*Recognition to Flipper7706 who helped plan with me and offer ideas and the soldiers on the chat at the time for giving their opinion, this is me listening and trying to do something about it

Hai ACP,

Due to some complaints, I have changed the ranks around. Sorry if you end being demoted in the owner ranks, but you will get some chances at 3ic/2ic again.

I’m sorry to say to Ant, that you will be demoted to Division General again, but don’t worry you will get another chance as 3ic. This means that Asdfghjkl will be promoted to 3ic, so congratulations Asd :D. I will also be making one of the USA owners a main owner to act as a “1.5ic”. They will be in charge of the USA and will have a little more power than a 2ic, but ultimately cannot overpower the leader. This means that Emp or Capn will be head of the USA and I want you to decide who should get that rank. To vote, comment answering these questions:

  1. What is your CP name?
  2. What is your ACP rank?
  3. Who do you want to be 2ic and head of the USA – Empoleon or Capncook?

So, that means that the ranks look like this:

Supreme Commander: Kingfunks4 (F U N K S)

 Head General (2ic): Capncook OR Empoleon7667, Ekpenguin9

 Commander General (3ic):  Asdfghjkl888, Empoleon7667 OR Capncook, Stew20

These decisions have been made to try and stabilize the ACP and to please the soldiers, by having the ranks that they want within reason. If you don’t like these ranks, please comment, but remember these are the ranks the ACP wanted. Other points have been made in my post that was not stickied.

    I don’t have a rank, so I’m retired, but I helped a lot and lead the soldier’s voice so I think I’m entitled to a say. :mrgreen:
    I’d prefer it to be Empoleon, but he needs to be a bit more active.
