It has been my goal over the years, I had made my way up slowly and steadily, and now what? ACP getting back up to a steady first place spot! That’s what! I know if we all buckle down and put the needed time in we can finish this rebuild and get back to the top. CPAC recently conducted a poll on if the ACP would ever come back from the slump in the previous month. The poll had the results of saying that no, we would never come back from the slump. In the last  two weeks though, we easily made 30-35 at multiple events. Slump or sham I say? I think that we just had a sham of a month. We fooled ourselves into thinking we were falling and we weren’t. We only needed to sit down and put some good time into ACP and making sure we made every event we could! Things happen and we understand if you cannot make it, whether it is something serious, to you simply forgot about the event. Here are just a few guidelines for events.

• Commenting on event posts

Make sure if you can make an event to always make a comment saying if you can! It helps give an estimate of how many people will come and therefor make the event more successful. ALSO, if you comment but you didn’t make it, just make sure you don’t make that mistake on the next event :).

• Staying active (On chat)

If you are AFK on chat, then you cannot help anything at the time of the event. If you must go away from keyboard for more than 15-20 minutes, it would be best to log off of chat until you are back. It just reduces stress of the event leaders and makes it so there will be less AFK people in events.

• Staying active (On CP)

If you are active on chat but not CP, then after a certain period of time (15 minutes I believe) Club Penguin will log you off. Also, it will look bad if the room is changed and you do not follow everyone else.

• Uniform

Stay in uniform or something close to it! It looks a tad sloppy when everyone wears something different. The uniform may be difficult to get, but the closest you can get is always okay. The member uniform is this:

This was chosen to be the uniform after a poll taken on the ACP site approximately 2 months ago. And yes, I did make it :D. As for guests, wear anything GREEN. Uniform matters more for Members then Nonmembers, because anything looks good for nonmembers.

I have gotten off track of introducing myself to you, so I shall do it now. I am Swimmerboy01. My xat account is ETSTODDARD. My PlaystationNetwork ID is phatninjaboy. I would be glad to play a match or two of Call of duty or Battlefield 3 with you some day :). I have been in the ACP since 2008, OFFICIALLY since 2009. I was put as a Sergeant instead of a Corporal because I was a leader of a really small army :p! Over the months I was promoted here and there. Every now and then I would be skipped over and forgotten for promotions but I got my share of double promotions every so often. Once I got to the Moderator line, I though: “So this was my original goal, so do I keep going?” The answer for me was obvious. Yes. After I became a mod in the ACP I joined the ACPTR Staff and I was made ACPTR Co leader. When I made it to Master General, I joined SWAT and was made supreme adviser and then was promoted to 3ic two months later.
By the time I was promoted to ACP General, or Division General as we know now, I was SWAT LIT, which was listed under First in Command. I left SWAT about 2 months later. Around that time period the Senate was remade under Kenneth and Flippers leadership, and I was picked to be the Senate Vice President. Eventually the senate was disbanded after they retired. After that General was made to Division General once again, for divisions were restarted for a small period. I was leader of Alpha with Purple Slime. Not much had happened since then. I ran in the 3ic election but I lost horribly only making 2 votes, while Cassius made about 22. I almost thought of quitting but my friends told me that some day I will make it. That day was yesterday. I am honored. I left out a LOT of information and history in this post but I now will just go through armies I was an owner in over the time.
