It’s finally here. The elections that all the nations have been talking about. The citizens of Deep Snow and the penguins overseas at Fjord have all been muttering of this event. Even Barack Obama and Mitt Romney cannot be candidates as their likelihood of victory was no match for those who were running. Let the Army of Club Penguin Commander General Elections BEGIN!
So, we find ourselves in this situation again. We need a new Commander General(3ic) to give the ACP their all. A Head General(2ic) has already been chosen and will be announced at the end of the elections. Our three candidates are all extremely loyal and have great experience within ACP and the army community.

Hey guys, hope you enjoyed my comedic little number above, I’m Obi and I’m a Division General for Delta here in ACP. I’ve been in ACP for a while, some people may not realise it but I joined at the start of the first golden era of Boomer the 20th. I know you may already have made your choice on who you want to vote, but please take a moment to read the rest of this, it probably won’t be long as I’ll run out of things to say and lets be honest nobody likes reading long boring speeches. I’ve seen ACP go through many leaderships, both good ones and bad ones, I’ve always stayed loyal and helped the leaders through hard times. I know now that ACP needs good leaders more than ever and lets face it, our sizes are pretty disappointing. If I was 3ic, I’d bring more than 4 years of experience to the leadership team, I also created a succesful army long ago; MFW. Thats not to say I’m more experienced than my competition, but nobody has learned everything there is to know about a subject, and as with everyone I have much to learn. I’m probably rambling a bit here, as Ek asked me to write a speech like 10 minutes before he was posting, I bet Cas will have a super long ridiculous post. I speak to you today, not as a friend, not as an enemy. Not even as a Commander. I speak to you as a fellow ACP Patriot. It is not often in our great Army that we get the chance to vote on things, but ACP is in the stages of voting for a new Commander General. This vote may be one of the most crucial things you ever do in ACP. A Commander General can go on to becoming a 2ic, even a Leader.
Why vote for Cas?
I would not be standing for this rank if I didn’t think I was up to the challenge. Some people would say I’ve had a long career in ACP, yes that’s true. I’ve been in the army a long time, I’ve got between 5-6 years of experience. I have held the ranks of 2ic (briefly) and Vice President of ACP. I know how ACP ticks, I know what to do to make it tick. In my time recently as a Division General, I have striven to serve this army in the best way I can. I will ALWAYS put the best interests of ACP above anything else, and I will never apologize for ACP. ACP needs someone who is able to stand up for her. ACP needs the positive change that is Cas.

How will Cas serve as a good 3ic?
Cas has many new ideas and innovative thoughts for how ACP can be improved. He thinks that an owner rank should be in attendance at every event, for too many events we’ve had a case when an inexperienced mod has had to lead. Our troops must have a voice, and that is why I support bringing a Senate back, not to create a divide between the owners and the other ranks. But for fresh ideas and democracy to flourish in ACP. Cas is not perfect, he’s never said he was. He has of course had his high’s and his low’s. He can’t promise you he will be the next Oagalthorp, but he can promise you he’ll try his very best at everything he does. Because ACP – ALL THE WAY WITH CFK!

