Hello ACP,
I have been appointed Secretary of State for the Colonies and thus I am in charge of the ACP Colonial Office. This colonial business is just a beta idea to see if it works out.
Lets get started, the ACP is NOT going to step on to your land and say you are now ACP. No, we are going to do things “peacefully”. We are looking for medium or big small sized armies. We want armies that can average at least 7-10 troops or more.
Now there are many advantages of being an ACP colony.
- If you are a smaller or medium sized army the ACP can help defend you if you are under attack.
- You get to use ACP servers for recruiting and training
- Leaders of armies on the SMAC top 10 that are colonized by the ACP get mod on ACP chat
- The ACP could help you get troops by doing stuff like putting your army banner on our site
- As long as you are a colony you the troops can be eligible for ACP awards and titles etc. except for the MoH
- You are part of the ACP Empire. (We are the 2nd largest army)
- You still get to remain independent army under the ACP Empire
Now all you need to do for us is
- Help the ACP whenever we ask in major wars where we might require assistance.
- Be loyal. Uphold ACP values and tradition. Recognize the ACP Leaders as King-Emperor.
- We share our servers so it makes sense you also share your servers with the ACP!
Being a colony means you are part of our ACP family, to us you are not foreigners. Each colony will have a Governor-General appointed by an ACP Leader. All they do it keep the ACP informed of what is going on in your army so we can help you and you can help us better. We will have a page set up soon to apply to be a colony. I’m betting the inspiration for this came from the British Colonies
And in my American Studies class, we’re just starting to learn about the American revolution and finished learning about the French and Indian War and other colonial stuff.

I have a better way to say that, in case anyone else links an army that’s already colonized. ‘You can’t be colonized by anyone else to apply’
Are you sure about this? If you are sure about the ‘We will defend you in wars’, then we could be at war with noob armies everyday and if they are colonised by big armies, we’re screwed.
One thing I question is why they’re called colonies. Aren’t colonies actually a part of a nation? The terms vassal and satellite seem more correct to me.
