Ken: The ACP has been a dictatorship since Oagalthorp, to Rap, to Shab, to Boomer, to Saint, Ias, and Bob etc. Why is everyone acting like they just realized it? ACP was never a fully democratic army honestly. And since when do you have no voice? If you have any PROBLEMS COME TALK TO ME. The only reason I have NoPC is to talk to you all and to help with your problems. If you haven’t been complaining about how ACP hasn’t been democratic then you should have complained earlier because ACP has been like this for generations.
The leaders of an army are the people that are picked who are believed to be qualified enough and trusted enough to keep the army 
going. However the main leaders must be comfortable with their 2ics and 3ics and other people who are in power in the army. Otherwise, the leaders don’t work together and the army doesn’t run smoothly. Usually it leads to inner-army fights and will eventually lead to problems.
That is why it is the leaders’ right to pick who they want as 2ic and 3ic when they come to power, they have the right to demote everyone who was previously 2ic or 3ic with the leader[s] before them. Its how to make the army run the smoothest.
As some of you may know, Buck was removed from the position of President last night after agreement between Ken and Flipper. Emperer Josh started to complain and chat quickly turned into three sides: one wanting buck as pres, one agreeing it was up to Ken, and one who didn’t want him as Pres. Since Flipper wasn’t on due to the lateness of this event, Ken was along and was forced to retract the statement and give Buck back the position.
This isn’t right, we shouldn’t be fight our own army leaders. They have to work with people like the President, the 2ics, and the 3ics. If they don’t get along with them, if they don’t trust them with power, they have every right to remove them.
There is no middle group. Armies are a military dictatorship, they work the best that way. Governments are things used to occupy time. Our true purpose is just to fight other armies.
The true purpose of the senate is an idea pool, you guys generate ideas, discuss them, vote on them, and then the leaders take those ideas and use them to improve the army. Realistically, it isn’t an actual senate because this isn’t a democracy. I know we have the DRACP as our nation’s name, but that was from Oagal, plus it sounds cool.
Respect the leaders’ wishes, they usually know best. Its their job to look past favoritism and friendships and pick the best person for the job. Therefore I’d like to ask that both Kenneth and Flipper have time to talk about President, so they can make a decision representing what they truly want, not what a few loud speakers like emp want, especially if these people have been starting fights and trying to split ACP daily on chat.

PS: I’d like to talk about the voting system that Buck has proposed for all you people screaming “democracy.”
Buck has proposed to give a list of people and vote 10 of them. But what about the lower ranks? How are they represented fairly? Lower ranks know less people and less people know them compared to the higher ranks. How can they possibly get more votes than the upper ranks to get into the senate?
The older way, the more democratic way, is splitting the army into 3 or 4 sections and having votes for a smaller number of people in each section, lets say 4 from each group. That means that the ranks are more fairly represented. Which way would you guys like to have? The one thats unfair to lower ranks or the one thats the best chance of giving a fair representation to all?

Yeah, but if it’s a dictatorship then armies wouldn’t be fun and everyone would get bossed around by the leaders (except for the fair ones). On the other hand, if the soldiers have too much of a say, it would not be an army and there would be no generals. There has to be a balance, and that is why we have senate, a group of soldiers who have a say but still report to the leaders.

I dont get army governments. REAL armies don’t have governments. If were going to have a government, we might as well be the American, UK or Australian army. USA, UK and Australia have governments. The Government DOES have a affect on the army, but the army does NOT have a separet government. Democracy (Or Democratic Republic in our situtation) has people VOTE for senates and presidents. The PEOPLE (members) are able to have a voice. Senators (Mainly mods since thats how good they are treated.) Pass bills into laws made by the President (Owner ranks).
So, members make up a majority of armies, and they don’t have a voice. Wow. We all were members at one point (Well, most of us.). We are treated like trash. New People are treated the worst. They are new to xats and do SS. They seem like they know nothing, but think about it, one day they might become mods or owner ranks! Its wrong that we have NO VOICE in a democracy and that we are decided fairness based on Member, Mod or Owner ranks!

ACP isn’t a democracy. It’s a oligarchy at best. If you have problems tell me. I am still trying to get the senate thing sorted out.

That comment, that we posted was edited to say what it says now. It is now shown on the NW website. This is their pesponse to our declaration of war with them. Now, they saying according to the rules of war, we cannot invade them, adn then they quoted my comment that THEY edited: “my army sucks but please, We do not own all those servers”

Here’s the issue.
ACP has always been a dictatorship; I agree with that. But the problem is that the leaders have always called ACP a democracy, or at least some form of a democracy. To back this point up, the senate was imposed to “give all ACP citizens a say in what happens in the army.” The senate has been completely useless for the past 4 years simply because it has always been controlled by the ACP leader, so in reality, the leader has the final say, which is completely unfair because it undermines the decisions of the rest of ACP. The members of ACP have a right to make decisions, and so does the leader, but there needs to be some sort of a balance. Right now the ACP leaders (1% of ACP) has 100% of the power, and the remainder (99% of ACP) of ACP has 0% of the power for decision making in this army. People are FINALLY starting to realize that everybody is equal. The ACP leader always considers themselves as some sort of demi-god who should have absolute rule, but that’s not what everybody wants.
And then to top of such a fragile issue, the ACP leaders decide to remove Buck from his new Senate position. What big insult to everybody in ACP. We wanted Buck, and just because he was working to improve the rights and freedoms of the majority of ACP, he was removed. ACP is just like any feudal system right now. The first estate (leaders) have all the power, while the third estate (basically everyone else) has no power. We’re tired of all the tyranny; we want change. And obviously, the leaders don’t want change because it undermines their leadership. It’ll just end up leading to revolution.