There are plenty of people in the world capable of doing things that people never forget. Be it sports or politics, or changing someones life. I, Swimmerboy01, am capable and WILL change your careers in ACP, by making ACP an even funner and better place than it was before! In battles I am fair and I always make sure people enjoy their time, as long as they participate! Lately people haven’t came to events and have been AFK on chat and sizes in events have gone down. If I am promoted, those problems will be FIXED, for I will put in place ideas for new rules. The rules will be very kind to everyone, and we can be back to are awesome 40+ at events 
! So, there has been a lot of talk about who would be best for 3ic? There could be a lot of answers. Cas, Ant, Obi, and I are all decent picks. The difference is this. Leadership and experience! I have been in ACP for 3 3/4 years STRAIGHT. I have led plenty of battles while no owners have been on, and I’ve won almost all of them! All the mods and members agree I’m a great leader and I do well in battles! 4. I want Swimmerboy01 to be promoted to Commander General for a number of reasons. I personally am friends with him, and I know he will do a good job. He has been in ACP for 3 1/2 years, and he has been General for almost 2(I think). He has ben waiting for a long time to be given a chance, and I know he will be good. He is smart, and sharp, and I think if he gets 3ic, he could be a great ACP leader easily, if he puts his mind to it. Swimmer has a flaw, staying active, but I believe he will stay active once he gets 3ic. Also, the other candidates have flaws too.
Antant: He is a good person, and he works hard, but he pretty new to ACP compared to Swimmer. He is also valuable as ACPTR leader just like 12declan12.(It is a good flaw) He is also young, and will still have plenty of chances, unlike swimmer, because this might be his last chance. And I think Ant dropped out of the race.
Obiwan: This is an easy one. He supports Swimmerboy.
Cas: Now, I know Cas has ben busy advertizing and promoting himself or whatever, but I see several faults to him. One, he has claimed to have joined acp in 2006, so why hasn’t he been leader? And why isn’t he retired? I think cas has a lot of mysteries surrounding him. Also, if he has been 2ic/3ic, it shows it’s hard for him to stick with it. Why should he get several chances, while people that I think deserve it, might never get it? Also, cas just re-joined around a month ago, and he got division general with his past ‘credentials’, so how about he proves he can stick with it this time, so that he doesn’t quit a month into his ownership when you really need him.
Swimmer joined 1 time, and 1 time only, and he has been in ACP since the time he joined. He is loyal. He can stick with it. He can be the active and loyal 3ic that ACP need to rise again.

Correction, Ive been general for about 8 months
This is an entirely baseless attack on my reputation and credentials. Almost to the point of being slanderous. But I will respond – I believe people have a right to know what a potential 3ic is made of.
You’re right, I did join in 2006. I got 2ic, but when Doc Nono Jr was couped, all his owner ranks were reset – Ergo demoting me to 4ic again. So I quit ACP. I was 11 back then, and very naive and generally a bit of a stupid little boy. We all make our mistakes. I have not have several chances at 3ic. This has and I imagine will be my only chance. I never rejoined a month ago. That is a lie. I re-joined ACP in Feb/March after being giving Colonel (This was basically to make sure I stayed in ACP, I got a triple promo next promo day) by Ken, then worked my way up to Division General.
That comment is the opinion of one person. Not the whole of ACP. Three of my fellow Division Generals dropped out and endorsed me for 3ic. I must have done something right at least?
Why focus on the past though? Let’s focus on the positive and productive things I am doing for ACP right now. Like being active, coming to events, leading events if necessary and helping ACP work towards a brighter tomorrow.
ACP is not like other armies, other armies you can join immediately and get owner rank. ACP is different, you have to fight for it, you’ve got to prove you’re worthy. That’s why I’m running.

Don’t attack other people in the campaign until they attack you. That is almost like the golden rule in politics. And in ACP, I feel needless of people making stupid attacks on people.
Not violently attacking Cas, but I remember him saying he’d rejoined “Because Flen needs me” after I was back, during the LT war, around May/June. Not Feb/March.
Nevertheless, Cas has enough experience to cover not having been in the ACP in a straight line, but having been in in different generations which is probably more experience. Even when he wasn’t, he was still on chat and often helping so that’s practically in.

Hell, I’m saying that people have the right to quit and join again. He was younger and he worked his way up all the way to 2ic and got demoted 2 positions down. Wouldn’t you be mad if you would’ve been in his shoes? Just because Cas was 2ic and Vice President gives him owner experience, what hardly any of the 4ics have (only Antant for like 2 days). Swimmer tried to mess around and make Cas look bad because Swimmer was trying to win Obama over, so he wanted to play back, isn’t that life? Also Asd, Cas did lead UMA and RPF well under communism, communism will just make us better. Also Cas doesn’t use JFK to win his vote, he just uses him as a role model.
Cas is nice, unlike has of the mods who abuse their powers *wary*. Cas is supportive too. Also, if we vote Antant as leader, he will be mean to everyone. On my first day, my FIRST day of teaching on ACPTR he fired me for no reason. We don’t want a 3ic or leader that fires it troops. Fire your troops for a reason, not because his underwear is inside out.
Cas didn’t try to make the other candidates look bad, when Swimmerboy got Obama to take a bunch of photos of Cas doing stuff “Bad”.
Look at everyone, I am not saying to vote for Cas, I am just saying to make the right choice and look at the odds.

