My fellow ACP,
I have the great pleasure of announcing the return of the Senate of the DRACP. Our beloved President and Supreme Commander Ekpenguin officially declared the Senate to be re-opened today. A joyous event among the free citizens and soldiers of the DRACP. The Senate will hopefully bring some fresh new ideas to ACP, as well as allowing the soldiers their freedoms of speech.
The Structure of the Senate
What the Senate can do:
The Senate can make debate and make bills on any issues affecting the ACP, the bills they make must be approved by the President of ACP to become law.
What the Senate cannot do:
The Senate can’t make a bill affecting the ranks of ACP soldiers. The President of ACP has the power to veto a bill.
Senate Positions:
The Senate is based loosely on the US System of Government , there will be a President of ACP, 2 Vice President’s, a Grand Senator and 13 elected Senators.
President: The Supreme Commander of the ACP Army, the highest ranking government official. Will attend meetings and approve/veto bills.
Vice President: There will be 2 V.P’s – One of them will be a 2ic, the other a 3ic. The 2ic V.P will be known as the Senior V.P and the 3ic V.P will be known as the Junior V.P. They shall both have equal powers and duties. Both shall help the Grand Senator run meetings, if the President is absent from a meeting, then both V.P’s may pass/veto legislation if they both agree. The President can overturn this later.
Grand Senator: The Grand Senator will be a Division General. They will be in charge of running the Senate, scheduling Senate meetings and keeping order and control.
Senate Member Leader: Will be elected from among the member senators, the Leader of the Member Rank Senate block.
Senators: 13 Senators will be elected from among the soldiers. There will be 7 Senators from the member ranks, and 6 from the moderator ranks. They will debate and form bills for the good of ACP.
Senators may be assigned to special positions later, depending on how successful meetings are. e.g – Ambassador.
A post on elections will come out very soon. Once we finalise a few minor details.

I do not really like the Senate Member Leader as I think that spot is really pointless. I think you should put an ACP Ambassador to replace that rank in the DRACP Government.

My parents have seen what I have been doing on chat and they didn’t like all the inappropriate behaviour on it. That means I not allowed in CP armies anymore and my parents are going to cancel my CP membership. So, because of that I won’t be on chat much anymore and I can’t attend many events. That could be a result in leaving CP warfare. Im wastin’ mah precious time. WHAT CAN I DOOOOO??!
Purple, I would tell your parents what happened and that the chat is moderated for the majority of the time. I’m sure said person was kicked/punished for it.
This at least seems an improvement on the situation earlier when you were being forced to leave, it seemed. Even if you can’t be an active troop you can at least become a useless retiree like me who goes around annoying ek 24/7 which is kind of more fun than armies themselves.

Hello ACP, Im new to the most powerful army on CP. And I would like to become a senator. Your probably thinking “Oh he’s power-hungry and wants attention”. I don’t want any of that. If you read the Robber Penguin Force website, you will see I have made speeches of inspiration. But you will learn other things. If you dig deep enough, you will find things that I am not proud of. But please consider me as a senator. I have always admired ACP and dreamed to have a place in the wonderful army. Preferablly, a political position. But don’t think Im not a fighter. Because I am. A fighter and a defender first, politician later.
Manutdjonath, three things.
1. As far as I know, there is no “Robber Penguin Force”. You probably mean the REBEL Penguin Force.
2. You seem to be using other armies to get power in ACP. Does that not sound power-hungry to you?
3. ACP is not quite THE most powerful army in CP warfare. Ice Warriors are, but we are still pretty good.
1. Robber Penguin Force is what I mean sir. Cpwarriorful is the current leader. There are also many other RPF members in ACP itself.
2. Im joining other armies to gain expierience for ACP to fight well for you sir.
3. I am just saying my opinion sir. I dont want to start a fight with a leader. It was a habit I had and I dont want to start it again. But I do have a habit of making my point. But still, I would really like to be a senator. Im inspired from all ACP fighters. Ive read the history and newsest posts and basically Im star-struck from how powerful you all are, and how your troops are so loyal (Unlike the RPF troops). Were on the brink of closing down because of it.

It could be something less obvious. Like, a post from Ek cracking down on chat rules, bring in lots of new stuff which is harsher. You might have to leave it a week first, to make it more of a coincidence and less planned.

You really need to plan everything out before releasing this post. Other owners are giving other positions.
This is really just an announcement, it’s best not to do everything at once.
I really don’t like of how Cas is going to run this system.
Cas, I suggest you plan everything out with the ACP Owners and then make an announcement or post.
Cas already knows I be running.
I think there should be two important branches which are the Executive and the Legislative. We do not really need a Judicial Branch as we would not be having any major issues in this army.
I just want to give my opinion on the two branches and positions we should have for each brach. Here it is:
Executive Branch
DRACP President: The President of the DRACP will be the Supreme Commander. He will have the power to make important decsions for the army. He can pass bills to make them into laws. All ideas from the Senate must be approved from the DRACP President. However, the DRACP can be overruled by a 3/4 voted from the Senate and the 2ic and 3ic.
DRACP VP: This person will be chosen from the DRACP President. He responsibility is to control the Senate and make sure it goes smoothly. Failure to do that will result in an automatic demotion.
DRACP Ambassador: This person will be chosen from the DRACP President. He or she must will have the responsibility to deal with foreign Foreign Affairs Department, which are basically CP Armies.
2ic: This person is the Head General of the ACP Army. Will be there just to help out.
3ic: This person is the Commander General of the ACP Army. Will be there just to help out.
Legislative Branch
DRACP President: Will be usually there during meetings and will help pass bills into laws
DRACP VP: Will be there during the meetings and will help pass bills into laws.
2ic: Will be there during meetings and will basically be like an advisor. They will usually be there just to help out.
3ic: Will be there during meetings and will basically be like an advisor. They will usually be there just to help out.
Grand Senator: He or she must be the rank of Division General and must be really active. This person will be elected from the citizens. Also he or she must be in charge of running the Senate during the meetings. and should make sure there is order.
ACPTR Ministry: This position will usually be the current ACPTR Leader. The current ACPTR Leader might send someone to represent him if he or she does not want to take part in this position. It is recommended that the ACPTR Leader take this position. He or she will discuss ideas and improvementsabout ACPTR related stuff.
Senators: There will be a Senator elected from each of the ranks except the owners ranks. The Senator should be able to run for 2-3 months, and then we have elections again.
