Hey ACP!

Welcome to the 3rd post in this Champions Cup series, although the previous posts are no longer relevant to this. After logging into the chat this morning, I saw Kingfunks4 had posted the first events of the Champions Cup Group Stages. There had been one change to the event plan though, the 1st round of events will take place on SUNDAY, so we will have Saturday to warm up before we enter the Champions Cup at the Group Stages.

If you read my 1st post in this series, we are in a group along with the Golden Troops, Metal Warriors and the Pirates. Our first event is against the Pirates, who have risen in size since Rockhopper’s party has been here, but since the party is ending tomorrow, it seems they may be at a smaller size than usual. Just because they aren’t even in the top 10 doesn’t mean it will be easy. In the last CPAC cup there were many upsets, including when we surprisingly lost against the Nachos, remember, nothing is set in stone.

This post has the information for our Sunday Tournament Battle, information about our enemies for that day, and what will happen if we qualify past the group stages.

Army of Club Penguin VS Pirates

What: Tournament – CPAC Champions Cup – Group Stage

When: Sunday, 11th March

Where: Klondike, Snow Forts

Times: 11:30 AM Penguin Standard Time

11:30 AM PST

12:30 PM MST

1:30 PM CST

2:30 PM EST

7:30 PM GMT

 This battle will take place at a slightly earlier time than usual for us at 11:30 AM Penguin Standard Time. We will be on our server Klondike, so I guess on home turf, and will only be fighting in the Snow Forts. Although it’s not officially set in stone, I understand that the battle will porbably be 30 minutes long unless the other army surrenders their battle before it officially ends.

Below are the rules for the battle

• No recruiting on any XAT chat. (Unless you are a main owner on that chat)
• No bribery of other troops into your army to win a battle
• No Bots
• Drilling isn’t aloud due to mass of “noob” intake. Individual drilling (One soldier – Five soldiers) is accepted.
• Any swearing after a result from a leader rank could result in DQ. 
• Use common sense, if you don’t think we will allow it don’t do it. 
• Judges will be any member (current or former) of the CPAC.

In short, we are not allowed to use tracking chats for recruits before the battle or use bribes to gain soldiers, of course, no bots are allowed and neither is a mass of drilling. Here is an important part and it’s mainly towards the owners, SWEARING AFTER A RESULT COULD RESULT IN DSQ! I know a lot of us are passionate and could get frustrated easily, but we must try to keep quiet. 😛

After I saw we were against the Pirates, I decided to do a little digging about them and see what I could find.

Theoretically, we are the top seed in this whole tournament, with Ninjas behind in second, but the message that has been told so many times is don’t get too cocky! If we do get through in either 1st or 2nd, we will have to fight in one of the 4 different Quarter-Finals. The QF’s were drawn earlier today too, and they have been made in a war that the winner of  1 group, will play the runner up of another. Below are the QF draws, ones that we’d like to be in are in bold, however the ones we could also be in will be in Italics.
