Matre: I agree with most of the post, except for the Judiciary branch, what would it do anyway?
Hello ACP,
Just like how “Trickster” listed what communism is and how UMA will react to it I will be doing the same except for our government style; Democratic Republic.
We became a Democratic Republic by Oagalthorp. From then on I believe we have not focused mainly on our government, meaning it’s time to get down to business. An example of a Democratic Republic, in real life, would be the United States. Most people refer ACP to the United States anyway, so we might fit perfectly in. I bet most of you are still wondering. What does this mean?
- Democracy: The people have a right to vote. I will now be posting battle plans and other things that are fun. This will allow everyone to have a sense of voice in ACP. We will have private voting or public voting depending on the situation. We will have three branches. Executive branch- consisting of all owner ranks. Legislature branch- consisting of our senate. Judiciary branch- consisting of eight loyal moderators whom are not in the senate. The ‘Legislature branch’ is a direct democracy; they make bills/laws that will guide us. As like a regular senate at the end of each meeting we will allow citizens of the DRACP ask any comments or concerns. As well with, all people who act as a soldier in ACP will be placed under the direct democracy subtitle. This gives you the right to vote, etc. In an effort to use democracy to fight over land, seize land or debate over land. Basically in the end our senate will become a lot stronger, with a lot more power, and we will have a court.
- Republic: In which the owner ranks control the government. By being a republic we need to make a constitution; which I know Iasgae has one ready. A republic has been found to be placed around a civic virtue- we learn from things that claim to be a successful part of the community and our history. Basically in the end we will have a higher rein of attack, letting our owner ranks do for what is best.
- Democratic republic: We allow our citizens to elect our senate although we do not hold free or fair elections often.
I hope this made a bit more sense of what our government is. I might have gotten most of the information wrong seeing as I was using Wikipedia to help me make this post. To become strong we need our government to be strong as well. A big thing about our government is land, the more land we have the better our government may be.

Why take so much initiative?
A nation is only for the holding of servers, why do we need to make such a big deal out of government when were an army?
Just hold elections when a leader rank retires for his replacement from a list of candidates you have selected and have gotten confirmation of willingness to lead.
Then go to war. Thats the point.

The USA is Democratic Republic. We vote our leaders. You don’t. So tell me, how are you democratic republic?

If your gonna be a Democratic Republic, vote for all your new leaders. ALL of them

In USA “their representatives” refers to the President and all those guys, in ACP “their representatives” refers to the senators.

To Mchappy: I have a judicial branch bill that I am going to present on the 5th to senate. I think that your judicial idea and mine should butt heads when they come together.

We don’t need judges more importantly whn “courts” get involved people react and start saying “than I will take you to court you batch of cookies!” More importantly Pie is right I mean like we don’t elect our leaders some of them just get promoted to the rank or are hand picked like us mods we are an oligarchy not a democratic republic ]:

Judicial is bull Jcapp this isn’t the US government or the UK government this is an army plus we are an oligarchy a judicial branch has no need in this army nor does it have a need in cp armies take a look at IW there “court” is just a chat for the leaders to meeting we dont need a judicial branch nor are we a Democracy
i know how this branch started: Jcapp asked on the ACP HELP page, kenneth replied and said: You’ll have to ask mchappy, great ideas do. then this whole thing started.
Be aware: During WWI the Espionage and Sedition Acts were passed to limit civilian rights during wartime in the United States.
They limited the rights given to civilians in the Bill of Rights because of the war.
Just think you should know this, because it seems like a CP army is always at war.
