Hai ACP,
In this post I have several things to talk about, mainly concerning the Leadership and the war against the Light Troops. We won’t lie, behind the scenes we’ve been having some problems and the war against the LT has not helped us. There are also a few problems with what’s happening during the battles and this needs sorting out.

1. Leadership
I don’t want to pick on you two here and you have served ACP for a long time and have done a very good job but you do need to tell everyone what the situation with the leadership is now so we can focus on the war with the LT instead of saying “Are ken and flipper leaving?”. This goes for all ranks; we want to know what’s happening so we know what the situation is and how we fix that situation. You told us that this would be sorted out yesterday, Ken, but clearly it hasn’t and the LT are beating us in a lot of battles (Or being annoying and claiming victory when they lost). If this isn’t resolved and you don’t make a full post on what is happening I will extend this in another post myself. This is important, Ken and you need to make this situation important in telling the soldiers what is happening with this leadership. Not even Slider or Mchappy know entirely what is happening with the leadership.
2. Soldiers – Talking during a battle
Yes, this is about the member and moderator ranks of the ACP. Although you can talk during the battle a bit, you should never say things like “we are losing”. Although sometimes it may be true, we could start to win the battle and then the enemy (in this case) would take a picture of you saying we lost earlier in the battle and claim it as a form of surrender, like this:
3. Chat Recruiting
Chat recruiting is not easy; you don’t just spam the link of the ACP site and chat link in their PC. You need to use the following steps to get someone into the Army of CP. Here they are:
1. Find a chat to recruit on (The less moderators and owners the better)
You should choose from http://xat.com/lebronjr, http://xat.com/riffy888 or http://xat.com/trackcp. These chats generally are the busiest CP Chats, especially trackcp. This is the easy step so there is nothing else to explain about this.
2. Find a person to PC
You shouldn’t tell them to join straight away as they probably won’t join and would report you for ads. You should talk to them about CP and ask things like “are you a pro at CP” or something like that. Don’t talk in proper sentences and make sure you are friends with them before asking the question and getting them to join.
4. Get them to join.
This is one of the hardest steps because you have to convince them to join. You should use phrases like “Hey, since you are awesome at CP you should join the ACP because we are full of awesome CPers” or “I think you should join a CP army called the ACP because your famous on CP and we are all famous at the ACP!” and any phrases linked towards the ACP. Don’t send them to the site; send them straight to the chat and get them to PC an owner rank (or get the owner rank to PC the new soldier).
Make sure you always use those four simple steps when chat recruiting and getting people to join the ACP. Also make sure you report any LT people you see. If they ask for a picture evidence make a fake picture of them recruiting or get me to make it ;). We need to stop LT’s supply of recruits and make sure we have more recruits coming into the ACP.
4. USA Owners
This is probably the least important part of the post; but it still needs to be said. Ek shouldn’t be leading the USA events and the USA owners should be making sure that the event is covered. Ek does need his sleep, he’s going into hibernation :). I feel that me and Ek are doing all the work that the leaders and 2ic’s should be doing right now and it isn’t right really. Ken seems to be doing ok and you can’t really blame him for having his tea at that time but surely one of you should be on at that time? I’ve also heard of huge time periods when nobody was on the chat to moderate it which isn’t right really. I don’t know what happens in your USA world but It just doesn’t seem right at the moment. Also, carter, I know you’ve had some problems which I’m not going to tell anyone about but your last post was April, 10th. I know you’re on leave, but that just doesn’t seem right.

Sorry if it seems like I am being annoying or just hurting people’s feelings but I needed to get this across because everything on this post is facts. There are probably reasons to some of the situations we are in but they need to be fixed instead of just ignoring them and hoping they will go away. This post is resurfacing these problems because they will come back. If they stay here and the LT beat us we will be in a lot more problems. I don’t want us to fall lower than 3rd, because that would be a disaster and we would be in a lot of chaos. We need to get back to that number one spot and the way to do that is by reading EVERYTHING in this post mentioned. Thanks for reading, if you did and I hope this helped the situation we are in.

Flipper, I wasn’t saying we were losing in the picture. We were doing very well in that battle, I just believe that the LT were too big to be legit. They must’ve had soldiers with 2 penguins on.

I think the bigger problem with talking on chat during battles is that there’s often still a sub-conversation going on that isn’t battle related (eg. People singing “Call me Maybe”)
E.g- Rainy, Sof and Paddeh (wary)
I think I’m pretty culprit as well but I’m not so much of an issue as I’m not in the army anymore.

yea dude we have alot going on right now, so if we do anything drastic, i think we should get a new temporary leader to replace flipper
Flipper needs to come back before Flipper leaves…..Otherwise we might lose this war altogether

Good post Funks, nice to put it out on the table like that. Let’s address these issues and move forward to better things! We need ppl to step up and take charge when needed and we desperately need our high ranking members being ACTIVE. Yesterday I battled in Breeze for 2 hours and I tried repeatedly to get my General friend in Breeze to help out as it was his duty and he wasn’t obviously doing anything since he had time to PC me for fun, distracting me. High ranking people, you earned and you deserve your ranks but now that you are up there you need to keep active and do your duties instead of semi-retire in chat. I personally think high ranking ppl should remain very active or they lose their spot. I understand we all have things in life we must do, that’s different, but when you’re in chat doing nothing while we are battling for our capital, you need to have your penguin buns in there and pay attention and participate.
We can do this together, we just need everyone to do their job to the best of their ability at that time.

I guess I do really need to step up my game. There are somethings in this world that are so oblivious to me at times. Thanks for the tips on chat recruiting though, I needed something like that.
Again, there is a sure way to end this war with LT and it’ll only take a matter of a few days. Find me on chat and we can discuss Order 9096.
I am speechless. I knew we had problems, but I did not know 2 things on here. I did not know that we had so many problems and that this would get worse if we get defeated in this war. We truly need to get things cleaned up. I am wondering about our leaders. I first read that Flipper lost someone close to him and I don’t really know when he is leaving, or if he is. Then Kenneth said he is leaving now, but is saying he must stay for the war. I however have never seen this “surrending on ACP chat”. So I guess that is a new problem, even though I have never seen it happen. And yes, chat recruiting. I believe reading a post that the Light Troops get their numbers at battles that big. So I know we are lacking that. I really don’t enjoy copying an enemy armies tactics. But if it is an order for us to do it, then fine. But an advantage of it could be that we could start getting twice as higher than ever, let’s just hope. I again have another new problem to worry about. I really did not know that my countries owners are not doing their job. That kind of worries me. It would be like George Washington not attending the Revolutionary W, we would not ever had a “General” or “first leader” to start our country off. I hope we get this stuff done so we can only worry about this war and maybe do better with that being the only thing to have to deal with.
Okay Funks, the US leaders are inactive because we used to have six or seven of them, now we only have three and you guys have four? It’s not fair for you to make that accusation because there’s more European leaders than American AND you guys have way less people.
