Hello ACP!
I have had a bunch of complaints recently about senate, and with low attendance, I disbanded senate April 3, 2011 at 12:00 AM EDT. I’m sorry to the senators who were there and wanted to participate. But now, we are going to start with reelections.
Here’s my plan for the next week or so
1. Until Monday, we will be having nominations. You must be a Brigadier General or up.
2. After Monday comes, I will be dividing the candidates into polls based off of randomness.
3. I will then count up the votes after a week has passed. The person with the highest votes wins!
4. I will schedule the first senate meeting soon afterwards.

I never was able to achieve anything at senate because I was promoted to third in command shortly after I was voted into senate.

Campaign speech: The ACP has been doing very well. We got over 200 troops a few months ago, but we currently are in a re-building stage. We are averaging around 60 on CP which is good. So to be even stronger, we can have a stronger goverment. So I hope people will vote for the right troops to get the senate/goverment stronger.

Well, Last time I ran for senate I won in my rank. I always tried to actually come to the senate meetings in a time were the senate had more active people. I have been in this army for atleast 2 years now, so my experiance helps as well. Yes, I have retired before, but that was only because my grades were dropping, but I assure you that I won’t retire during my time as senate unless my grades get really bad again or my parents forced me to. Dedication, good ideas, and experiance, is really what I think is to be a good Senator. So I hope to get senator.

long have we been oppressed. Mistreated. I talk not of the “upper-class” mods and owners who push us around like their lassies. I talk over the lower class. The laborers, the recruits! It is you, the soldier, the footman, who make ACP.
Yet, everywhere you turn, there is not freedom. There is opression, and censorship. Where we once found doves, there are crows, picking at what little remains of our self-liberties. Where there was once Democracy, there is Dictatorship.
Put your faith, in me ACP. And we, together, shall return ACP to its Golden, Demcratic Days. Where a man could decide for himself, and be decided by another.

Why you want to be in the ACP:
The ACP, is like no other Army. Determination, Leadership, Union and so much more can be found just by speaking to a loyal soldier… This is where it all began for me, and look at me now. The ACP Is something very special to me. And I am hoping to go further than what I am now in The Army of Club Penguin. Never quit. Move forward. Fall, but get lifted up.

I have always been big into governments and foreign affairs. In RPF, I have been Head of Foreign Affairs, Secretary of Defense, and a congressperson on many separate occasions. These helped me get a lot more experience, and my maturity immediately rose.
What will I do?
I try to improve on the chat rules, will TRY as HARD as POSSIBLE to overturn the incredibly unfair and unjust Rotten Meat bill, and I will MOST CERTAINLY fix all the problems the last senate gave us.

Reason why you want to be in ACP:Its a fun exciting army that ive been in since ’06. I’ve experenced many fun leaders. Their names are Oagalthorp,Bommer,Shab,Matre, and many more.
Campaign site/speech: I am i very fun but serious senator. At sometimes a can be fun but if someone breaks the rules i get really serious. Being a senator is always a pleasure. Over the course of 5 yrs being in acp ive been senator maybe 12 times. I’ve passed many bills. I could help bring Acp To Another Boomer Age as mchappy did. We will stand together and fight for cp freedom. I started as a corporal back in whenever the had ranks. I slowly moved up and was pushed around by owners and mods. I want to change that. I say the Recruits and lower clast ranks should be the mods. They are the kind ones. They would never pushed lower ranks around. I say If A lower class ranks gets pushed around the owner/mod who pushed he/her around shall lose their owner/modship for 1 day. You won’t regret picking me.

Reason why you want to be in ACP: ACP is one of the best armies. We fight together, talk together and solve problems together. The ACP is a family, not a bunch of people put on the ranks like other armies. The ACP will always be one, and almoust all armies have rebelians, the ACP never will. The soldiers are loyal, and willing to learn from anyone. The ACP is the army of Clubpenguin.
Campaign site/speech: I have been 2ic and 3ic in many major armies, and I have recentally made my way up to Moderator. We need a strong senate, a senate who has been through a lot of things during there army career. The ACP senate is not as strong as it used to be. I will make the right decisions for the senate, and I will not be taking bribes, because I know what I say could effect the ACP. Some say we don’t need a senate. or a goverment, but without it we wouldn’t be such a strong army. Should we have a strong senate, they will be invloved in all ACP’s big events; such as the 3ic votes. To have a strong senate, you need a strong member. I belive I am a strong member, and have all the knowledge of CP warfear to be in the senate. The senate needs to be full of experienced people, and with the ranks I have held, and the 1 year I have been in ACP, I think I’m ready for the task. The ACP is a perfect starter for anyone new to the Club Penguin Army discovery. ACP has caring leaders and they always listen to your ideas and creations. When you join you are treated like a long lost friend being welcomed back into a community. A perfect example of this is the thriving ACP Training Regiment, a place to learn how to be a good soldier. Being in ACP is more like being in a huge family in which everyone is treated equally. That is why you should join the ACP. This isn’t some scam to get us more soldiers and show other armies we are the best of all armies. When you join this army you are cared for, you get treated like a friend and most of all you enjoy it.
In mid 2009 after seeing a congregation of green penguins several times on the server of
Mammoth I finally found out what it was all about. I looked up “ACP cp” and joined. I went on chat and was treated so respectfully. Although I was inactive and joined other armies for many many months I decided to return and stay in this amazing army for the rest of my Club Penguin Army career. Since coming back I have been promoted 4 times, been a drill team leader in the ACPTR and never lost my hand picked mod. This time I think I am ready to become a senator. I wont join to be recognised more in the army. I will join to try and make the army the best they can be. I will listen to other soldiers opinions and try and get there bill passed in the senate meetings. Some people may say I have been Nachos 2nd or RPF leader but how does that help you understand more in the ACP. I may have had high ranks in other major armies but to be honest in this case to hell with other army experience. To want to be in the ACP senate truely you need to love this army and have experienced being a soldier. You may vote for some veteran of another army since 2006 but why would that be useful if they haven’t really cared much about the ACP. So vote me because I don’t just want power an recognition. I care for this army so remember me and when my name hopefully appears for voting time make the right choice.

