I’m not writting this post to criticize anybody, but has anyone here from our current leadership, that is an Admin on the site cared to visit the ACPTR? (Aka Boot Camp)
I’m retired, and I don’t really have time to come on here often, but I do insist on coming online once in a while to check how everything’s going, and that includes ACPTR…
I can’t tell you the exact date, but the site was hacked… I’ve been trying for the very little time I am able to spend on here to recover the site, but I can’t seem to find the person whose email account was linked to the ACPTR site. WordPress is on its completely unuseful support stage, but I’ll let the leaders know when they answer to my recent ticket.
Meanwhile, I’ll ask the leaders to please remove (But not delete, unless you want Mr. Bear to eat you) the ACPTR widget and every link on the sidebar that leads to it. We don’t want any dead links, do we? Specially as a huge image at the top left of the site.
Now you, as either member or moderator, may be wondering why the heck I made this post up to everybody. This is to let you know that, as both advisor on ACP & ACPTR I’m not giving up on getting ACPTR back up, even If I have to make a new site… I will hope for the current leader’s approval, though. So, for those of you that are currently ranked from Corporal to 2nd Lieutenant, I’ll ask you to please forgive me and the rest of the ACPTR advisors for this delay on July. If I can’t get the site by August, I’ll make a new one, and let the leaders pick a trustworthy leader for it. I have a back-up from months ago.. but I guess it’s much better than starting all over again, don’t ya think? 😉

I might be mistaken but I think Declan got phished.
It happened on July 21, 2011. I was on the computer when it the hacking occured. I was trying to look on the cadets page (at about 8:00 pm central time) to see if any of the staff members had put any of the medals on it and then I saw that the site was hacked. I think I can remember the medals for the cadets and there is supposed to be a event tomorrow for history (we are supposed to learn about Boomer and the teacher is Juju) BTW Matre I saw your ACPTR website and I was thinking maybe the ACPTR could use that website as a substitute.
And I have removed the ACPTR thing.
HIIIIII MATREEEEEEE. Just had to say that.
If their is anything I can Do, I will be happy to help.
I can do what ever needs done. I know I might be blind, but I will do what ever in my power to assiest with the recovery.
