Oagal: I’m working with Rapidy to create a location for the ACP Chat with the Club Penguin screen right next to it. that way, soldiers won’t have to open another window, flick “google,” search “CP,” click “play Club Penguin” and sign in. Soon they will just have to click “play now.” The chat will have a format similar to the Nacho Command Center. It should be done within the week.
nokas edit- Out of all the times i tell people to get on only a few listen to me this has to stop DO NOT just listen to the main leader how would you like it if you were trying to get everyone on and no one listened to you when you are a co leader?
Well, I came on chat in a bit of a bad mood today, and I saw Mchappy once again trying to get people on Club Penguin for an unscheduled Practice Battle with RFW. I smiled to myself and once again noticed how he is always telling people to recruit, patrol, and whatever. That is the kind of soldiers we need. But then I noticed him say that we were losing badly. Horrified, I logged on to CP to find about 10 ACP Soldiers fighting 30 or so RFW. Seth and I then had to scream at soldiers to get on Club Penguin, and even after threatening to ban people, we barely managed to have the same amount of soldiers. As the title of this post says, THIS IS NOT 1ST PLACE MATERIAL. Last time I checked, we were placed as the Number One Army In Club Penguin. But from what I’ve noticed the past few days, we’re not.
1st place isn’t having people have to threaten soldiers with bans to get on Club Penguin, as former ACP Leader and now Nacho 3rd in Command Capncook pointed out. The Nachos don’t have these problems with getting on CP. We have to yell and scream and silence the chat and threaten you guys with bans, even. This is not 1st place. 1st place is people getting on Club Penguin when ANYONE says to get on Club Penguin, whether it be a Corporal, a moderator, or the leader. That’s not us. That’s the Nachos. That’s the Ice Warriors. That’s almost every other army. With us, the only people you guys will get on CP for is the leaders. As Capncook also pointed out, somewhere along the line of the past 6 months, we have become EXTREMELY lazy. We won’t get on CP for anything unscheduled. Sure, we get 60 soldiers at a scheduled battle, but we get 15 soldiers on to recruit randomly. Let me tell you something. SCHEDULED BATTLES DO NOT SHOW WHAT KIND OF AN ARMY AN ARMY IS. Unscheduled events make an army. You can fight a war and win every invasion battle, but you could lose every unscheduled raid the other army has against you. And the smart people know that the army that lost those fights did not win the war. We’ve in the number 1 army for almost every week for about a year now. We’ve become lazy, expecting huge numbers. But we have to work for it.
I want all of you to pretend that we aren’t the number 1 army. Pretend the Nachos, Ice Warriors, Golden Troops, or anyone stole it from us. Pretend we’re the 10th best army if you will. I want you to act like you want to be the number 1 army more than anything else in CP Armies. I want to see everyone that is on chat on Club Penguin when someone says to get on, regardless of rank. I don’t care what motivates you to do this; I will ask las to not put us as the number one army if I have to.
You guys want to be the number 1 army?

The rankings of armies (1st, 2nd 3rd, etc) are way too overrated. Everyone sees CPAC as a god of CP armies when really it’s not. I really believe ACP and all armies should disregard CPAC because it seems to be doing nothing but damaging armies. Everyone always looks up to CPAC thinking they are going to decide everything. It shouldn’t be that way. There should be no official top 10. It may seem odd, but having a top 10 actually decreases morale and motivation in armies, this one in particular. Sure, we had a major turnout to defend the position as the “number 1” army, but that was scheduled almost a week in advance and the only reason it was so important is because of CPAC’s Top 10. CPAC should not control ACP. ACP should control ACP. Stop going by whatever CPAC says, they aren’t the top dogs. We need to fight more like a real army. Who cares what “place” we are in, because in our hearts, we should always know that we are the best. It doesn’t have to be published on some site. Just have fun for once, don’t worry about anything other than having fun on CP as an army. That is the key to a successful army. Think of it this way: In real life, do countries’ armies have a Top 10 created by an outside force? No, they strive to be the best to represent and defend their countries. Do the troops in an army only decide to show up when an invasion/defense is scheduled? No, they must be prepared to fight at any time there is a call of duty. Do troops question or ignore an order on the battlefield? No, if they disobey, they die. Now of course, you won’t die from disobeying in a CP army, but the point is proven. We need to stop thinking everything will just fix itself over time. We have to be more proactive and start working together like a real army, because right now, we certainly aren’t doing that.
Klug: I see what you mean. People regard CPAC as exactly what the armies are. If the ACP is the number one army in CPAC, then they’re the number 1 army. Right? Wrong. CPAC isn’t a real ranking; it is more of a highly educated opinion of one person.
When I was an ACP leader, i would have drill and tactics sessions every week and everyday i got people on CP for unscheduled sessions. It helped acp become more skillfull, but that was a different time, and its just not the same army. I suggest trying that again and see how it turns out. You cant have a good army if you’re not willing to push yourselves. Acp is active and doing a lot but its with ease. Times are different now. REINVENT YOURSELVES.

