EDIT: HSA has been disqualified from the tournament and ACP will move on to the Elite Eight next week

Unfortunately, we lost today to the HSA. However, the truth is we won, as you will see in the pictures. It doesn’t matter- we all know what truly happened and it’s alright, 4 of the judges we’re either HSA owners or overthrown ACP leaders. We were able to average 45+ with the lock outs and had 60 on chat.
Jerry’s investigation
In the original vote, the judges voted 3-3, a tie. So they revoted and came out to be 4-2, victory for HSA.
Funks says this is his own opinion, but lets just say it is an opinion that the other 3 voters shared. Lets begin with tactics.
Tactics were slightly advantageous to ACP. Yes this is true, as we performed many advanced tactics in every room. Look at the video provided by the CPAC for more evidence on this.
Size was even throughout, with both armies taking size wins at times. This is not true. Let’s take a look at this picture, battle at the Berg. As you can see, ACP had a slight advantage in size. In a different picture, ACP still has a slight advantage.
In the battle at the Stadium, we held a size advantage throughout the entire time. At times, we had a 5+ troop advantage like in this picture.
In the battle at the Forts, our size was larger. Our tactics drowned out the HSA who couldn’t really get a footing.
In the mine, we had at times 7 more troops than the HSA. And our tactics were superb, as shown in this picture.
ACP had size advantage the entire time, with HSA coming close in the berg.
Formations were better for HSA as they formed them quicker and had more formations. In the berg, their only formations were a circle and a sloppy line. For ACP, we MADE AN X, and made a sloppy left circle around the berg.
In the Stadium, HSA made a diagonal line and a poor attempt to circle the ice rink. ACP also made a diagonal line which was clearly larger. From there, we bunched up about 3 times to evade HSA charges, which were weak.
In the Forts, HSA created a backwards L. ACP had about 4 charges, while we split the army up into 2 and performed advanced tactics. We then took their line right before the room change.
In the mine, both armies were disorganized but at least ACP performed charges. Both armies created a circle around the mine, with ACP being recognizably large.
If you count it up:
Formations made by HSA: 6
Formations made by ACP: 6
And then the most ridiculous statement said. Consistency was HSA as well. What. Did you not see how disorganized they were every time they charged? The only reason they were “consistent” were BECAUSE they never charged. How can an army win a battle while not charging?
Now this is not a bash on Funks, as it is his opinion. But if he indeed voted for HSA, then I will assume this is the same basis for why the other judges voted HSA. Now, this part of the investigation is strictly on battle tactics. Lets take a deeper look at HSA.
Yes this is clear.
Freezie nor Waterkid are actually on the ranks. Weird.
I only see about 5 actual HSA in this picture on the ranks. How could this be? Check HSA’s ranks on your own, and compare from there. Samra even told me she was sorry for helping HSA. Helping.
Now, the judges were made up of: Cas, Funks, Tai, Brady, Soup and Paco. However, Cas is a former ACP leader, overthrown by this current leadership. If that doesn’t raise alarms, then I don’t know anymore. And on top of that, Brady is currently an adviser for HSA, who also voted for HSA. Shouldn’t both of their votes be nullified for potential bias?
So I am asking for CPAC to investigate this battle, look at the video evidence and all the information provided here. I understand that there may be holes in this report, but please consider it if an investigation is made by CPAC.
I honestly believe we were robbed of a victory and we deserve to have at least an investigation. On another note, great job today ACP! Comment if you came!
