The Mammoth Convention

Good afternoon ACP,

War, what can I say, in real life we try to avoid it, but in our virtual lives it’s everywhere. You see it on console games like Halo and Call of Duty to computer games like Crysis and World of Warcraft. However, Club Penguin wars are different, much different from any other game. It is true however, that the basics of war exist in Club Penguin armies but as I say again we’re different. There is no death in our wars and you can’t even use real weapons. We somehow manage to pull of an organized form of warfare anyway and we have some armies that thrive off of it. Examples of this include the Army of Club Penguin and the Nachos, who are currently the only two world super powers in the Club Penguin army community. As you may already know, these two super powers are fighting for almost no reason.

The ACP has been hurt by various armies, but they always come out on top. The Nachos however, have had many months to build up a strong and large army which they have done. They are now unleashing their forces onto the ACP but for what reason? I couldn’t tell you other than the fact they dislike the ACP very much due to a very long rivalry. The Nachos have been committing acts that are on the verge of “illegal” (For Club Penguin armies) for the entire span of the war. At first, they admitted defeat when they lost, they didn’t use spies, and they played fair.

However, they have changed policies since the middle of the war, leading to the use of ignorance, arrogance, and immaturity. The ACP clearly has won certain battles that the Nachos have deemed that they have won. The record is twelve victories for the ACP, one for the Nachos, and two that were undecided. The Nachos haven’t been organizing the amount of battles, victories, losses, and defeats so we really can only say that the ACP’s record is true. However, if you ask a Nacho who is winning, I bet they will say they have been winning the war.

They also will not admit defeat anymore for the record. Also, the ACP willingly only surrendered one battle this war because we thought the Nachos won fair and square (Which they did), and rather than the Nachos being good sports about it, they rushed to the ACP chat and bragged about the victory and expected to not get banned. They were being arrogant by saying they were going to win the war, it’s a new age for the Nachos, and they disrespected the ACP on their own chat. I was a personal witness to it and  had to ban most of the Nachos that were doing this.

Now for something many of you may not know. After every battle of this war, the ACP and the Nacho leaders have been meeting on various chats to decide who the victors of the battles were. The arguments that go on on those chats are brutal to say the least. Most of it is the Nachos declaring victory and not listening to anything the ACP has to say. The bickering has gotten to a point where former Nacho leader and former ACP General Oberst has stepped in to try to end the fighting.

It has not yielded at all though and the Nachos continue to unfairly declare victory while the ACP has rightfully declared victory and defeat. The Nachos also went as far to play the dirtiest trick of all. I stated above they had been doing things that were borderline “illegal” (For Club Penguin armies). They posted an invasion of the ACP’s capitol (Breeze) barely twenty four hours before the event. They hid the invasion in very small print so the ACP would not think to check the site for the invasion and they only sent five penguins while the rest of the Nachos battled the ACP on another server which was an actual battle scheduled on both sites.

The Nachos have even allegedly framed ACP leaders for “hacking” the Nacho chat and site, even though the ACP leaders have proven the claims to be false. Doesn’t that seem a bit dirty for the Nachos to do? I would even consider it cheating. However, it was just barely legal and so we unfortunately must let the Nachos keep Breeze until we take it back again. This had many penguins thinking though. If the Nachos will do something like this once, they’ll do the same thing again or even do something worse. This will lead to other armies following in the Nachos’ mud-ridden footsteps and something will escalate to the point where we have a bad war. We’re already starting to see signs of this.

The ACP is using some secret maneuvers to take Breeze back for revenge, and both armies have reportedly started calling in allies to aid them in the war! This is not something we want, this war cannot escalate anymore than what it is now or we’ll never see the end of it (By the way, the ACP has tried multiple times to end the war with a mutual agreement to show mercy to the Nachos). So what do we do to prevent all of this? I’ve been thinking and then the idea came to me as an inspiration from the Geneva Convention (1949). The Geneva Convention basically laid down “rules of war for humanitarian purposes. The entire Club Penguin army community needs to come together and make rules for our wars because we cannot have dirty tricks, spying, and bickering after battles. We must learn to mature even the slightest bit and play by the rules for once.

What I’m proposing is that the owner ranks of every Club Penguin army that generates over twenty people on an average battle should be allowed to come to what I will call, “The Mammoth Convention” and we will set the rules. Here is how I feel it should be organized:

-As stated above, every owner rank from armies with twenty+ members on average may attend.

