Declaration of War

Hello citizens of the D.R.A.C.P

Headquarters, Breeze-

As of March 2nd 2014, 7:00 pm EST, the Commandants Intelligence Department of the Army of Club Penguin came to a universal consensus to declare war upon the Army Republic. This war will not be in any means similar with the war against DW. We have received threats from the AR, confirming our suspicion which we held for some time. We will protect our nation at all costs and in order to accomplish that, we must strike first and strike hard. We will end their bellicose attitude towards the ACP, and this war will be a didactic action to engrave our dominance into their egoistical brains.

Back in 2013, the Army Republic blatantly betrayed the ACP and declared war upon us when we were in a calamitous situation. Their sly and yet traitorous belligerence towards the ACP in the past will be avenged in this war. We will annihilate them and force them into an unconditional surrender.

The information we received confirms possible future aggression from the AR.

As of March 2nd, the treaty with AR expired and we are free to seek war without any consequences.

The ACP Garrison, Survey Corps, and Gendarmerie representatives have all agreed on the declaration of war against the Army Republic for justified purposes of self-defense and vengeance for their betrayal in 2013.

The A.C.P will not end the war unless AR comes to a complete unconditional surrender. As is per usual in times of war, the following laws are now in effect.

Provisional Law No. 1

All Army Republic personal are hereby banned forever on our chat until the war is officially declared over by the A.C.P.

Provisional Law No. 2

The A.C.P. chat room will be for members only.

The triumvirate will do everything in its power to protect the freedom that the ACP ensures. We will not stand idly by as we watch our enemies plan war against us.

We are hereby at war against the Army Republic.
