Hello, guys! Recruits is the topic for today.
New recruits are the future of our army. They play a major role in our sizes and will be our future leaders. All of you were once new recruits, so we all know how it feels to be one. What we need to find is a recruit which will stay in this army and will stay active. These recruits play a major role on being the future Soldiers who shall run this army, and we need to teach them the ways of the game.
First of all, we need to give a warm welcoming to the new recruits. If your relatives who you haven’t seen in a long time comes to your house, a normal person would give them a warm welcoming. People have to remember that if a new recruit comes on chat, you have to be kind to the recruits and direct them. Being rude to a new recruit shall not be tolerated.
Second of all, you have to teach them right. Tell them to join ACPTR, so they will learn the basics of being a soldiers in this army. Remember, you are teaching the ACP’s future leaders! One wrong thing and you can be teaching the future leader to invade our own land!
Third of all, if anyone bullies the new recruit, go right away to the opponent! You first have to investigate. Sometimes the new recruit is only mad at the apparent “bully”, but you can resolve the issue in a way that no one is punished. The best way to make a recruit stay in the army is to treat it like your child.

Nobody has a right to criticize others unless they show perfection or greatness in their posting abilities too. Maybe focus on YOURSELF instead of worrying about others.

We put people who have no real duty on ACP site, but we don’t put people who want to start up Senate again on ACP site.
The senate can’t be restarted until we start growing again.
This poor kid has been harassed throughout his time here in ACP and the reason why he reacts like he does to your excusable bullying is because hes autistic and although all hes been put through he has stayed in ACP and tried his best to make a positive impact on this falling army that drives away all it’s recruits with incessant bullying and harassment. You all are really terrible people if this is the way you act. Online or not Galaxie is a real person and finally I doubt you’d want your parents seeing how you have treated Galaxie.

I’m sorry to say this Fold but that’s overstepped the mark. Something Snaily would right? I didn’t read the post but from that it sounds brilliant. Snaily has been one of the best owners the ACP has had this year, if not longer. She motivates everyone, she has fun, she is the definition of loyalty and anyone denying that is simply starting an argument. She keeps this site active and I’d confidently say she could go down as one of ACP’s most brilliant soldiers.
1. Abusing Snaily was completely out of context. You were asking for an argument.
2. Don’t go picking those out that are an example to you and others. If I were you, I’d be trying to keep up with her work as much as possible.

Guys, cut out the fighting and bullying. It’s pathetic and immature. Even if it is the internet, you dont have to treat each other like jerks. Does making others feel terrible make ANYONE like you? The answer is no. As for you, foldez… I really don’t know whether I am on snaily’s side or not. Remember that snaily is a KEY person that helps motivate troops, recruits and teaches new troops, encourages us in times of need and generally makes ACP a happier place, so I really do not see what you have against her posts.
