My final retirement. Yes Twingy, this is the last time.

You may find the title familiar – I tried to remember the second retirement post Mch made. I guess I didn’t do such a good job. So, I’ve decided to retire from CP Warfare for the final time. My reasons are simple – after the new 3iC elections finished, I found that I could not work with about half of the leadership. I don’t agree with what Capn does regarding events, I’ve no idea where I stand with Cas, I’ve had arguments with Mon about other subjects beforehand and they seem to have rubbed off in ACP, and Sercan is one of the most arrogant people I’ve met. Hypocritical of me, I know, I can be arrogant at times, but I try not to. Personal opinions and such.

I’ve nothing else to write about apart from those friendship shrines everybody does at the end of their retirement, so I’ll go through my history. I made my first ever CP account, Ninja43101, in March 2011. My older sister gave me her old CP account in June 2011, and I decided to use that as a back-up account. I started to make YouTube CP videos, and met a guy called “i_love_taz”, now known as Taz2012 or Moshi29. He’d made a new army, the Clover Warriors, in late August 2011. The sub-title of the Clover Warriors claimed that they were ‘The Brothers of the ACP’, so I thought

“I’m not going to join a nooby army, so I’ll research ACP and see what comes up.”

I looked up the ACP, and found the site. I didn’t join immediately, no idea why. I looked around CPAC for a while, until I found the CPAE banner. They’d just finished staff applications in September 2011, so I thought I’d pop a comment and try my luck – I soon got the job as Philosopher. I started making a few philosophy posts, and according to Gistha2, I was a talented philosopher. I probably aren’t now, but hey, it got me started.

I joined the ACP on October 3rd, 2011. I also joined an SMAC army that day, the Desert Troops. I joined for 2iC in DT, and Major in ACP – long story why I got Major. Bob ranked me, and I am eternally thankful to him. Anyway, I spent my time working the way up the ACP and CPAE, becoming a rank higher at the end of October and being given Head Philosopher at CPAE. I got into a lot of arguments in DT, which started my argumentative streak, so in the end I stepped down – I wanted to focus my time on the ACP.

I went up a rank per month in the ACP for the next few months. I got Secondary Head at CPAE in December, before something happened and site views started to decrease and everybody gave up. I could then fully focus on the ACP. I decided to join CPAC as a Reporter in late 2011, and in 2012, I got the position. I made 1 more post before being fired. I’ve never really focused on news sites. It’s not my thing. I continued to rank up in the ACP however, one rank per month. I then joined CPASC in January, where I met one of my best friends up until recently – Blue1.

It was around late February/early March when I met one of the best friends I’ve made in this community – the globally famous Mchappy, Conveniently, he’d recently had a Xat divorce (I’m presuming Tori?) and was looking for a new BFF. I decided to give it a shot, and hey, we were BFF’d. We then didn’t see each other for a week due to timezone differences, and surprisingly, he’d divorced me and BFF’d Carter, claiming he thought I’d be mad with not seeing him for a week. It pissed me off, him divorcing me, but I soon got over it and became friends with Carter too.

I gave CPAC another shot in May. I got Reporter again, made one post, then stepped down. Told you news sites weren’t my thing. I got ACP moderator in June – I’d been given handpicked mod at top member, which I was highly thankful for. I stayed there until July, when I got promoted to bottom mod. It was in July when Mch became leader for the second time, and I remember begging him in PC to let me do the Join Page. Oh, the memories.

I then became proper friends with Foldez, who was the same rank as me. At the end of July, Mch retired, Funks became leader and Foldez was promoted to top mod. After asking Ek in PC why Fold was promoted over me, I was told Foldez was noticed more. Understandable now, but hey, I didn’t think like that back then and I got a bit angry. Soon got over it though, and continued to work my way up. It was in August when I gained my first ever ACP reward – the Destructive Soldier. I was really proud of that, and still am.

I went through August and September without a promotion, until October 3rd – on my 1st year anniversary, I got promoted to top mod. It took me only a week to get the promotion to 3iC – unlike nowadays, I was just promoted, no elections, no catch.

I was really happy with that. I was finally recognised, and overtook my teammate Foldez. It was then we created the dream team, FLASH. Foldez + Splash = Flash. The biggest thing I did as ACP owner was the active count, which I didn’t finish. It was well planned out though, if I do say so myself.

I got promoted to 2iC sometime in November, under Kingfunks4 and Antant98. I remember Ant excessively PC’ing me telling me to “MAKE INSPIRATIONAL POSTS”. Never did. Never have liked Ant, never will do. We’ve just never got on. So, as 2iC, I continued my active count, led my fair share of battles, scheduled a few, the typical 2iC stuff. Things went upside down for me in late November, bad things began to happen for me and I started to want to drift away from this community. That’s what led to my first retirement.

I retired on December 9th, 2012. Foldez took my place as 2iC, which I was happy with. I retired because what’d happened in late November, I was losing activity and I didn’t realise that if the leaders suddenly retired, I’d be the next leader. I was unprepared. So, I spent the rest of December hanging out on ACP chat.

I rejoined ACP a lot throughout January 2013 – May 2013, until I properly rejoined in early July 2013. I rejoined for top mod, which was nice. Then, these 3iC elections came along, we all know what happened, and now we’re here.

I’d just like to say that ACP is my heart and my home. It was my first ever army, and was my last ever army. I love this army like no other, and I didn’t want to leave it – I just don’t agree with half of the owners, and that’s evidently going to be a problem.

Now we get to the friendship shrine. Underlined is BFF.

Tori – My current best friend. We’ve not known each other for that long, since early this year maybe, We’ve been through our fair share, and you’re first on my retirement list, so that must mean something. Our road trip is going to be so much fun. BREAST MILK ICE CREAM.

Emp – Emp Co. and Splashy Co. forever. Make sure your profits stay high.

Snaily – Most people dislike/hate you, and I don’t get on well with your sister or brother, but you’re a really great girl. I’m glad I had you to go to when I had nobody else, and although we’ve drifted apart as of late, I guess we’re still good friends.

Mario – You’re a really deep kid, and you went through a lot not that long ago, but we’re good friends and you’re good at what you’re devoted to.

Foldez – You’ve had my full support through your change. It’s a shame Op: FLASH never got to work. We need to go on TC more.

Mch – There’s too much to say about you.

Drust – You’re like, the best girl ever. It’s a shame you don’t come on Xat anymore.

Pain – I LOVE YOU PAIN, KEEP ON SHOWERING.

Slime – I remember lecturing you in PC about self-confidence. You’re going to get far.

Minifotty – We were friends, then we were enemies, and now we’re friends again. You suck at Spanish.

Harry – You’re such a weird girl.

Theory – OMGOMGOMG THEORY HIHIHIH. SPAGHETTI FACE AND BUNNY.

Blue1 – We used to be such good friends, but then something happened. We need to go on TC and rebuild our ragefriendship.

Twingy – We used to be friends, but then you ganged up on me with Flipper and Ollie and told me to gt rkd.

So that’s it really. Thanks for all the great times. I’ll still remain on chat, for those of you who want me. My last request is to stay mod, but I’ve got my ass covered because former owners get mod, right?
