This evening, at 18:00 GMT, I issued the executive order for Operation Rolling Thunder to be initiated.

The Army of Club Penguin is launching a first strike attack on SWAT. We have received intelligence that they plan to attack the DRACP very soon. Along with that, they are active enemies of the New Dawn Alliance, and have been aiding the Army Republic against our allies the Rebel Penguin Federation. SWAT is just Light Troops with a different name. We will not allow this menace to continue. We put this army down once before, and we will do it again.
