Recently, I’ve seen our UK division work it’s butt off fighting the Pirates for over two months. The UK division has improved to around 15-20 now, which is great considering that is over half the armies sizes. Then when we have a USA defense, we only manage 5 and I always seem to find that Foldez, a UK division general, is leading. Where are the USA owners, where are the USA division generals? This is an outrage and it’s embarrassing. The Army of CP was always famed for it’s large, unbeatable USA force but now it’s small, weak and easily beated. The only USA force that is worse than ours is the Pirates, who don’t even have a USA force. I’ve been looking for the source and I’ve been hoping someone would take this situation and improve it, but now I will have to take action.
I’ve seen enough of it, we’ve already lost four servers in two days because of our rubbish USA force and it needs a change. I’ve given my Plan USA H to the other owners, only with Antant saying it was not a good idea. USA H is, in my opinion, one of the only ideas left that will change the USA force, which would also change the army sizes as a whole. Although people like Snaily are good at recruiting, it isn’t making a big enough difference to the army and our USA sizes are declining, not increasing. That is why I am introducing USA H.
In the near future, as soon as possible, I will be looking for a great USA leader who is known for rising armies and recruiting to the top level. One target is Np3000, who we will be talking to. If this USA Head was a success, they would be given huge credit in ACP history for saving the ACP in times of need. They would be given the Bronze Medal Award, only given for great acts in the Army of CP. You may be asking what rank they would be, we would put them inbetween the Division General and Master General ranks and they would be level to a DG. Although the USA owner ranks still outrank them, the USA Head will help lead and also lead if no USA owners are present. This would be a very important job.
I know I did something similar with Iceyfeet and many people opposed this idea, but it worked. We went from 10+ to 30+ at events which changed our fortunes until I decided to fire him due to hate from the soldiers. This USA Head would only be a moderator, so it wouldn’t be an outrageous jump to 2ic and they will also make the difference. You need to understand we need to do everything we can to make ACP the power they once were. If this means some things are unfair, then it will have to be that way.
Save the USA force, or the ACP will decline further.

Good idea, but does this mean we will have alot less UK events?
No and Yes.
We’ve been having too many UK events recently due to war defenses and tactics. Normally, if our USA and UK forces were equal we’d have
1.) UK event midday
2.) USA event midday)
3.) Joint event saturday
4.) PB/another join event sunday.
About 3 UK available events.
Mmmmmmmmmmm.
Do you even know that there’s a hurricane!
By now, That excuse is over. Sandy Hit over 5 days ago. As of yesterday there was 3,628,739 million outages. That may seem a lot… but really that’s only accommodating for about 1/120 for the US population without power. I find it unlikely that every single event was effected this way. So I would advise ACP Troopers to stop using this as an excuse. Unless you lived near the coast where the flood waters came. You should have power for most of you.
Nah, i don’t really know about That hurricane cause i’m actually at UK. But however,The hurricane isn’t over. it’s still going on in New york i guess? and New York is actually the most popular city of US. i’m just saying. Not trying to start an argument or whatever.

I feel sorry for you,but I don’t think that every single troop got hit by the hurricane, True it did effect some 25 states, but it didn’t really cause damage in at least 10 of them so only 15 really had any serious power outages or substantial flooding/some form weather related disaster
true and I agree with you because I see California or other people in West complaining about hurricane it’s almost over anyway its dieing down
XD no offense to those guys but the last time a storm of a hurricane like nature was over 60 years ago… So yeah that’s not a real excuse for that
look funks i mean yes your absolutley right im a USA troop myself, but for some weird reason all i can find time to attend are UK events. im just busy out in the real world you know? i like your idea, and you are very right on the matter, but i will try my best to recruit today on CP if i have some time, which i think i will

How the heck are you getting out of school by then? PST is the least likely to be out by then?

I am technically usa troop but i make most uk events and im time zone pst. Im trying to make us events or my brother but we had a family emergency the past 2 days. Our other bro punctured the back of his throat with a ball point pen! Ewww

I’d like to apologize if I seem to be less inactive than before. School is getting chaotic (getting buried in homework), and got some personal family stuff going on.
About Hurricane Sandy, I heard that there’d be people without power for a while (about a week or more), and you also have to remember that there is people that are recovering from it, as well. In my opinion, I could be wrong, but I believe that most of our US division is from the east coast.
With that being said, in times like this, it’s not easy for everyone to be able to be participate in ACP. Although, the loyal ones are most likely doing everything they can to continue being active in ACP.
