higher Command has come up with a solution to this.
As you all know, the army is split into two distinct divisions: Echo, and Alpha. Ever since these divisions were brought back during the CPPS generation of ACP, they have been simply just two teams that occasionally battle for fun.
Though these divisions have led to much fun (like the enjoyable Civil Wars they’ve had), they have historically been their own mini-armies of sorts— with members holding ranks similar to ranks of the main army itself.
We sought to bring back this idea but in a new and refreshed form. Thus the ACP Higher Command is proud to present the new divisional ranks.
Effective immediately, every member that is either ACP staff OR our highest troop rank, will now be able to begin their journey within their division
I’m sure you have some questions, so we’ll explain some of the main points below:
How do I attain these ranks?
After you reach the highest troop rank in ACP, you’ll begin to gain a number of points when you attend an event. The distribution of these points is as follows:
► Normal Events +1pt
► Battle Event +2pt
► Divisional Events +3pt
► Tournament Battles +4pt
Your point count will reset back to zero after you get promoted to the next rank!
What are these ranks? How many points will I need?
► Squad Officer: The very first divisional rank. Obtain 15 points to earn this rank
► Squad Specialist: A highly trained member of the division. Obtain 20 points to earn this rank.
► Squad Admiral: A strategic mastermind within the division, tasked with overseeing some of the more difficult operations. Obtain 25 points to earn this rank.
► Squad Captain: A natural leader and highly trained member of the division, tasked with helping make sure all operations go smoothly. Obtain 30 points to earn this rank.
► Squad Officer Bombardier: The highest of the division troop ranks, these members are very highly trained and are chosen to carry out only the most difficult of operations. Attend any divisional event/battle after attaining Squad Captain to get promoted.
► *Vice Commander: This is the very first of the commander ranks. This person, alongside the Divisional Commander, will take charge of the division and can decide and lead events.
► *Divisional Commander: Similar to the above rank, this person will take charge of the division and lead & decide events.
* The final two ranks, which are bolded, are only attainable by members of the ACP Staff Team and will regularly rotate every few weeks.
These ranks will hopefully add a new dynamic to inter-divisional events, and will ultimately give our higher-ranking troops more to aim for. If you have not yet joined a division, message a member of the ACP Staff Team and they’ll sort you into one.
We hope you all like this addition to the ACP Ranks. If you have any questions, feel free to comment below and we will swiftly answer!
