Army of Club Penguin

Hello ACP. In case you have not heard yet, Kenneth and Flipper appointed a new Commander General (3ic) today. Yeah…well… that’d be me. I’m Klug1234, your newest Commander General, and I’m very happy to be working with this army at such a high rank again.

For those of you that do not know me, hello! Allow me to introduce myself. I originally joined ACP in December 2008, around the same time as Icey Cold27, one of our Head Generals, did, coincidentally. I stayed into the army until roughly October 2010, when I “retired” after losing a bit of interest. I had made it to the rank of Head General (2ic) and if I stayed, I probably could have been leader eventually, but that wasn’t going to happen. I did sort of come back to ACP in December or January when I was the President of the senate for roughly a month, until I resigned again due to lack of time to run it and the senate was disbanded. In August, I rejoined ACP along with my good friend Foxtails, and I was given the rank of General, which I believe is the highest rank you can get when you join. Anyway, in a little over three months, I am now an owner rank. I know it sucks for other people that have been working hard to get here and then have someone like me get it so quickly, but I assure you that I will not let this army down.

I intend on helping this army out, big time. First of all, I believe I will be carrying on Bobcatboy10’s idea of meetings for the general ranks. These meetings would include all ranks from Brigader General through Division General, and hopefully will give the owner ranks an idea of what some of our most dedicated soldiers and the future of the army are thinking, what ideas they have, and their general opinion on the army.  If people at these ranks are showing interest in these sort of meetings, idea sessions, whatever you’d like to to call them, I will begin to set them up, probably starting next week.

In addition to these meetings, I want to bring the basic principles that armies were built on back to ACP: Fun. Snowballs. Respect. It always seems to me that armies lack a sense of these three things, and boy, I hope I can help bring them back. I’ll be encouraging the army to be on Club Penguin more and more often (we should really be a Club Penguin based army, not a xat chat based army), and surely we’ll be having fun on there, off there, and everywhere in between. I look forward to working with all of you!
