Hola, mis amigos! We are in desperate need of an active count, so we can set our priorities straight. So, with permission from Ek, I shall be making an active count. Please read on for more information.

Why Do We Need An Active Count?

We need an active count because our ranks, especially the lower ones, are getting clogged up. They need to be clear so only the active troops are on the ranks, which makes the whole rank experience a lot easier. It’ll also open our eyes, and make us realise that recruiting is vital. With clearer ranks, we can set our priorities straight and make life easier for you guys, and us, the owners.

How Does An Active Count Work?

An active count works by all active troops filling out a simple form, commenting and the ranks being reset by owners. It’s a really easy process. But the ACP Active Count shall be quite different than your usual active count. Considering we have so many ranks, we’ll be doing the active count in sections. Here’s how it’ll work.

Week 1 – Corporal, Sergeant & Staff Sergeant

Week 2 – Warrant Officer, 2nd Lieutenant, 1st Lieutenant & Captain

Week 3 – Major, Lieutenant Colonel & Colonel

Week 4 – Brigadier General, Major General & Lieutenant General

Week 5 – Field General, Master General & Division General

That’s the general concept of the active count. Each section of ranks will have 1 week and 1 week only to comment, and after that week is up, the ACP owners will reset that section of ranks. So, making an active count for 1 section will take 2 weeks – 1 week for troops to fill out the form in a comment, and 1 week for the owners to reset that section of ranks. The whole process will take about 2-3 months, which may seem like a long time, but it will definitely be worth it. And when we get to the higher ranks, where there are less troops, we won’t need 2 weeks for each section, we’ll probably need 1 week and a couple of days.

You see? It’s a really simple concept. All you have to do is wait until your rank section comes along, fill out the form in a comment, and viola. With the clearance of the ranks, you could even get a promotion!

The first section of the active count will start as soon as Ek approves of this.
