We are not an army. We are the citizens of Club penguin not in anything. We are tried of your oppression, tired of all the armies fighting each other and us being caught in the cross fire.
We are PR, we are taking back Club Penguin from all the armies. A utopia free from hate and army. A single entity, a living breathing nation. We will make Club Penguin whole.
Just general mod because Im so awesome 😀

Note: I really wanted a cookie from Buck, but he didn’t give me one. If you are kind enough to donate cookies to help the”Make Penny91 gain 50 pounds by eating a ton of cookies foundation,” I would be very happy. I do not like P-nut butter cookies, raisin cookies, and cookies that are contaminated byt some sort of terrible stentch or taste. Granola bars do not count as cookies.
