One Month of History: ACP 2.0

Addressed to the Army of Club Penguin

Greetings, your Guardian here. It’s been over a month since the triumphant return of ACP to the community. As we move head strong into the next month I wanted to reflect on our accomplishments thus far. I plan on doing this every month as a way to preserve the history we are all making here.

This was my goal with ACP 2.0. We are not here to be the biggest and baddest. We are back to create history and new memories that will last a life time.

Our big opening event! It was on this very day that the Army of Club Penguin turned 13 years old. No other army is able to make this claim. Our close allies, the Rebel Penguin Federation, even decided to show up and greet us with open arms into the community. While I was not there for this event, it was one of my happiest recent memories in armies knowing that after weeks of cultivation the ACP were finally back.

EU made their solo debut on this day with numbers that exceeded expectations.

The last, but certainly not least, of our divisions to hold a solo event was AUSIA. They proved that the Army of Club Penguin is here to stay as very, very few armies these days are capable of holding events during these hours.

The introduction of High in Commanding Officers that would solidify a well rounded team to bring the Army of Club Penguin to new heights. Many old faces have returned to help the new figures in the community rise to the challenge of one day leading this great force.

Also on October 5th would we be challenged for the first time in battle. Another of our close allies, the Lime Green Army, agreed to a practice battle with the newly formed ACP. It would turn out to be our first win under this generation that we take pride in knowing our best allies could be there to celebrate with us. We love you!
As you can see– the first weekend back for the army was a very historic one. That’s how we do it around here.
We formally made our entrance onto CPATG, Club Penguin Armies: The Game; the CPPS designed and made for armies. Look at those floating snowballs! Naturally the second week of our recreation saw a little less hype but that did not stop us from persisting.
Once again, we met with the LGA onto the battle field. Despite what they’re saying in this photo, it was declared another victory to the unstoppable Army of Club Penguin. Regardless, it was a lot of fun, and we’re so thankfully for allies that want to continue to grow and practice together.

Just the very next day the unthinkable happened. Our allies, the RPF, were gracious enough to give us the server Breeze: our beloved capital. Before we could even thank them for their kindness an army called the RFCP immediately scheduled an invasion for the server. This was an act of war. The War of No Return. Chainpro, ACP Leader, had been preparing us for war and now RFCP was volunteering themselves as our first opponents. Time and time again people underestimate the willpower that the Army of Club Penguin has. We decided we would not let people kick us down while we were in the rebuilding phase, thus readied ourselves for this week long war.
A victory is denoted as we win the server or keep the server.

After the fall of Cloudy at the hands of ACP, the war had finally came to an end. The Army of Club Penguin went absolutely ham at invading our enemies (and might I add: always at fair times!). It was our first war and I couldn’t be more proud. We’ve made our mark on the CPPS community. Sure, we have a great saga of war and battles, but this is a new generation and it looks like in the end we proved what the Army of Club Penguin is all about.
What was the final score you might ask? 10 ACP Victories. 3 Ties. And only 2 Losses.

Each division had a victory march as a way to show how proud we are of our accomplishments. Respect the Clover. You can find each march by clicking on these links: AUSIA; EU; US.
It was time we put ourselves to a new test. Can we take on the RPF? And take them on we did. Not only did we have to fight them but we also were up against our other favorite allies, the Lime Green Army. It was an intense battle where we had lockouts at each room change but we did the very best that we could. Great job leading to our HCOM!
During one of our many battle training, we got challenged by Red Miners. Knowing that the ACP doesn’t back down from a challenge, we respectfully accepted and had a jolly old time.
Over the last weekend of October, there was a bunch of “free land” unclaimed on army map territory. Every single army decided to jump on the chance to win some servers. Thus this was the perfect time to finally add Club Penguin Rewritten servers to our beautiful nation. Some servers we were given by our allies and others we decided to try to snatch up for ourselves. The first of these additions being the Invasion of Abominable

Again the Army of Club Penguin was faced with a challenge in a new opponent known as EGCP. The enemy wanted redemption for the army we had just defeated in war, and there’s no way we were going to give them that satisfaction. Shiver shall stay ours for the time being.

Happy Halloween! DelfinDilla was announced as the winner of the Halloween Igloo Contest!
October has probably been one of the most event filled months the Army of Club Penguin has had in literal years. I truly believe that because of our return the community saw activity that it otherwise would not have during the school drought. Since our recreation we’ve been at the top of the leader board and I would love for us to continue rising and rebuilding an army I called home for over ten years. Every single person that is on the ACP Discord server I cherish. Thank you all for working so hard. Thank you for continuing to attend events and make our green community a nice place to be at.
Keep those snowballs coming,
Mchappy
