Hey ACP!

Today was our most recent General Meeting and it went fairly well. We discussed ideas to help ACP until we just talked about cake and how we should make Mosh leader. Read on for our ideas!

Return of the Divisions: Jcapp

Jcapp put forward the idea of bringing back the divisions again. We would have two or three divisions but instead of having them sitting there doing nothing like in the past we would use them to our advantage. They have worked before but recently we haven’t used them properly. They can be used in defences of servers that are at the same time of each other. They could also be put forward in invasions for either multiple at the same time or splitting up in rooms. An old rivalry of divisions would return which would help soldiers be motivated to attend more events to have their division be the best. Bare in mind that they sometimes have not worked well but they have also been successful. When expressing your opinion please think carefully about it first.

Senate Return: Capncook

Capn put forward the idea of a possible senate return. However, this time we would do it more equally fair for soldiers. All ranks would be able to apply for a position in the senate and express their opinion. We feel that that the lower ranked soldiers haven’t been given the correct rights as it is their army. If you have a good idea for the army you will be able to private chat a member of the senate and they will put it forward at the senate meeting. If you believe you have several ideas to put forward and that you could make ACP better you can apply to be apart of the senate when elections come along. Senates have worked before and If we bring it back we need to do It properly. Think about it before you express your opinions on the matter.

Retired/Army Rule Enforcement: Capncook

Since the soldiers of the ACP have to follow the chat/site rules why shouldn’t the retired soldiers or other armies have to? Recently, many retired leaders/soldiers and members of other armies have came to the ACP chat and broken the rules. As they are not in the army they believe that they have nothing to lose. As they have done something good for the ACP in the past they feel they can get away with breaking the rules they had once enforced. Moderators and owners, don’t feel intimidated by these people and make sure to give them the appropriate punishment when they deserve it. This is obviously needing to be fixed to make our chat a fairer place.

ACPTR/Army Tactics: Capncook

Due to the fact we want our new soldiers and the army to be at our best always we need great tactics. Teaching more advanced tactics in ACPTR will help the main ACP army perform overall better. We need to expand our arsenal of tactics from the usual lines, circles and bombs. We should use our imagination and create advanced formations, new phrases with overall impressive results. What seems impossible can be done after a few tries at a training session. After perfecting our older tactics we should be thinking up new ones.

Conclusion

Well, we had a fair amount of ideas but they were all from the same people as you can see from above. We had a full chat of General’s and It would be great if next time you all had a think of an idea to help the ACP. You could be hiding a great idea that could help benefit the ACP as a whole. I’d just like to remind you that these meetings aren’t like the senate. We aren’t voting for the idea to go ahead but to see how many would quite like it to happen in the army. Other ideas were to lower the mod line but we currently have a lot of mods and we don’t want ACP to be filled with them. Though we all want some fun please don’t go to the meetings and request for “horny hour” to go ahead. We want to help make the ACP the best it can be and by that we want your great ideas.
