Hey guys, it’s Carter157, for the last time.
ACP is amazing, I have to admit. It’s a great way to meet friends, talk about whatever you want, and just have a great time. The problem about ACP is I feel it eats away my life. If you don’t know, Baseball is my life. While i’m at ACP, other kids my age are getting better. What am I doing? I’m sitting, talking to members of ACP. I remember when I joined in Summer 2010, my goal was to make General, or, Division General. They(Flen) got rid of divisions, and it lost a bit of hope for me. I understood how we were in a war, and Divisions were a bit useless, but I still think Divisions are a great way for mods to become better at leading, when they will need it in the future.
The point is, i’m retiring. I’ve been here for almost 2 years now, and it’s been a blast. The thing is, i’m not really having the fun I used to. When I had just joined, I looked up to battles. I would wake up at extremely early times on weekends to go to GMT events, and they were the thrill. By the time December 2010 came, Bobcatboy10, aka Bob, had taken a break from his leadership. ACP was winning a tournament, and in the finals against Ice Vikings, IV got around 40. That was amazing, coming from IV was a medium army at the time. The thing was, we weren’t Medium. We weren’t “Large” either. We were huge. Nobody even knows how many troops we got that day (December 31st, 2010) We got around 100-200. We filled 3-4 rooms at times. The next few months were cool. I shot up the ranks, and boy, it was awesome.
I got Third in Command on January, 12th, 2012. That feeling was awesome. I led a few battles over Light Troops, and ACP was at the top. The next few months were okay, but I never seemed to move. There was never a chance for 2ic, and I just got bored. By about June 2012, I realized that even if there was a shot for 2ic, Ekpenguin9, would get it. He deserves it.
This section of the post is going to be my “Thank You’s” which is for who I believe deserves to be on the list, basically.
Mchappy: You’re the best friend i’ve ever had. You were always there for me through the rough times. Good luck in ACP. 😀
Buck: If you don’t know Buck, your life is missing a little comedy. Buck is insanely funny, and is a great kid. Remember our plan about ruling the world? That would be pretty funny.
Kieran: Kieran is a great kid, good luck.
Jordi: Jordi taught me almost everything I know in armies. Thank you.
Freddy. Good luck in hockey 😀 Hope to see you on the cover of Chell 😛
Thanks a lot, guys, it’s been fun.
