Hello ACP,

I have once again negotiated another treaty. The last treaty, we gave two ACP servers away AND Mammoth for only a week of no war. This treaty, I got us three months of no war PLUS an ACP server back. It took a bit of tough negotiations and a lot of swearing and inapp images but I have done it…

We got three months to get back in shape. Use it well. The SWAT is obviously superior in size right now according to the CPAC Top 10. They proved to be a formidable foe and we had a good chance that we would lose. The ACP needs a bit of rest to recover and start hitting those huge sizes again. Once again I want to say that the ACP does not wish for any war in the future with the SWAT so we can both grow. I thank the SWAT leaders for signing this treaty. Spi and Reece are both SWAT Leaders and have full authority to agree to this treaty.

So basically the terms are that

1. The ACP and SWAT and each others respective colonies do not attack each other for three months starting today (March 26th 2013).
2. The treaty is unbreakable.
3. SWAT returns Snow Flake to the ACP
4. Any invasions on each others territory will be ignored
