Ken: I know not all of the mods were doing it but some were. I myself am not blaming all the ACP Mods.

Ok so basically I shouldnt be posting like this but I feel the need to because on chat today many members and MODS were acting up and tried to have an inappropriate hour. Me and a few other people tried to calm this down and then we had an owner make a couple bad jokes when we calmed this down. Now during this I had banned someone because they kept breaking rules and I had people un-banning him and one of those people used the f word twice and no one did anything. I found this quite bad for hour chat especially at the time it happened cause most people are usually on at that hour. Who knows who could have gotten pulled from the computer by their parents or got their vocab “spiced up” by this. This is something we shouldn’t be doing on chat. So I looked over the rules and noticed they were updated so I will be posting those also so we know them. Here they are.

1. No cursing –
No swearing on the chat, and censored swears are also counted as swears. Swearing in PC is also not allowed. This means no bad words. This rule does apply in pc. I know you may say “But the person I was talking to said it was ok!” but it isn’t ok with everyone.
2. No using the Flip emote – The flip emote is not allowed and is counted as a swear. Nothing to explain here.
3. No inappropriate topics –
This goes from anywhere to sexual topics to drug topics.<br>No Racism OR Sexism OR Ethnicism– No saying anything racist or sexist or
ethnicist. Kick,then Guest,Next Ban. Basically no topics not appropriate for the age group of the chat.
4. No Mentioning anything related to Homosexuality for any Gender. Punishment for this can be higher than 2 hours of ban. No this doesn’t mean we have problems with people who like the same gender. But some kids parents do so we have this rule to keep our soldiers from getting in trouble.

5. No spamming –
Spam stands for Stupid pointless annoying messages, This means no saying things like “FJKWERKJWER” or smilies/audies over and over. YOU ARE ONLY ALLOWED 3 MOVING SMILIES ON YOUR NAME. Kick 2 times than Guest. Along with Spam there is Flood, which is when you say something and then press enter and than repeating this multiple times – Kick 2 times then Guest. I just want to add that doing something like this on chat-

Is another form of spam called flooding. It is not allowed either.
6. No advertising –
Do not come and advertise your chat or site, Youtube and photobucket links are allowed. Kick 2 times then guest. Basically no ads. I have had some people say they didn’t know it was ads or it doesn’t count as ads. basically some things that can count is coming on chat and saying “GO JOIN ____  BY SEARCHING US!” and “CLICK MY HOUSE!” so yeah don’t try to loophole (someone edit this out if they don’t count thanks.)
7. Don’t say things that you know will cause a fight.
Kick/Guest/Ban depending on the Situation This rule I will admit can be a little hard to follow. Some things you wont even know will cause a fight. Just be careful of what you say.
8. No inappropriate doodles –
Don’t put inappropriate images on the doodle. Being caught doing this is a Kick The drawing erased. We don’t really have problems with this rule but don’t draw bad things like curses or inappropriate images.
9. Don’t ask for personal info –
Do not request to see pictures, phone-numbers, ect. Doing this on Main Chat or Private chat will be Guest. We don’t have problems with this rule that often either but don’t ask for numbers and pictures and such.
10. No cyber bullying –
Don’t pick on people. Kick,then guest-ban This there has been problems with. Cyber Bullying is a serious thing and is considered a crime almost everywhere. CYBER BULLYING IS NOT TOLERATED AND CAN GET YOU BANNED FROM CHAT FOREVER!
11. Do not mod unfairly –
Only mod people: 1.) Who have the correct rank to be a mod 2.) Were Hand-Picked 3.) Are approved to be a mod by the Leader No problems with this either.
12. Don’t ask to be a mod or an owner –
You won’t get it just by asking. It can get annoying. So don’t ask.
13. NO CAPS more than two times in a row. Caps can lag people if done a lot so please don’t use caps.
14. No Trading Penguins/Xat/Days.
This is a Kick,then a Guest-Ban If you wanna trade go to trade chat or somewhere else.
15. Do not try to bribe owners – For a rank in the ACP or position on Chat other than member. The consequence will be a kick. I don’t see this to often but don’t try to bribe people for owner or mod. It wont work and will just get you banned.
16. Follow all the rules stated from here on above. What I like to call the golden rule of the chat. This is the most important rule to follow.

Now we shouldnt have any problems with rules now. By the way just to let you guys know, Ken saw some of this event on invisible. Folow the rules and have a nice day!