Why I believe Antant98 candidate should be promoted to Commander General:
I have heard rumors of Antant98 retiring and to my knowledge, that is NOT true. This is considered negative campaigning by other candidates or supporters of other candidates and should not be allowed in ACP. Let’s stay on the positive side of these elections, and the positive side of ACP’s future is Antant98.
Antant98 has not only been an excellent role model and inspiration to our new recruits, but to the entire ACP. His time, effort, and care into ACP’s future quality soldiers participating in ACPTR makes Antant98 ACP’s future. He may not have been in ACP as long as other candidates, but he has a proven positive, consistently active, successful history and record in ACP.
With ACP going through some difficult times and out active number count down, we need someone experienced and motivated like Antant98 to rebuild this army from the ground up. We need someone who can close the gap between the lower ranking soldiers and the high ranking soldiers for the integrity and stability of the army. Antant98 has an excellent repoir and relationship with our new recruits through ACPTR and fills that gap. Those graduates admire and respect him so much and that shows in their attitudes and loyalty towards ACP and Antant98.
Antant98 is responsible, enthusiastic, committed, motivated, reliable, skilled, personable, detailed, and has a vision for ACP. He is the first one to jump into an event and take control over leading if needed or lead the event if assigned. His tactics are great and his tactical flow is effective and outstanding. He truly exhibits tremendous leadership skills.
I encourage all of ACP to join me, Snaily5, in voting for Antant98 for the positive future of ACP.
There has been a lot of negative campaigning lately that is not fair and is unacceptable. Negative campaigning only makes you look bad in the eyes of others. You should be focusing your efforts on promoting yourself to ACP as the next 3IC. This is for all candidates.
I heard rumor that Antant rage quit and/retired and it’s spreading like wild fire. I have asked Antant the facts as to what happened. ANTANT IS NOT QUITTING AND HE DID NOT RAGE QUIT. These are just rumors, not true and are intended on hurting his positive campaign for 3IC. Please don’t plant false information into the great soldiers of ACP’s heads trying to sway the vote. That is unfair and uncalled for.
I saw today in main chat that someone, I’m not mentioning, criticized Antant for using his ACPTR achievements to gain support for his future position as 3IC. WHY NOT? His ACPTR achievements only prove how effective and successful he is in ACP! He has a great record and history in ACP and he should be highlighting what he has accomplished and what more he will accomplish in the future. Great job Antant!
I also saw criticism of Antant about him taking over leading in events. I commend Antant for taking the initiative to step into leading battles when crisis arises, such as in an event where the person leading freezes under pressure. Antant is a quick thinker and responder and has the confidence to step into position and take over when needed. This is exactly what ACP needs! Antant is dependable, reliable, and dedicated to ACP. Taking over when needed in events is a good quality to exhibit and he has great skills and tactical flow.

Cas has been in ACP for years now and I think it’s his turn to be a 3ic. Cas was a loyal soldier and he was around since Boomer and Oagal. He is a great person and when I first joined (5 years ago) Cas was there. Cas has been here for so long and I know he will be a great 3ic. Cas has great leadership and I know he will be a great 3ic. Cas is amazing and Cas should be 3ic. I vote for Cas.

He was, but he has changed a lot now. People can change the way they act and Cas is a perfect example of this. Cas has shown that he is now ready to give everything to the ACP and not just for his own personal records. I think anything that happened “a few years ago” should be ignored and his current quality and speech should be looked upon as what he is now.

Why you believe Insert candidate should be promoted to Commander General: Antant98 is extremely loyal and has fantastic tactical flow during events. He can easily take the reigns when one leader needs to go and win the event. He is always there for ACP and will listen to many troops. The other candidates are good, but Antant98 has shown the most responsibility and experience and tactical flow during events than any of the other candidates. Antant98 is also very accepting and nice to new soldiers to ACP (noobs.) He never minds helping other troubled ACP soldiers with such things as uniforms or communication with others they may have conflict with. He is truthful, fair, and loyal to the one army of ACP.

