Hi ACP,
Lately we have been a bit well you can say screwed up lately. It is time for me to act like a leader and explain and try to fix it. First thing at hand, it is Flipper. Right now I am the de facto only leader of the ACP. When I removed him I said “Flipper is welcomed to be leader again with me if/when he is active”. So I did not really demote or fire him. FLIPPER CAN COME BACK AS LEADER WHENEVER HE WANTS. He just has to act like a leader. You can’t be leading if you are always inactive. Even you and I know that. I just remove him as leader until he comes back. I know you all love Flipper, so do I. But he is not much of a use to us if he can’t be active right guys?
Second, who is replacing me. Slider is. I know a lot of you want omg the awesome Icey Cold27. But Icey Cold does not want to be leader right after Flen. Unless you guys want another British leader, Slider is our choice. Besides Slider isn’t bad. You just need to get to know him. Plus if Slider needs help Icey Cold will be there. So it isn’t going to be possible for him to I don’t know like destroy the army or something? Jk Slider good luck when I am gone.
Thirdly I have got more things to say. I have been trying to be as active as I can. I posted everyday now except yesterday and came on chat for at least a few hours everyday. All or some of you seem to be thinking I can get on as much as Flip and Ken combined, to be like both of us. Which would be a total of 6 hours or more or something. It isn’t a totally screwed up thought since you all are used to having two leaders, but I regret that I can’t be active for the both of us. You got to understand I am trying as hard as I can. It is June already, I would have left the ACP right now but I do not want the ACP to undergo such chances while there is a serious war going on between the army I sincerely love (ACP) and the army I TOTALLY FREAKING hate. Plus some owners and I think a lot of you do not want me to go right now either.
I have been trying to make all the battles I could. The only ones I miss are the UK ones and the ones when I am having dinner, but even then, I still try and help get troops online and ensure there is someone leading. There are 5 USA owners (if you include Cart too). If we are all active we should have NO problem going around the clock and leading while another can’t. I think even when Cart had troubles he even helped give orders yesterday night. The leaders aren’t the biggest problem other than being active which is something we all need to do. The leaders aren’t failures when it comes to leading battles. Our tactics are very good I would say or at least good and fine. The ability to perform excellent tactics demonstrates the connection between the leader and its troops. Everyone always does good tactics whether Mch, Ek, Funks, Slider, or Ken is leading. It is our size that is the issue. Our tactics are way better than LT’s as you have seen on Snow Globe yesterday.
As I have said I cannot be on all the time. If I am not there, there should be at least one owner around to help lead. It isn’t the responsibility of the British owners to lead American battles. Even when I am not there, four others can lead. Mch, Cart, Slider, and Emp. Slider you also could be getting more battlefield leading experience as well and people like Mch can help you too. We have many owners right now, we should take advantage of it.
The good side always wins, but that I also mean the side that does not dox. (Ioio)
I will NOT surrender to an army as despicable as the LT. I also know for a fact the LT will not even accept a surrender. War criminal behavior by the leaders right? Even if they take our servers we will continue to raid them and resist. I know the Britain would never surrender to the Nazis if they had invaded the United Kingdom. The Queen’s mother even learned how to fire a revolver in case Nazis came knocking around Buckingham Palace. I sure as hell will not surrender to the LT. So all you LT fanatics stop your dreaming. The LT currently tries to keep up their facade of being liberators when their leaders are doxing people.
I want each and every owner, mod, and member to chat recruit for at least an hour a day when you are not busy. That is how the LT are getting big. They have done it for longer which is why they are bigger. I know for a fact chat recruit does make a difference. I go to the join page and find 12 comments instead of the usual 2-3 everyday. Keep on chat recruiting.

In my opinion, I really think its time the leadership moved on. We already know that Flen are retiring soon, and at the moment the leadership is not working. With Ken going away to China soon I think this would be the best time to step down. Don’t get me wrong, Flip and Ken are great leaders but I haven’t seen Flip in ages and it seems that the 2ics and 3ics are keeping us afloat at the moment.

yea dude see my problem is, i dont go on chat alot, cuz its not really my thing, and i have to be embered to get on chat every time i go on, and someone thinks im an LT spy cuz i have a weird name like moobie mumps or whatever. so give me a chance to switch my name before you ban me guys. and also ken, i really think i deserved major general this month, because i took extra time outta my busy schedule to work and et to that position, and i didint get it. so im requesting major general because i worked my butt off speciffically to get it
You are on the threat level of losing a soldier
Kenneth, I hear in your post that you’ve gotten some very tough criticism. You’re in a difficult place right now but please know that MANY of us are on your side and there willing to help you as much as you need. We all know you have the weight of the world on your shoulders as well as ultimate sadness about worrying (losing?) Flipper, your closest friend. It’s too much for any one person to handle with an army of this magnitude and in times of war with LT. You have been as active as you possibly can and if that is all you can do (which I’ve observed you being on A LOT) then that is just fine. We all have lives at home and to juggle virtual world and real world can get a little hectic sometimes. You’re doing you best so be happy with what you can do, I am/we are. I will totally stand by you while you are leader and support you as I know others will too.
I really like what I see in chat when ppl are stepping in and grabbing the reigns and taking charge when needed. We all work together and stand together we shall make it triumphantly through this transitional period.
Next, I’m elated to hear that Slider will be taking your position, although I wish you, Kenneth, would NOT leave. Congrats Slider, I’m looking forward to getting to serve under your leadership and making you proud to lead such a tremendous army. We will do whatever we can to help you as you take on your great responsibility.
As I said in a previous comment, I’m working hard on a new recruiting technique that will be GREAT in chat recruiting. As soon as I get it all together I will post it on my blog for everyone to use, perhaps Kenneth will post it here too? It’s going to be great. So keep checking back for that.
Sorry for my long posts too, it’s just a time where so much needs to be said because so much turmoil, change, and criticism is flying around. Everyone just take a deep breath and we’ll hang in there together.
