Activity has been quite shocking amongst the mod ranks, so it’s time we started demoting some of you. You have to recognise that you activity is IMPORTANT- now is not the time to be casually slacking off, and it’s a shame we’re having to do things like this because some of you can’t be bothered to stay active. We’re at WAR here, and we aren’t taking inactivity for an answer.

Being a mod in the ACP is not a right, it’s an honor and privilege, and many of you aren’t taking it serious enough and disrespecting it.

INTRODUCTION OF RANK CAPS

The ‘Rank Caps’ system is being re-introduced by myself. This limits the number of people that can hold each rank. For example, only 6 people will be allowed highest member. Then, only 4 people will be allowed 7ic (lowest mod), then 4 people will only be allowed 6ic, and so on. Therefore, there will be a limit of 16 mods in total. The reason we’re doing this is because it will benefit ALL of you by encouraging you to work harder. It’ll also make things more fun, because getting mod rank will require a lot more effort. Therefore, when a high-ranked soldier leaves, there’ll be a free spot for mod. The person who we believed has worked hardest will earn that mod spot.

As a result, this will not only encourage you, as members, to work harder, but it’ll also take longer to get moderator, which means you’ll be extremely experienced by the time you get the moderator rank. It’s important that we respect the rank of ‘mod’ as a privilege, and we can only achieve that when you understand why waiting longer for mod will help you become a better mod when your time comes.

It also benefits the mods in some way, because it encourages them to respect their privileged position. They work harder because they know that slacking off will equal a demotion.