First of all, Cas has just completely brainwashed the ACP soldiers into thinking he’s the right person by saying he’s the “front runner,” and he’s just been advertising his campaign every single minute he’s on chat. Calling himself “Cas F Kennedy” is just another form to use against his opponents, mainly because we all know that JFK was one of the greatest Presidents in US History (or he’s just famous). What do you think that is… desperate and power hungry?
The ACP needs more democracy to succeed. Cas will only bring the ACP into communism. I mean, look at UMA and RPF. He lead both of those. We’ll accomplish so much more with Antant98.
Antant has lead more battles with the current ACP, the one that matters now. Sure, Cas lead a few battles now and a lot back then, but we don’t care about the old ACP. We want the new ACP. Cas hasn’t lead as much as Antant, therefore Antant has tons of more experience than Cas.
Antant has lead ACPTR to glory. It’s now successful. Cas was chairman or CEO or whatever its called, but that isn’t the leader. He didn’t do anything for ACPTR, in my opinion. Antant has proven that ACPTR is worth something, and I thought it was hopeless and stupid.
Antant can actually make a change. Cas can make a change, but it won’t be for helping the ACP. He’ll convert it to communism and make big government, just like a democrat (JFK is a democrat). Republicans believe in letting the people have power. Big Government = Communism = Closer to RPF and UMA = Closer to the 15th spot in the Top 10.
Now, for those of you who are reading this, make another comment saying “I change my vote to Antant.” We all know you’re only voting for Cas because he says he’ll make ACP stronger. He’ll make ACP stronger in a sense that no one wants. A stronger communist army. DRACP stands for Democratic Republic. Not a communist republic.

Sorry, Cas, but I’ve noticed your brainwashing–or planting wrong ideas about Antant into ACP in chat. It doesn’t matter if it’s true or not (and it’s NOT from what I’ve seen), you’ve still placed doubt and insecurity into the soldiers heads about Antant while you are in ACP chat. It’s like in court when the lawyer makes a twisted question/statement to the person on the stand and the other lawyer stands up and shouts, “I OBJECT YOUR HONOR.” The judge strikes the question, but the damage is done in the minds of they jury. It’s been planted into their heads some idea or question. This is what Cas is doing and as much as I like him, I don’t respect that at all and it only reflects on who he is as a person unfortunately. Cas should be promoting himself instead of negative campaigning against his competitors. Cas’s record, loyalty, achievements, and his vision for ACP should be what he is talking about.

If Tes is right, Antant is being ridiculous, compared to Cas, or I you’ve been in ACP for like 5 minutes.
1) Being 3ic isn’t about how long you’ve been in the ACP. It is in fact, about how good you think people will be when they reach 3ic. You therefore judge people on their experience, yes. But now how long they’ve had the experience. Cas obviously has his experience of leading various armies, and Obi+SB from being in the ACP for a consistently massive time. Antant, he has the ACPTR. He has been in the ACPTR for upwards of 6 months as a leader. In his leadership, he’s lead them through a time of tiny ACP sizes and a general lack of cadets to still consistently get around 10 graduates and 5 to most events. Experience is not an issue
2) Cas isn’t nearly brainwashing. People have a choice if they want to vote for Cas. He has said some stuff about Ant, Ant has said some stuff about Cas. We need to all recognize it is an ELECTION. You need the people on your side, however you do it.

In case your first point was directed at me, I was on about the ridiculous notion of Antant quitting if he doesn’t get 3ic, I think that if you are going to quit if you don’t get what you want then you don’t deserve it anyway, its a bad attitude :/
How will Ant exactly help ACP? … Sure hes a nice guy and all, but I don’t understand at all how you can make these accusations about Cas. I now have a new found hatred for you Asd. That is absolute bullcrap. How is Cas “brainwashing” ACP? He has changed. Also, it would be nice to have someone who actually HAS experience in CP armies. I’d rather have Cas as a 3ic, because he is much more prepared than Ant. He does rather well at leading, socialises well with soldiers, and is good at negotiating with other army leaders (which can prove to be very useful). Honestly, I’d rate Ant’s previous 3ic run as very, very poor. He didn’t succeed at all, and he was demoted, so he evidently isn’t ready. And I’d rather have Cas than Ant.
