Greetings ACP. Following on from a couple of disappointing events this week, it has come to all of the owners’ attention that we all need to step it up. I’d say at the moment we’re doing roughly half as well as we should be, and we need YOU, the troop, to help us get back on track!
ALL OWNERS AND MODERATORS MUST READ AND COMMENT ON THIS POST!
ACP Recruiting Force
The ACPRF is our key recruiting force on CP. It consists of both auto-typing mainly, and on occasions for people to chat raid/recruit. Please note it is a requirement for all owners and moderators to be a member of the ACPRF.
As things stand, most of the owners and mods are underperforming by a significant amount in terms of recruiting hours. Some troops have put in a fine effort this month in terms of recruiting, with Mondo and Puff leading the recruiting charge.
The rest of us aren’t putting in anywhere near as much work as them. Please note it is also a requirement for all owners and moderators to recruit for AT LEAST 3 hours a week. Most are currently nowhere near that amount, and it needs to be addressed immediately.
Please fill out either of the two if you’re an owner or moderator:
If you are in the ACPRF and on the site, fill this out:
- What is your rank?
- How much have you recruited this month?
- Do you promise to increase your recruiting hours
If you are a moderator but not in the ACPRF, fill this out:
- What is your rank?
- What is your WordPress username (To be invited to the site)
- Do you promise to recruit for the ACP?
If we all put in roughly 3 hours a week, we’ll see a great increase in new recruits, and hopefully a massive boom in our sizes!
Activity and Moderators Going on ‘Leave’
In recent weeks, there has been a large spike in the amount of ACP troops that have been going on temporary leave from the army. Myself and the owners understand that the ACP should not dictate your life, but in a couple of cases we have seen people leave to focus on other armies. I am personally more than fine with people being in armies other than the ACP, but it’s a problem if you go on temporary leave to focus all your activity in one army.
We are getting to the crucial stage in many of our school years, but I ask of people on leave or planning to do so to try their very hardest to at least come on for maybe a little bit of time each day. It sets a bad example for troops when loads of people in mod or higher ranks just take leaves, as they’ll think it’s the norm to do so.
In general, activity has been okay this month. We know we could obviously do much better, and as we break up for Easter, let’s look to really grow as an army.
Signing off,
Ajman9011 – ACP 3ic
