Army of Club Penguin

Evening all

So, earlier this week my WordPress screwed up. It took around 10 minutes for a page to finally load and the ACP dashboard was the shambles. It prevented me from posting and I was planning to send one to another owner. Luckily It seems to working again so I’m back to posting. Now onto whatever I decide to bore you all with.

We lost Mammoth and regained all our lost servers from the war. Yes, Mammoth is an extremely historic server to the Army of Club Penguin but then again It’s been fairly dead for well over a year now. It was neutral to outside armies but we changed that and it was only ours. Most people will make the immediate connection with the ACP when they think of Mammoth. This is because we had, like so many other armies, rogues everywhere on the server. We had penguins that had seen us on Club Penguin and they continued to fight all day against enemy armies. Once everyone stopped using it and when we announced the server only ours(rightfully), Mammoth slowly but surely started to lose their precious penguins. Since then, the server has been around one bar instead of the usual five when it wasn’t full. In short hand though, we got lazy. We would like Mammoth back into our Nation in the future but for now we shall stay put. The current in fashion thing for the owners(or me) to blabber on about, is rogues. Mammoth was once the main stage for non ranked penguins but recently, it has just sat there. We’ll hopefully have quite an increase in unscheduled events on Club Penguin. This is because we really want for more penguins to help out the ACP and hopefully, join us. Having people making unofficial battles on our servers is extremely helpful. We will have a rise in new recruits and during battles, more penguins will come and support us. You can now gather medals by simply going on a busy server with some friends and recruiting. Choose a server from our Nations page and simply spam some phrases for a while. Basically, we’re trying to kick start our land so our nation is entirely green.

Something that I wish to congratulate you all on is our view count. One of the features of the wordpress dashboard is that it shows me the number of hits our site has gained. Recently, the number of viewers on the ACP site has sky-rocketed. We normally get around 1000 a day but it has recently increased. I don’t know if it is the Summer with more people coming in or your just more interested in the site. Our views triple and more on some insignificant days for some pleasing reason. Our most viewed day was January 28th 2009 which had a whopping 9165 views. We’re a long way off beating that but I’m sure we could make it a challenge. Keep checking up on the site each day as we will have far more events during the Summer.

The season for the ACP will contain more fun events for you all. I’m talking about contests, games and general fun. We may enter Club Penguin Army Central’s third Legends Cup. This is a tournament for many armies which probably will add to our bundle of fun. The much anticipated ACP Olympics, hosted by Asd will have finally arrived. These enjoyable events will occur on both chat and Club Penguin. This shall start a great Summer for the army as we grow to show our potential for 2012.
