I’m Buck. The Army of Club Penguin Training Regiment’s new Division General, and leader, alongside my good buddy Cg. 😀 . I’m a past ACP Division General, but retired in December. I’m sure most of you know me, I’m the Current Senate Vice Presdient, but let’s not get into my history, as the present day is more important.
Me and Cg, bring change to the ACPTR. We want the ACPTR to be a place for the members to call home. A place they can gain what they need to prosper in their careers.
People look at newer members of the CP Army Community as “noobs”. As an inferior race. The fact that people miss is that everyone’s human, and “noobs” could be people older than us in age, smarter than us, etc, but they’re just new to the place, as we’ve all been at some point. I joined Acp March 1st 2010, so I’m a “newbie” too. 😀
Now, with that said, I’m going to present to you, the:
ACPTR STAFFING APPLICATIONS!
Me and Cg both decided that we’re going to get everyone to re – apply to the ACPTR again. Nobodys getting fired, don’t see it like that, but for the staff members already there, it’s like an evaluation.
This, is going to be a new ACPTR.

4. Why do you want to be in the ACPTR? Because I love to teach people about armies and the ACP has a lot of things to teach about. I also like teaching people tactics and what you do in armies.
5. What’s your attitude towards “noobs”? I am very patient with them. I know they are new to this so I just give them a friendly word a advise and they will soon know that somethings people don’t like about “n00bs” so they will change and I wont go to them and say “THAT IS STUPID SHUT UP”. I would say “Some people think when people do that they are “wierd”. I know your not, but people think og these sought of ideas. If you dont do that people will probably think better of you”

5. What’s your attitude towards “noobs”?You must be patient.You must always remember that there was a time where you were a noob too.Out of the noobs in ACPTR,I’d like to help them become soldiers.And then some day,maybe even better than Boomer or Oagal.

4. Why do you want to be in the ACPTR? I love teaching the young “grasshoppers” tactics and the way of leading and such, So they can make a successful army one day.
5. What’s your attitude towards “noobs”? I can handle them. I can help them and they are very nice to me. They are the future of cp armies so why put them down? They can always learn from their elders/more experienced soldiers

I want to help out acp as much as i can acp is a great place and their soilders is what makes it such a good army

I would like to help the new and lower rank troops to learn what it takes to be the best ACP troop.
I teach grade school once a month with a special topic as part of my studies, so I’m experienced at making lesson plans.
And last, I believe that when you teach you learn so much more and my life is all about learning.
5. What’s your attitude towards “noobs Well i do not have a attitude about them one way or the other, I see all people here as just wanting to have a good time and I want everyone to enjoy themselves.

started of in Acp on the 1st january 2010 so i have been in this army for 1 year 4 months and 20 days

yes i have been a cadet before as i graduated in one of Acptr’s best months of all time during February 2010 as i graduated as an a+ cadet.I have also been in acptr as a drill team leader until not long ago when i was promoted to co-leader
4. Why do you want to be in the ACPTR?
Because after being in Acptr for some time now I have learned a lot about what can happen and how some people who are there start of ok and then by the end of the month they turn out to be a great soldier and at the end of it you know that you have made a difference
5. What’s your attitude towards “noobs”?
well im pretty sure that when most people saw Acp on cp for the first time that they started shouting go to this room go to that room and i admit it even i did but at the end of the day you just have to teach them to the best of your ability to get them from a noob to a soldier

I am a Colonel and this is my tenth month in ACP.

No, I have never been a member of staff or a cadet. I have though, a couple of times popped by to see a lesson or two.
4. Why do you want to be in the ACPTR?
I feel that I can make a difference. I want to make a difference in these troops lives. I want them to learn all the skills needed in order to be a great troop.
5. What’s your attitude towards “noobs”?
I think we need to be kind to them. Instead of calling them “n00bs” we need to just refer to them as new recruits. I feel that we should not yell at “n00bs” but be kind to them and make them feel comfortable. We must create a good and safe envoirnment for the new recruits. After they have to leave chat, we want them to think, “Gee, that was fun! I want to come back there tomorrow!” We need all recruits we can get. So, we make them feel comfortable and want to stay with this great army.

2. What’s your ACP Experience? I am currently an ACP Major General, mod on chat, and have been in the ACP for over a year now! 🙂 I have enjoyed being in the best army in the world, and am looking forward to many more years to come!
3. Have you ever been in the ACPTR? (Staff/Cadet?) I have been in the ACPTR, and I think I graduated with a B or an A… idk 😆 Anyways, I really did enjoy it when I was in it, and learned quite a bit. 😀
4. Why do you want to be in the ACPTR? I do enjoy how much ACPTR makes a difference in a soldier’s carrer, and really prepares them for future work in armies. I have always enjoyed how dedicated most of the new recruits can be, and their determination to improve their knowledge about CP Armies is so amazing. I have also previously attended many you-lead events as a visitor, and really got to see what it’s like leading a group of students. I would also like to get involved with being a tactics teacher, which are crucial to the success of new recruits!
5. What’s your attitude towards “noobs”? When someone joins an army, you want them to feel welcome, and you want them to think,”You know what, the people here really enjoy my company. I think that this could be a great opportunity to learn some skills in CP Armies!” But what I find very unfair is how they are treated currnetly. They are yelled at, disrespected, and bullied. New recruits DO NOT deserve this kind of treatment. Just because you’re not a high rank, doesn’t mean that you will be disrespected. I want to change this. I want to make them feel welcome not just in the ACPTR, but in all of ACP. It’s the little things like saying,” Hey! Welcome to the ACP! Wanna come chat with us?” that truly do make a difference.

4. because i want ACP to stay the #1 army until Club Penguin is done forever and to have that happen we need our students to have some sense about CP warfare.

4. I want to be in ACPTR to help out new recruits. When i joined ACP, I felt a little scared, even out of place. So I want to help train cadets so they can be awesome like Mr. Bucket one day *wink*. I can be funny at times and serious at others. I have good spelling also.
5. I believe that anyone can be trained. Look at yourself. Were you not once a noob yourself? Most people started out as noobs. It’s not their falt, they’re just new to the program.

2) Experience: Former Lt. General and Brig Gen. I started the ACP in November 07′ but have left 3 times.
3) Have I been in the TR: Yes, a long time ago as a Cadet.
4) Why do I want to join the TR: I want to join because I believe noobs should be treated with respect, like soldiers. And I believe I can teach them to become those soldiers so they can get the respect they DESERVE.
5) What is your attitude towards Noobs: Well, I really don’t mind noobs. We were all new to this whole community once in our career. My time as a noob as bad (It made me leave the army I most like, Today, and throughout my warfare career). I think noobs should never have to face things like that. So yeah, I find noobs absolutely fine, they are the future (Sounds like something an 80yr old would say about an 8yr old xP).
