Yesterday I made a pretty lengthy post about the Champions Cup, the latest tournament which CPAC has hosted. We were in Group B and qualified in 1st, and now face the Light Troops in an epic quarter-final match. This post is about the Quarter-Finals in a bit more detail and the rules for each quarter-final, and what will happen if we progress from there. We may have topped our group and Light Troops may of only managed 2nd, but in no way are we confirmed to make it into the Semi-Finals, we’ve had a bit of a history with the Light Troops the past few months, and I’m sure they will also be trying their best to beat us and prove they are the better army of us two.

Don’t go away just yet! There are a few bits and pieces that you guys all need to know before we go on Sunday to fight for our place in the next round. This includes our goals, the rules for the battle and the how long the battle will last. We have been good little penguins so far and not broken any rules, but this will just be a reminder to what they are after we had 2 weeks or so before a lot of you last saw them.
Rules/Information:
- Battle Length: 45 Minutes
- Medals Awarded: 3 [If we lose] and 5 [If we win]
- Expected Size: 45+
- No recruiting on any XAT chat. (Unless you are a main owner on that chat)
- No bribery of other troops into your army to win a battle
- No Bots or auto-speakers.
- Drilling isn’t allowed due to mass of “noob” intake. Individual drilling (One soldier – Five soldiers) is accepted.
- Any swearing after a result from a leader rank could result in DQ.
- Use common sense, if you don’t think we will allow it don’t do it.
- Judges will be any member (current or former) of the CPAC.
Yup, the battle will no longer be 25 minutes long but almost double that time with 45 minutes for us to fight with the Light Troops, if you are loyal soldiers I’m sure all of you could make it for at least 30 minutes! The battle will be in the Snow Forts despite the recent puffle party obstacles, as I think the party will be over by then. We will have to get on around 30 minutes early to get good sizes and claim the Snow Forts first.
If we can brave it out and defeat the Light Troops, we will be fighting in a possibly easier match against the Dark Warriors or UMA. I had said that this would probably be harder than the battle with the Light Troops if we faced the Dark Warriors but hindered by the loss of 2 of their leaders who were probably the most influential (SaW and Unknown), DW now only have 1 leader in the form of Ana, who is also known as Jujuflower, former ACP soldier who was supposedly dead. They will no doubt be weakened by this loss but could still be a real threat, and who can count out UMA?
The 4 Quarter-Finals
My Predictions are in italics.
- QF1 – Ninjas Vs Nachos WINNER: Ninjas
- QF2 – Army of Club Penguin Vs Light Troops WINNER: ACP
- QF3 – Ice Warriors Vs Metal Warriors Vs SWAT WINNER: IW
- QF4 – Dark Warriors Vs Undergound Mafias Army WINNER: DW
The 2 Semi-Finals
- SF1 – Dark Warriors/Underground Mafias Army Vs Army of Club Penguin/Light Troops
- SF2 – Ninjas/Nachos Vs Ice Warriors/Metal Warriors/SWAT
My predictions for the Quarter-Final’s are that ACP/DW/IW/Ninjas will make it through and fight in the Semi-Finals. I will reveal my predictions for the semi-finals at a later date, with an in-depth report of what I expect to happen! If my predictions are correct, we would face either Ninjas or IW in the final if we made it past DW/UMA, and with Ninjas currently placed 2nd and IW down in 6th, it will be an interesting final if we can make it.
We will need every active soldier to make this battle, as it will probably be our 2nd hardest of the campaign and is against our biggest enemy of the past few months, and it will be great to get one over them. If we can win this event each soldier who attended will get 5 medals, but only 3 if we unfortunately lose. 1 soldier can make the difference at any battle, and we will have 45 minutes to prove that we have the edge. It’s been a long time since I’ve done one of these, but here is a form for you all to fill in:
