PB With DBCP

The PB with DBCP would have been great for us, had DBCP showed up. They were a no show, so I guess ACP claims victory.

Breaking News: Someone managed to make a downloadable file that can get any penguin the beta hat!  DO NOT USE THIS, YOU WILL BE BANNED.  As you can see from this video though, there are tons of betas all over Club Penguin now:
