Hi ACP. Your Senate was again hard at work passing bills for the benefit of ACP. We had a full Senate chat which was really good to see. Without further delay, for those that did not attend, the following bills were passed and approved by Matre, so they are now the law/rules of ACP. No polls or leader meetings to decide needed.
The first bill was suggested by Matre and presented by me, (Dryvit). This law expressly forbids any leader rank in ACP from holding a leader rank in any top 10 army. If you are a leader (4ic, 3ic, 2ic, 1.5, co-leader or leader) rank in ACP and with access to the ACP site, you cannot be a leader rank ( see above) in any other top 10 army no matter what the reason. This is for the safety of ACP as well as any other army. The reason being both armies vie for top spot ,and that person would lead both in battles to gain top spot. Both armies may have different allies, and should war occur, no chance of damage to either site or hard feelings among owners, if we choose another side or go against their army. This will stop a repeat of incidents in our past.
Second bill passed was from Divotoo. Any mod rank soldier who retires below or at legend status, must be hand selected by the leader to take a test in order to retain the modship. The test will be 10 questions and missing 3 or more is a fail. All legends are now hand selected to be mods and this will stop the disillusioned legend/mod from coming on chat just to cause problems as a mod. If they pass the test they respect the title.
Third bill passed was from Zara, speaking or cursing in any foreign language will be prohibited. You may of course use the translator on chat if needed. Not for english to a foreign language.
Fourth and final bill passed was from many members and presented by Timmy. ACP will have a weekly or bi-weekly contest with the winning soldier or mod receiving modship for a determined time or the chance to make a post on the ACP site. MAtre and leaders will decide the contest and the duration of prize week to week.
Well that wraps another Senate meeting. To all the Senators who missed their second senate meeting, I am giving you 1 last chance to attend the next meeting. If you again fail to attend,your seat will be given to a deserving soldier who will care enough to attend and vote. Until next time, that is all.
