Okay today we had a pretty good first Senate meeting. Flip and I have approved some bills from the ACP Senate. All the bills have been looked over and authorized by the ACP Leaders and Senate. The bills we have approved are below.

Sinking the Ship Bill– By Shaboomboom
This bill is a that has been approved by Senate and ACP Leaders states that Capn be
A. Removed from the ACP Senate
B. Removed from the ACP Legends page.
and C which Flip and I didn’t approve was to ban Capn from joining this army. Shab’s reasons for this bill can be found HERE.

Klug’s Medal of Honor Bill- By Klug, slightly modified by Flip and Ken.
This bill states that
A. Oagalthorp can solely without anyone’s approval award the Medal of Honor to a person.
B. Boomer and Shaboomboom can award the Medal of Honor to a person with each others approval.
C. The Current Leaders can award the Medal of Honor provided Oagalthorp approves.

Two Leaders Bill- By Kenneth and presented by Flipper
This is a bill the basically affirms that in the event we have 2 leaders, they must consult with each other before making major decisions such as declaring war.

No More Cas Bill- By Jcapp64

This bill forbids Casiusbrutus from joining the
A. Army of Club Penguin
B. ACP Senate
C. The Army of Club Penguin Training Regiment

      Jcapp, if he accuses you (quite rightfully) of abuse, and you treat that not by improving but by abusing your powers further in order to ‘get rid’ of your problems, you deserve Master Corporal, if not ACP N00B.

    1) – A. Capn brings shame to ACP the way he treated people in his retirement post.
    2) – A. The current Leader(s) should be able to award the MoH, Oagal is never on so it would be advisable for this option.

    4) – C. Cas pwns but he wouldn’t do the best in ACPTR.

      I enjoyed it very much! Sorry my computer broke and I could not present my idea. I am on my friend’s laptop and I will not be able to present my full idea because the saved file is on the broken computer. It should be repaired by the end of the week and I will still be able to attend events and meetings on another computer.

    I feel as if my bill was misinterpreted by you guys. My bill states, quite simply, this:

    1. The current leader or leaders of the Army of Club Penguin may hand out a Medal of Honor award to any person of their choosing.

    2. Oagalthorp may give a Medal of Honor award to any person of his choosing, with the current Supreme Commander or Supreme Commanders approval.

    3. Other than that, no other person shall be authorized to hand out a Medal of Honor award, regardless of rank or authority.

    This bill was supposed to make sure that only a few people have the power to hand out the prestigious Medal of Honor award. Now, its pretty much the same, except you all have to give agreement beforehand…

    Shab: An amendment was made afterwards when Ken and Bob arrived and heard the bills that had been passed and the amendment was approved by the senators..

    Thats stupid and discriminative.

    Shab: Rotten Meat Bill, that was passed and has been allowed to stay therefore the Capn and Cas bills can stay, especially since they are of a lesser degree than the Rotten Meat Bill
