Stay tuned for our events 2&3 in our league, which I will post about tomorrow!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION POST!Hey ACP,
As you know we are currently in CPAC’s latest tournament, the Champions Cup. This post is about the results that happened on Sunday and the standings throughout the different leagues. We faced Pirates on Sunday, and there were 7 other battles raging across Klondike at different times. There are 4 different groups [A/B/C/D] and 15 different armies taking part. There has already been a lot of controversy between armies after the first round of battles, and I’m sure it will continue, making this a tournament you won’t want to miss!
I have made 4 tables to show the standings between the armies, and an analysis of the battles that they all took part in. Some notices to include are Doritos of Club Penguin are no longer in the tournament, and I’m unsure to where UMA stand following some interesting scenes between them and CPAC. All of that is in my post below, and I hope you enjoy my “4th” post in my Champions Cup series, and if you can get involved too!
D = Drew
L = Lost
P = Points
Group A is an interesting group, with the Dark Warriors, SWAT, Nachos and Team Gold taking part in this group. Group A was initially considered as an easy win for DW and Nachos, but not known who would claim 1st or 2nd. As you can see above, that is very different to what some people thought. There are to be 3 battles fought, so each army can face the other once, before the top 2 teams who have the most points are through to the Quarter-Finals. Below are the results:
- Dark Warriors Vs Team Gold – Winner: Dark Warriors
- SWAT Vs Nachos – Winner: SWAT
Dark Warriors fought against Team Gold, and it was the expected outcome. Dark Warriors reached sizes of 25-30 to crush the forces of TG’s 3, and claim a first easy win and take up the first 3 points of the group. The 2nd battle could be considered as a major upset, with SWAT topping the Nachos in an interesting battle. SWAT got sizes of 25-30, and Nachos got sizes of 20-25. The first upset of the tournament had happened, and surprisingly, the Nachos were on the wrong end of it.

L = Lost
P = Points
Group B consists of us, Army of Club Penguin, Golden Troops, Metal Warriors and Pirates. Group B was considered to be the easiest for ACP followed by a tough scrap between the remaining 3 armies. So far, expectations have been correct, with ACP leading on ahead out in front. It is close from then on between the three armies, and at this point no-one can really call who will finish 2nd place if ACP continue up the run and get to go through to the Quarter-Finals.
- Army of Club Penguin Vs Pirates – Winner: Army of Club Penguin
- Golden Troops Vs Metal Warriors – Winner: Tie
ACP had the first event of the group, fighting the pirates. The event had the expected outcome, ACP had sizes of around 30-35 throughout the battle and Pirates had around 15. ACP in the end won on size and tactics to take an easy 3 points of the first round of battles. When Golden Troops fought the Metal Warriors, however, it was a different outcome. Both armies had good tactics and good sizes of around 13, and in the end it was called a tie. With Pirates getting 15, and GT/MW getting 13, the fight for 2nd is hotting up.
W = Won
D = Drew
L = Lost
P = Points
Group C originally had 4 armies in it, but with the Doritos dropping out, it now involves Ninjas, Underground Mafias Army and the Watex Warriors. With only 3 armies involved, it will make the defeat tougher if an army can’t make it into 2nd, and already it’s starting to get really close. The expected result of the group was that Ninjas would top the group with ease, and the battle between UMA and Doritos would settle 2nd. Since then, however, there have been some interesting results.
- Ninjas Vs N/A – Winner: Ninjas
- UMA Vs WW – Winner: Tie
Ninjas are leading the charge of Group C after an automatic win against who should have been the Doritos, who never showed up. Ninjas got sizes of around 30 to secure their first 3 points of the tournament and take the lead. UMA took on the Watex Warriors in which should have been an easy win for UMA in many people’s eyes, but controversially they got a draw off them. UMA was considerably bigger by 5-10 soldiers at points, but WW’s almost perfect tactics brought them back on level terms. Following this result, UMA feel it was bias to WW and have been asked to not be involved on CPAC. Could they drop out of the tournament, meaning an automatic promotion for Ninjas and WW?
W = Won
D = Drew
L = Lost
P = Points
Group D was thought to be the really hard group to qualify, with the Light Troops, Ice Warriors, Shadow Troops and the Global Defenders all in the same group. LT and IW were favourites for the group, but unknown to what order, but who could count out ST and GD, who have both been on good runs recently? So far there have been 2 victories and 2 losses and it’s starting to look like easy victories for LT and IW, but this is a tournament – Anything could happen.
- Light Troops Vs Shadow Troops – Winner: Light Troops
- Ice Warriors Vs Global Defenders – Winner: Ice Warriors
The Light Troops took on the Shadow Troops in an easy win for LT. LT got sizes of around 30-35 to easily defeat the Shadow Troops who achieved sizes of 15-20. Despite losing their first match, ST have shown good promise and could cause an upset against the Ice Warriors if everything goes to plan. Speaking of them, IW took on GD with sizes of 20-25, with GD only having 1 loyal soldier to fight for their cause. Are IW and LT running away from the rest, or could GD and ST claw back some points?
That’s all 4 groups in CPAC’s tournament, and you can see no-one could call all the positions in each group just yet. There are a few armies who look set to grab 1st with ease, and with a possible maximum 9 points, but battles for 2nd are always the most interesting. There has also been a lot of controversy since, with UMA possibly dropping out after their fallout with CPAC, and this could be a very interesting tournament to watch over the coming weeks.
Comment if you liked this information post, and if I should do it every Tuesday after the battles, or not?

I like the part when you mentioned CPAC.
pirates do rock though!
Nice post Frappe, er… Flip
No tournament can max the intense points and battles of all the Legend Cups. Those are kawaii. I personally would rather have CPAC having a post like this on their site rather than ours. It is very informative though, so thankee Flipper. I hope and pray to thy clover for another ACP win.
