Why do you deserve a promotion?
I recruited a pretty good amount of people in the Month of September and I have been contributing a lot to ACP in terms of activity and hosting Recruiting Events for ACP and doing fun game nights for the community. and I love contributing ideas to ACP and I think my work in September deserves a promotion.

Why do I deserve a promotion:
(I feel really bad cause I feel like it sounds like I’m bragging or something. I promise I’m not full of myself) This month especially I have really pushed myself to prove that I am not just hcom material, but Advisor material. I started recruiting about two weeks ago and in those two weeks I got a total of 44 recruits. I’ve also increased my event attendance dramatically, attending many more events than I usually would. I’ve really gotten on top of doing clovers and rarely go a day without updating them. The ranks are kept updated and I check them again everytime I do clovers. I also manage a majority of the Shamrock Stamps. Something I don’t talk about much is how much I DM people. Before events I go through the chart and DM those who haven’t attended an event in a while. I also keep track of promos so I can DM people when they are close to a promotion (I let them know how many events they need to attend to get a promo). While we are logging on, I go through my friend’s list to see who hasn’t logged on and DM them to see if they can come. I’ve really noticed a huge difference this makes as inactive users now attend events again after inactivity for months. I’m always looking for more to do. “What can I help with? What needs updating/fixing? Who needs help? How am I doing on recruits?” Putting in effort here is important to me and serving the community and staff as an advisor would mean the world to me. As one year in ACP rolls around, I look back and reflect on the mistakes I’ve made here. I work everyday to improve and to atone for the things I’ve done wrong. If there is anything else I can/need to do to reach advisor please let me know. This is something I really care about and a goal that I will try my hardest to reach.

Why do you deserve a promotion? I feel like I deserve a promotion because I’ve been very active during the month of September. I try to help out wherever I can, whether it be helping Kailey with clovers, dming new troops, hosting RF events, I’m always there to help. I’ve also met my recruiting minimums every week for the month, with one week hitting 39 which is very insane to me lol. I also have the highest event attendance this month, and I don’t think I’ve missed an event. I’ve also tried to keep up with everything I can with Legión Española while Yeti has been away, and I’m sure I’ve helped him out a lot. And yea ACP forever pog