New chat rule? If you don’t go on CP when ordered to, you are docked one chat rank. A mod becomes a member. A member gets guested. On the spot. THAT will get soldier to go to unscheduled events.
I was there,and it was pathetic.We had like 30 soldiers on,and only 4 or 5 were listening.And yes,your right,acp is lazy,whenever number one spot gets stolen,ACP works hard for it.Once they have it, ACP justs gets all lazy again,and thinks that nothing will happen.Back in the old days,like 4-5 months ago,we could have up to 9 or more posts a day.Now it’s only like 1-2 posts a day,or 1 post in every few days.ACP really has to work harder,and respect others.At that PB,we were getting beat by a very low ranked army.As I said before,there were 30+ people on cp,and only like 4-6 people listening.I seriously find that stupid.ACP has to go farther,when ACP makes a goal,they work very hard to it,when they made it,they just stop right there.No more.ACP just sits there and does nothing.Instead we could expand more,go on making more goals,trying more harder to reach them.We really need to try harder.

I was there and was one of the few on chat who went on,i mean there were lots of people on chat, we should have had a pretty good size,but people were not going on . Good for you klug for making this post. The ACP soldiers need to be pushed,and yes i agree,even if that means not being number 1 and giving the spot to someone else cause we are lazy. Whats the point of the spot if we dont deserve it??? I also agree with lorenzo bean. Its just some guys opinion. We should act like ALL events are to decide to be”number 1″ and even if we dont win we shouldnt get all upset,because its just to have fun. It seems armys dont relize the point TO HAVE FUN ON CP AND CHAT WITH FRIENDS. Your not going to be in this army forever…so have fun while you can. And dont be lazy. Go to all events and when you happen to see an unscheduled event GO TO IT. Its not that difficult. Also i would like to congradulate rfw they did AMAZING for an army i never heard off……….AND the ACP soldiers who went on who kept strong and showed the spirit that all acp soldiers need. we should be doing this everyday for the soldiers to keep on coming back for more. therefore, more troops will be active, and that means more promotions

I am #1 army material and I have a summary of all I do:
1. I go on ACP Chat whenever possible for me.
2. I always go on CP to attend PBs, battles, etc.
3. If nothing is going on, then I try to recruit. I recruit an average of 1-2 penguins each time.
4. I follow orders to the last letter.
5. I inform others on ACP Chat of an army online or ifsomething is going on that they need to go on CP for.
6. I am a 1st Lieutenant, which should thoroughly prove that I am #1 army material. I will try my best to get ranked higher and higher and achieve the goal of every ACP soldier…to become leader one day.

First of all I hate ACP (no offense) but I do respect and i like to come on here and read the posts because the leaders have just so much emotion about this stuff.I can barely get my people on.. .and im co-leader!!!! BTW im in Elites lol!!! But the 2nd thing is, i want the command center thing, where i get it?

wow, everytime i miss an event i feel bad and think everyone who made it must be fighting hard, but the truth is everyones just lazy. i’ve been in acp since dec. 08 and i’ve seen people who joined at the same time as me and are now leaders. if it weren’t for my bad time zone, i’d be at every event i could, scheduled or unscheduled.
basicly klug your just skitting us i am a high rank in the strongest medium army (along with CPU) im a 3ic in it and maybe about to become 2ic i dont tell them to go and help these people and calling us lazy oh right i will do it it will get us stronger but look where already stronger if i find something and tell people to get on cp some mods and owners kick me evan in a scheduled one not that many people where on cp once and luc was screaming for them to get on cp so i helped him screaming aswell also saying that sometimes move then i get kicked again to move i mean that an army is just about to attack so i say move away from that position

Keep in mind that not everyone on ACP chat is ACP. Although I believe banning/kicking/guesting should be used to get soldiers on if theres no one there, make sure it never get to the point of randomly kicking and guesting every member on. Check that everyone you want to kick is ACP
Pshaa, it’s been like this for ages. After reading this people will think “Oh, we’d better get on cp more often.” and about two weeks later it will be back to how it was.