-The convention will span over three days. Three two-hour sessions will happen.

-The first day will be to decide rules.

-The second day will be to modify rules and decide who the army to enforce them will be.

-The third day will be to decide punishments for breaking the rules.

Once this process is complete, every army leader will post the rules on a post on their main site and stick it to the top for forty-eight (48 hours, two [2] days) hours, and post the rules on a new page on their site so all can remember the true rules of Club Penguin war. You may all be thinking now that this is stupid, a waste of time, it wont work, or the current “rules” are fine. I’m going to tell you that with a small bit of effort, it will work. It is definitely not a waste of time, and the current rules are misused and misconstrued all the time. So why deal with the frustration of broken rules while Club Penguin armies should just be for fun! Let’s get  this convention going and let’s stop the bickering so we can just have fun again! What do you say army leaders? Do you think you’ll be up to this? I think if you all come to your senses and schedule a meeting, that we can all start having fun again. So let us begin The Mammoth Convention! (If this happens, a chat will be created by a neutral penguin who is retired and we will all meet there, be sure to get your soldier’s ideas too because their opinions make your armies.)

Here’s a cool song for you to listen to while you read this post. 😀

  2. What’s with the colours?

  3. This post is so colorful..

  4. nice post i knew the nachos where evil (cheating)

    • the nachos have turned to the dark side of the force. the only army that was in the dark side of the force was LT but they are die’ing so yah.

      • LT (BMA) is not a big threat, but now Nachos are. If PWCP (my army) had members, we can help ACP.

  5. it’s so colorful

  6. Rainbows :O Nice post Capn

  7. I see much darkness in the nachos! they can not be trusted! SO NO COOKIE FOR THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  8. I really hope you aren’t implying that ACP has never done what the Nachos did to get Breeze. ACP’s whole empire is built on sneaking behind armies backs. When you tried to get Mammmoth back, you said “Invaison of Mammothshire” and other related stuff to try to trick LT. Even when you originally invaded Mammoth you used the same tactic that we used.

    • no. that was not in war. what the nachos did was in war. so thats mean. you nachos are jerks. your blind and bull headed!

    • The invasion of “Mammothshire” was a trick? You’ve got to be fairly stupid to not realise that was an invasion of Mammoth. It was a joke, your tactic to invade was just low, and just shows that the nachos are too weak to actually win battles fairly.

  9. good post

  10. While I am not a big fan of ACP and believe that Nachos won many of the battles you claim to be winning, I believe the idea of the Mammoth Convention would be helpful, as over the 5 to 6 years that the basic CP warfare rules have existed, loopholes have been found, and it’s time we redefine what we can and can’t do.

  11. Nice idea, but these nice ideas never work. Unfortunate, but it’s the sad truth.

  12. Lol, if that all is true.
Didn’t ACP do the same to LT during the
    ACP vs LT war?

  13. Too long to read but good post which is entirely true as far as I’ve read. Btw why all the colours?

  14. 20th

  15. Very nice idea, and I think this would very much help future battles. Aslo, Nachos also arenow using “illegal” to CP, penguin bots. Good Luck sorting out the event! It sounds like it could really help.

  16. I’m sorry, but from an unbiased view, even if Nacho’s have used dirty tricks, they have won a lot more than one battle. Also, all is fair in love and war. Cry some more, ACP.

  17. Look ACP, another Nacho is about to rage. Not really, but express my opinion. There is one word that made me choke on my kiwi ice-cream, and that is when Capn said we should make a rule against spying. Is this from ACP? The army that created the legendary SSACP? Where on earth are you little smoking weasels going? Am I not right that I was raging about your little “proof” that you won Cloudy at the beginning of the war? Didn’t even Funks make a small section in his post where it said in huge words that hurt my eyes ” SPYING”? Now seriously, this post is a bunch of BS even in my standards. It was even posted on CPAC??? Capn, how much did you bribe Blue to put it on CPAC? At least you could have excluded all the insults of our actions, and this is clearly the most BIASED post on CPAC they ever had. Are you trying to be the good guys so allies love you? Good guys were shot in the place where I lived in the 1950’s by the NKVD. Only the smart ones survived…
