To the Division Generals, consider yourselves leaders in training, because that is essentially what you are. Divisions Proove and work as a Test for you on How will you do as Leaders. Divisions are like your own little army,So you need to keep your Very Little army active,and Proove yourself Worthy of being Promoted soon to a Leader Rank. Post Regulary,Informing your Division Soldiers on New Stuff Going on,And Schedule Patrols. The only time to Schedule a Big Division Practice Battle is during the Weekends,So during the Week I count on you to Keep Divisions Active and Patrol Together
However,It came to my Notice that Our current group of Division Generals is Quiet Inactive,and will Need to be Improved. If Our Current Division Generals Can’t Work to keep up the Divisions,I would really Appreciate it that you come talk to me on Chat about it,And i will Gladly choose a Temporary Division General for you,or Do What I can to move you to your home Division.
