Hey ACP,
My name is 12Declan12, your ACPTR Leader and ACP General. Each week my posts entitled “A Little Help With…….” will hopefully help you in battle situations on CP, So if you ever get confused on what to do or how to do formations or are new to ACP then make sure you read this post.
Formations,
If you get told to do a Letter For example “A” then make sure you can see where the starting point is otherwise it will just look like a big mess on CP. Make sure that you don’t sit on top of people and that the “A” is big enough for everyone to fit in. Here is an example of what it should look like.
Notice how they are equally spread out. Obviously if there is more people online then you might have to be closer or make the A bigger. Also make sure you don’t have one great big line going from the top of the “A” right down to the bottom Dock otherwise it will ruin it.
Circles,
Although ACP is very good at doing them I thought it would be good to show you anyway and for new recruits so that they know what to do when they get told to do one.
When you do a Circle make sure you use all of the room and curve the edges so it looks like a Circle and not a box. Also do not stand in the middle of it please otherwise when you do an emote bomb it looks like people are standing anywhere and we are not in any formation. Here is an example.
Although this looks more like a sideways D it gives you an idea of what to do, an easy way to start this would be to start with a line on the chat bar, then curve the edges and join at the top to make a circle.
Lines,
Also another thing ACP is good at, but for the benefit of others I have included it in this post.
Likewise for Formations and Circles you need to spread out evenly no matter how many of you there are, for example if you are doing a line on chat bar and have 10 people online then make sure you spread out from one end to the other. Here is an example of a line at the iceberg.
This is how lines should be, no one sitting in the same place as others, no one sitting on top of each other so we can only see half of another penguin. If someone does come to the same place you are going to then just go to another place in the line instead of arguing over it for the duration of the time that we are there.
Now you might be thinking, Well how would this work in a battle situation? well keep reading to find out.
Battle Situations
In a battle situation the enemy might be at the same place you might want to be, say if they were at the dock doing a Line . Well to match this we just simply do a Line next to there’s, but not to close to there’s otherwise if they do a emote bomb then if would cover us up. Here is an example of a battle situation. But obviously because ACP is the Biggest and best we are going to do better in this picture then the enemy.
In this picture you may notice that there are 4 penguins not in the Line , this is because there is no more room for them so instead they curve round to continue it, likewise you could go the other way if there is no more space left to make an upside down T.
So to recap,
- Make sure you always spread out no matter what the formation is.
- If someone else is standing/sitting on you then move to another place in the line.
- Especially when we are against an enemy make sure that you perfect the tactic.
Well that’s it for this week, I hope you enjoyed reading my post and found it helpful but until next week, this is your ACPTR Leader and ACP General signing out.
Over and out,