Campaignsite/ Speech : First off, You may not think I would be the best candidate, yes, I am aware that there are people with more experience than I trying to qualify for senate. I, will still give it my best shot, I joined ACP February 5th 2010 as a warrant officer, I had only been in CP 4 months before I figured out there was a site. Since then I have been dedicated to ACP.
I do not believe in having a campaign site, I think it is just trying to buy people into the senate, to be honest, I have thought of the public elections as a bit of a popularity contest, and having a campaign site, just proves that fact. Even though I never got into senate(yet?) I have made a number of bills for when I do get there, to share with ACP.
Ever since I joined ACP I have filled out a senate application, and no matter how many times I don’t get in, I will keep on trying, because I won’t give up.

1. Discluding people who want to be a Senator.
2. I’ve been asking fellow Members of the ACP (including Flipper) Mostly concluding that its dissapointing to know the fact that you have to be experienced to help think for ideas for ACP and just sit around and follow just listen.
3. Also people are concluding that its considering us as ‘noobs’. The matter of fact some mods aare noobs. It doesn’t mean were not experienced, some of us could be Major Army leaders but we don’t get a voice. If I could choose to have Senators or not I would say No due to the fact anyone who isn’t a Senator mainly doesn’t get to offer an opinion.

Reason why you want to be in ACP:
When I came home I went on CP that June 20th day of the year of 2009 was the day I saw a group of about 15 penguins or so shouting this “ACP” word. One of the penguins I saw in this organized group of green penguins was a name I will never forget, Saint1119. I looked up ACP in the google browser and tons of sites came up until I saw ACP: The Official Army of Club Penguin. I clicked the link and all sorts of things came up. The header was cool and things seemed very well organzied and united as if a single unit. I scrolled down the posts and saw something that completely hurt my soul. The Boomer 20 Retirement Post. Now, just a brief history before that point was this. I used to be in Watex Warriors for about 3 months in 2008 when Boomer was some famous leader to me. At the end of my months I figured out two things there are other armies of CP besides WW and that Boomer20 was the greatest leader of another army that I would soon find out was ACP. Through 2 months of corporal and seargent and Saint’s leadership I got bored of ACP and went inactive for a year. I cam back in August 2010 and saw another group of 50 ACP vs another small 10-15+ army. This sparked something in my brain, so I rushed to the ACP site and got my join rank of Lt. Colonel. From then forward I have rapidly moved through the ranks and I got to this point today! I realized that ACP wasn’t just an ordinary organized group of soldiers but a loving and caring family of brothers and sisters fighting to save what is moral and right in the CP world. I wqant to be in this ACP family just as anyone else was, don’t worry fresh recruits I started as a little sibling just like you but now I am an older, more mature, and experienced and caring member of this huge family! I hope we can continue to grow and have great social communications in our fight for the safety of CP.

My fellow ACP,
I am here today giving this speech not as a lure or bandwagon but for prosperity. ACP right now is in a “fresh start” kind of sequence. We are experimenting with different ideas such as a dual leadership role. This is because we went through turmoil in the previous week before that with the Retirement of a Potentially strong leader. If we as ACP can lock arms together we can push through, opressions such as hacking, flaming, and MORE! we will not hang in the waves as our enemies triumph! WE will not go down in silence, we will make history because we as ACP will impact the very laws set down by the CP army forefathers. The very universe will tremble at our might because we will SURVIVE! With ACP as the sword, the Leaders as the shield, and I as the Senator or Helmet of ACP we shall be unbeatable and and such an uunfathomable force that no one will see us coming but hear us for we are so great as to let a million voices ring out and rejoice in our presence for we, ACP ARE THE BEST THERE IS.
